A wireless communication device and a digital self-interference estimation method thereof are provided. The wireless communication device, at respective timings, receives a plurality of self-interference signals and generates a plurality of ideal transmitting signals. The wireless communication device calculates a signal adjusting vector based on the self-interference signals and the ideal transmitting signals at different timings. The wireless communication device generates a main ideal transmitting signal at a main timing, and calculates, based on the signal adjusting vector, a main self-interference signal corresponding to the main timing according to the received self-interference and the main ideal transmitting signal.

Wireless communication device and digital self-interference estimation method thereof

A system for scheduling packets to be transmitted is provided. The system includes a soft delay bound calculator module and a frame determination module. The soft delay bound calculator module calculates a soft delay bound for a non-real-time packet based on a packet size of the non-real-time packet and a minimum reserved traffic rate of a channel. The frame determination module determines whether a real-time packet must be transmitted at a current frame according to a delay bound, a transmission time, and a possible retransmission time thereof, and whether a non-real-time packet must be transmitted at a current frame according to a soft delay bound, a transmission time, and a possible retransmission time thereof. Thus, it is possible to improve the performance of the system while keeping the QoS thereof in a mixed service environment.

A communication apparatus, a method, and a tangible machine-readable medium thereof for processing ranging interference of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal. The communication apparatus comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit, and a mask generating unit. The receiving unit receives the OFDM signal having a plurality of OFDM symbols. The processing unit estimates a delay value and an energy value of at least one ranging code according to the OFDM symbols. The mask generating unit generates a mask function according to the delay value and the energy value. Finally, the processing unit synthesizes the ranging interference in the OFDM signal and removes it according to the mask function.

Communication apparatus, method, and tangible machine-readable medium thereof for processing ranging interference of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing signal

A base station (BS), a subordinated station (SS) and the transmission methods thereof for use in a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) network are provided. The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.

A gain adjustment apparatus, a gain adjustment method, and a tangible machine-readable medium thereof for a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) wireless communication system are provided. The MIMO wireless communication system comprises source antennas, destination antennas, relay stations (RSs) and a relay transmission power limit value. The gain adjustment method comprises the following steps: adjusting the gain of one single RS according to a gain calculation; multiplying the gains of other relay stations by a scaling value for adjustment. According to aforesaid method, the present invention can increase the system capacity of the MIMO wireless communication system.

Then the BS broadcasts/multicasts the common channel descriptor to the at least one RS and transmits the at least one particular channel descriptor to the same. The at least one RS combines the common channel descriptor and the at least one particular channel descriptor to generate the channel descriptor.

Method, wireless communication system, tangible machine-readable medium, and communication apparatus for transmitting and relaying channel descriptor based on a multi-hop relay standard

A multi-linguistic wireless spread spectrum narration service system includes a speech database, a plurality of basestation units, and at least one mobile unit. The speech database is stored with multi-linguistic narration service speech messages. The plurality of basestation units are arranged at each exhibition section of an exhibition field. Each basestation unit controller captures narration service speech messages from the speech database and a wireless communication is performed. The mobile unit controller is provided to be worn by a visitor. The mobile unit detects the wireless signals of a specific basestation unit. Thus, a synchronous or asynchronous connection is built through the spread spectrum radio frequency processing and baseband processing module. Therefore, the narration service speech message from the basestation unit is received.
