A compressor device includes first and second compressors. The first and second compressors include first and second casings having bottom portions in which lubricant is to be stored, first and second compression mechanisms provided in the casings to compress refrigerant and discharge the compressed refrigerant into the casings, and first and second motors provided in the casings. The first and second motors each include a stator and a rotor, and drive the first and second compression mechanisms. The second compressor compresses the refrigerant discharged from the first compressor. The first and second motors have first and second passages extending from axial ends of the first and second motors and through which the refrigerant discharged from the first and second compression mechanisms passes. A cross-sectional area of the second passage is larger than a cross-sectional area of the first passage. A refrigeration apparatus includes the compressor device.

Compressor device and refrigeration apparatus

A compressor includes a casing having a cylindrical barrel, a compression mechanism, and an electric motor. The electric motor has a tubular stator, and a rotor disposed inside the stator. The stator has a back yoke forming an outer peripheral portion of the stator, a plurality of teeth extending radially inward, and slots. A fluid passage extends between an outer peripheral surface of the stator and an inner peripheral surface of the barrel. The fluid passage has a plurality of wide portions arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator, and a narrow portion provided between adjacent ones of the wide portions. The narrow portion has a smaller radial width than each of the wide portions. Each wide portion is provided in the outer peripheral surface of the stator and between a core cut having a recessed groove shape between the slots and the inner peripheral surface of the barrel.

Compressor

A scroll compressor includes a compression mechanism having fixed and movable scrolls defining a compression chamber, an introduction mechanism, and an auxiliary introduction mechanism. The introduction mechanism supplies fluid from the compression chamber to a back-pressure chamber supply throughout a first period. The auxiliary introduction mechanism has an auxiliary introduction passage and a check valve. The auxiliary introduction mechanism supplies fluid from the compression chamber to a back-pressure chamber supply throughout a second period. The second period includes a time point prior to the first period.

Scroll compressor

A scroll compressor includes a pressing mechanism, a pushback mechanism and an adjustment mechanism. The pressing mechanism applies a pressing force toward a fixed scroll to the back side of an end plate portion of an orbiting scroll. The pushback mechanism applies a pushback force separating the orbiting scroll from a fixed scroll to the front of the orbiting scroll. The adjusting mechanism has a low-pressure portion filled with a fluid of a lower pressure than the discharge pressure of the compression mechanism, and a communicating groove formed in a sliding surface of an outer peripheral portion of the fixed scroll so as to communicate with the low-pressure portion in a first rotational angle range in order to reduce an upsetting moment of the orbiting scroll, and to be blocked from the low-pressure portion in a second rotational angle range other than the first rotational angle range.

A compressor includes a compression mechanism, a drive shaft, a bearing, and an oil supply passage configured to supply lubrication oil to a clearance between the drive shaft and the bearing. The drive shaft includes a large-diameter shaft part supported by the bearing, and a small-diameter shaft part connected to a lower end part of the large-diameter shaft part. A sealing part is configured to reduced or prevent oil leakage from the bearing includes an oil receiving surface formed in the bearing housing so as to face a stepped surface formed at a boundary between the large-diameter shaft part and the small-diameter shaft part. A clearance is formed between the oil receiving surface and the stepped surface so as to surround an outer periphery of the small-diameter shaft part.

A scroll compressor includes a compression mechanism including fixed and movable scrolls. The fixed and movable scrolls have end plates and spiral laps. The laps are engaged to form a compression chamber. The end plates are in pressure contact around the compression chamber to form a thrust sliding surface. The thrust sliding surface has an oil groove extending around the compression chamber. High-pressure refrigerating machine oil is supplied to the oil groove. During orbiting of the orbiting scroll, at least in a region serving as a suction space of fluid in an outer peripheral portion of the compression chamber, an outer seal length from an outer peripheral edge of the oil groove in the thrust sliding surface to an outer edge of the movable end plate is smaller than an inner seal length from an inner peripheral edge of the oil groove to a peripheral edge of the compression chamber.

A scroll compressor includes a compression mechanism having a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. The fixed scroll includes a first end plate, an outer peripheral wall extending from an edge of the first end plate, a first oil groove, and a first wrap inside of the outer peripheral wall. The orbiting scroll includes a second end plate in sliding contact with an end of the first wrap and an end of the outer peripheral wall, a second oil groove, and a second wrap. The first oil groove is disposed on a surface of the outer peripheral wall, extends along an inner periphery of the outer peripheral wall, and is configured to receive lubricating oil at a high pressure corresponding to a discharge pressure of the compression mechanism. The second oil groove is disposed on a surface of the second end plate, and is communicatable with the first oil groove.

A scroll compressor includes a pressing mechanism and a back-flow prevention mechanism. The pressing mechanism includes a back-pressure chamber facing a back surface of a movable-scroll end plate, and a back-pressure supply path arranged to allow the back-pressure chamber to communicate with a compression chamber which is in a state right before the compression chamber communicates with an outlet port or a state in which the compression chamber communicates with the outlet port. The back-flow prevention mechanism allows refrigerant of the back-pressure supply path to flow from the compression chamber to the back-pressure chamber, and prevents fluid of the back-pressure supply path from returning from the back-pressure chamber to the compression chamber.

A scroll compressor includes a casing, a compressor mechanism, a housing, a partition member and a flow mechanism. The compressor mechanism is accommodated in the casing. The compressor mechanism includes a fixed scroll and a movable scroll arranged to form a compression chamber. The housing is disposed on a back side of the movable scroll to form a back pressure space between the housing and the movable scroll. The partition member is disposed in an interior of the casing to form an auxiliary space communicating with the back pressure space. The a flow mechanism is arranged to enable a fluid to flow between the back pressure space and the auxiliary space, and the compression chamber in a process of compression.

A scroll compressor includes a high-pressure space capable of communicating with a discharge port and a back pressure space capable of communicating with an intermediate port. A fluid passage includes a seal ring that closes the fluid passage when the pressure of the back pressure space is lower than that of the high-pressure space, and opens the fluid passage when the pressure of the back pressure space is higher than that of the high-pressure space.
