The present disclosure is for performing positioning by means of a beamformed signal in a wireless communication system. An operation method by a terminal in a wireless communication system can comprise the steps of: transmitting first messages requesting transmission of a positioning reference signal (PRS) by means of a plurality of transmission beams; receiving from a second terminal a second message indicating at least one transmission beam among the plurality of transmission beams; transmitting a third message, comprising scheduling information for transmission of the PRS, to the second terminal by means of the transmission beam; and receiving the PRS from the second terminal on the basis of the scheduling information.

Method and device for transmitting location information in wireless communication system

The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a first terminal in a wireless communication system, wherein the first terminal may transmit a beam scheduling request message to a second terminal. The beam scheduling request message includes transmission beam direction information of the first terminal and receiving beam schedule information of the first terminal. In addition, the first terminal may receive a beam scheduling confirm message from the second terminal. A display device includes a peripheral area around a display area, a display element in the display area, and a dam in the peripheral area. A thin film encapsulation layer covers the dam and the display element. A touch sensor is on the thin film encapsulation layer. A first insulating layer is between the thin film encapsulation layer and the touch sensor and has a first region and a second region. A dielectric constant of the first region is lower than a dielectric constant of the second region, and the first region is between the dam and the touch sensor.

The present invention relates to a saxatilin derivative having an increased half life and a use thereof. The saxatilin derivative of the present invention has thrombolytic ability similar to that of saxatilin, which is the mother protein, a remarkably increased protein half life, and efficiently dissolves, for long period of time, blood clots already formed in blood vessels of an animal model with a FeCl-induced carotid by using the same. Therefore, a composition containing, as an active ingredient, the saxatilin derivative of the present invention does not cause reocclusion after penetration and effectively opens to microvessels, and is thus very useful for treating angiostenosis or occlusive diseases (for example, cerebrovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases, arteriosclerotic vascular diseases, coronary artery diseases, and peripheral vascular diseases).

The present invention relates to: a composition for dissolving thrombi comprising a peptide comprising the Arg-Gly-Asp motif; a pharmaceutical composition for treating stenotic or occlusive vascular diseases which comprises the same; and a thrombus dissolving method and a method for treating stenotic or occlusive vascular diseases, comprising the step of administering the same. The compositions and methods of the present invention have the advantage that they effectively break down already formed thrombi by adopting the principle of targeting integrin within the thrombus such as platelet surface GPIIb-IIIa, which is not the same as the existing principle of plasminogen activation. Also, the compositions and methods of the present invention have a nerve-protecting function as they effectively open as far as the microvasculature, without the occurrence of restenosis after penetration.
