The present invention is directed to a method for effectively separating HMX and RDX from HMX/RDX-included explosives, respectively, without using a harmful organic solvent, the method capable of respectively separating HMX and RDX from HMX/RDX-included explosives by selectively dissolving RDX included in explosives by using a difference between solubility parameters of HMX and RDX with respect to compressed dimethylether. The present invention is further directed to an apparatus for respectively separating HMX and RDX from HMX/RDX-included explosives comprising a dimethylether supplying unit, an explosive particle dissolving unit, and an explosive particle collecting unit.

Method for separation of HMX and RDX

The present invention relates to a method for recrystallizing fine spherical cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (Research Department Explosive, hereinafter, referred to as 'RDX') particles, and the method for recrystallizing fine spherical RDX particles according to the present invention may include (a) introducing a powder material containing RDX into a container, (b) introducing a dimethylether compressed gas into the container and dissolving the RDX to form a RDX solution, (c) releasing and decompressing the RDX solution into atmospheric pressure to form crystallized RDX particles, and (d) separating and collecting the RDX particles.

The present invention provides a newly isolated mutant culture ofBNG 2315. This culture is capable of producing teicoplanin more than 60 times productivity than those reported before (e.g.,nov. sp. ATCC 31121). The present invention also provides a fermentation process for the production of teicoplanin in an aerobic condition using the mutant strainBNG 2315 in a culture-medium comprising carbon sources, nitrogen sources and mineral salts.
