A touch sensing unit, includes a plurality of first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second sensing electrodes intersecting with and insulated from the plurality of first sensing electrodes. The plurality of first sensing electrodes includes a plurality of first sensor portions and a plurality of first connection portions connecting each of the plurality of first sensor portions with one another. The plurality of second sensing electrodes includes a plurality of second sensor portions, a plurality of stem sensors extended from the plurality of second sensor portions, and a plurality of second connection portions connecting each of the plurality of sensor portions with one another. Each of the plurality of first sensor portions includes a plurality of depressions indented inwardly. Each of the plurality of stem sensors is disposed such that it is at least partially surrounded by a respective depression of the plurality of depressions.

Touch sensing unit and display device including the same

A display device includes first touch electrodes, first routing lines, second routing lines, and a first guard line. The first touch electrodes are arranged in a touch sensing area. The first routing lines are connected to one side of the first touch electrodes. The second routing lines are connected to another side of the first touch electrodes. The first guard line is between the first routing lines and the second routing lines, and includes a first region extending in a first direction, and a second region extending from one end of the first region in a second direction crossing the first direction. The first region includes a first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer on the first touch conductive layer. The second region of the first guard line includes the second touch conductive layer and does not overlap the first touch conductive layer.

Display device having touch sensing structure including guard line

A display device and a touch sensor, the display device including a first substrate in which a display area and a peripheral area around the display area are defined; an element layer which is located on the first substrate and comprises a first light emitting element located in the display area and a second light emitting element at least partially located in the peripheral area; and a touch sensor which is located on the element layer. The touch sensor includes: a touch electrode portion which is located in the display area and overlaps the first light emitting element; a touch signal line which is located in the peripheral area and is connected to the touch electrode portion; and a light transmission control pattern portion which is located in the peripheral area, overlaps the second light emitting element, and extends along a boundary between the display area and the peripheral area.

An OLED display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a first TFT formed over a substrate and including a gate electrode and a second TFT electrically connected to the first TFT. A gate bridge is formed over the gate electrode and configured to electrically connect the gate electrode and the second TFT, the gate bridge connected to the gate electrode through a contact hole formed over the first TFT. A capacitor electrode is formed over the gate bridge, an insulating layer is interposed between the capacitor electrode and the gate bridge, and the capacitor electrode, the insulating layer, and the gate bridge form a capacitor. An OLED is electrically connected to the first TFT.
