Disclosed are reporting and controlling methods for DRX (Discontinuous Reception) parameter and terminal moving velocity and devices thereof, which are used to decrease the network resource wasting and reduce the terminal power consumption. The reporting and controlling method for DRX parameter includes the following steps: the network side sends indication information which indicates whether the terminal is permitted to report DRX reference parameter or DRX parameter configuration advice to the terminal, and the indication information is used to indicate the terminal to report DRX reference parameter or DRX parameter configuration advice when it receives the indication for permitting reporting reference parameter or DRX parameter configuration advice, and not report DRX reference parameter or DRX configuration advice when it receives the indication for not permitting reporting reference parameter or DRX configuration advice. The method for reporting and controlling terminal moving velocity includes the following steps: sending indication information which indicates whether the terminal is permitted to report moving velocity to the terminal, or sending indication information which indicates the terminal to report moving velocity when it switches from idle state to connection state to the terminal.

Reporting and controlling methods for DRX parameter and terminal moving velocity and devices thereof

The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communication technology, and provides a method for implementing discontinuous reception and a base station. The method includes the steps of: receiving, by a first base station, a discontinuous reception DRX configuration recommendation reported by UE; and transmitting, by the first base station, the DRX configuration recommendation or DRX configuration parameters configured by the first base station for the UE in accordance with the DRX configuration recommendation to a second base station when the UE is switched from the first base station to the second base station.

A communication parameter determination method, and a WLAN communication method and device, comprising: a base station determines a first communication parameter used by a first mobile terminal for communication in a WLAN, the first communication parameter representing a first waiting time of the first mobile terminal in the WLAN from the time of determining that the channel is idle to the time of starting to communicate, and the first waiting time being less than a second waiting time of a second mobile terminal in the WLAN from the time of determining that the channel is idle to the time of starting to communicate; the base station transmits the determined first communication parameter to the first mobile terminal. Accordingly, the first mobile terminal about to switch from a cellular network to the WLAN receives the first communication parameter transmitted by the base station; and after accessing the WLAN, the first mobile terminal uses the first communication parameter to communicate in the WLAN. The solution provided in an embodiment of the present invention improves the WLAN communication quality for a mobile terminal that has switched from a cellular network to a WLAN.

Method and apparatus for determining communication parameter and for communication in WLAN

The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and user terminal for receiving multicast control channel (MCCH) change notifications, which include: obtaining the transmission time of an MCCH change notification; and when the MCCH change notification is not received during one MCCH modification period, receiving, according to the transmission time of the MCCH change notification, the MCCH change notification at least N times, wherein N is the preset reception times of the MCCH change notification. In the present invention, the efficiency of receiving MCCH change notifications by user terminals is improved, and the probability of processing MCCH change notifications falsely due to too many network identifiers in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is reduced.

Method for receiving multicast control channel change notification and user equipment

A method, system and device for supporting enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (eMBMS) in a relay network are disclosed. The method includes that: a network side sends a message to a relay node used to indicate a position of a Multicast Broadcast over Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe relates to the eMBMS in a transmission frame; the relay node determines the position of the MBSFN subframe in the transmission frame according to the message, and makes the MBSFN subframe silent according to the determinate position; when a user terminal determines the existence of the MBSFN subframe made silent by the relay node in the transmission frame sent from the relay node, the user terminal receives the eMBMS sent by device except the relay node according to control information of the received eMBMS, thereby avoids the influence of the relay node to the user terminal supporting eMBMS.

A method for data transmission based on a relay mobile communication system and an equipment thereof are provided by the present invention. The method includes: at least two transport planes are configured on the Un interface protocol stack of the relay equipment and the base station eNode B; the relay equipment and the eNode B transmit the data via at least two transport planes configured on the Un interface protocol stack. With the present invention, the throughput rate of the Un interface between the relay equipment and the eNode B in the relay mobile communication system is improved, and the time delay of the Un interface is reduced.
