The disclosed embodiments relate to an ink composition for reflective sheet capable of preventing a luminance difference occurring at an upper or lower end of a display panel and display apparatus including the same and method of manufacturing the display apparatus. The display apparatus of the disclosed embodiment comprises a display panel to display an image, a light source configured to supply light to the display panel, a light guide plate configured to guide light emitted from the light source, a reflective sheet movable between a first state close to the lower surface of the light guide plate and a second state farther away from the lower surface of the light guide plate than the first state, and a reflective pattern provided on the reflective sheet and configured to be disposed in contact with the light guide plate in the first state, wherein the reflective pattern on the reflective sheet is formed of an acrylate resin including a multi-functional acrylate monomer.

The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus including a liquid crystal panel, first and second polarizing plates coupled to the front and rear of the liquid crystal panel, respectively, and a light absorbing layer on which light passed sequentially through the first polarizing plate, the liquid crystal panel is incident, wherein the light absorbing layer is disposed on a front surface of the second polarizing plate positioned in the front of the liquid crystal panel. The light absorbing layer includes a first resin layer, a second resin layer on which light passed through the first resin layer is incident, the second resin layer having a refractive index higher than that of the first resin layer, and light absorbing portions disposed on the first resin layer and configured to absorb a part of light passing through the light absorbing layer. Through this configuration, a viewing angle of the display apparatus is improved.

Provided are a cleaning device and a method for driving the cleaning device which cleans a wafer after chemical mechanical polishing. The cleaning device includes a cleaning modules and a running beam, the running beam including a first blade and a second blade to insert or remove the wafer with respect to one of the cleaning modules in a second direction, the first blade and the second blade being fixed to the running beam and movable in the second direction, and the cleaning modules including an input module, a megasonic module, a first brush module, a second brush module and a drying module. The driving method includes performing an operation of inserting or removing the wafer in the second direction using the first blade in a first area; and performing an operation of inserting or removing the wafer in the second direction using the second blade in a second area.
