A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin containing a diene-based rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, an acrylic rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, a large-particle diameter rubber copolymer having an average particle diameter of about 5 to about 10 p m, and an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; about 5 to about 25 parts by weight of a polyetheresteramide block copolymer; about 0.05 to about 1.5 parts by weight of a silver (Ag)-based compound; and about 1 to about 15 parts by weight of zinc oxide, wherein the gloss degree of a 3.2-mm thick sample is about 40 to about 70%, as measured at an angle of 600 according to ASTM D523. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in low gloss, antiviral properties, weather resistance, impact resistance, and so on.

The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin containing about 15 to about 35 wt % of a diene-based rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, about 1 to about 10 wt % of an acrylate-based rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, and about 64 to about 84 wt % of an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; and about 0.1 to about 5 parts by weight of zinc oxide having an average particle size of about 0.5 to about 3 μm and a BET specific surface area of about 1 to about 10 m/g. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent weather resistance, impact resistance, stiffness, flame retardancy, and antibacterial properties.

Thermoplastic resin composition and molded product manufactured therefrom

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a base resin containing a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, a large-diameter rubber polymer having an average particle size of about 3 to about 8 &#x3bc;m, and an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; and polyorganosilsesquioxane fine particles having an average particle size of about 0.1 to about 10 &#x3bc;m. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in low gloss, weather resistance, and the like.

The present invention is characterized by including an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer, glass fiber, and zinc oxide, wherein the zinc oxide has an average particle size (D50) of about 0.5 to 3 &#x3bc;m as measured by a particle size analyzer, and a size ratio (B/A) of peak B, spanning the range of 450 to 600 nm, to peak A, spanning the range of 370 to 390 nm, of about 0.01 to 1.0 when measuring photoluminescence. A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: a base resin comprising a rubber modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, a large-diameter rubbery polymer having an average particle size of approximately 3,000-8,000 nm, and an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; and zinc oxide having an average particle size of approximately 0.5-3 &#x3bc;m and a specific surface area BET of approximately 1-10 m/g. A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: a thermoplastic resin comprising an acrylate rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer and an aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; a crosslinked aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; and zinc oxide having an average particle size of about 0.3 to 3 &#x3bc;m and a BET specific surface area of about 1 to 10 m/g. The thermoplastic resin composition can have excellent properties in terms of chemical resistance, stiffness, impact resistance, and the like.

Disclosed herein is a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: a thermoplastic resin including a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer and an aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; a light stabilizer including a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) and a benzotriazole UV stabilizer; and zinc oxide having an average particle diameter of about 0.5 &#x3bc;m to about 3 &#x3bc;m and a BET specific surface area of about 1 m/g to about 10 m/g. The thermoplastic resin composition can have good properties in terms of weather resistance, impact resistance, appearance, and/or antibacterial properties (activity).

A low gloss thermoplastic resin composition can have improved scratch resistance, and includes a silicon compound-grafted aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide-based copolymer to improve mechanical physical properties such as scratch resistance, and the like, and to implement low gloss property. The low gloss composition can be used in a vehicle interior material.

A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article including the same are disclosed. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: (A) a base resin including (a1) a styrene copolymer and (a2) a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer; and (B) surface-treated metal particles, wherein the surface-treated metal particles include: a metal core; a first coating layer formed on the metal core; and a second coating layer formed on the first coating layer. The thermoplastic resin composition can exhibit significantly improved glossiness and appearance by preventing flow marks and weld lines that can occur upon injection molding, while exhibiting a luxurious metallic texture even without painting.
