A full-sea depth multi-point in-situ sampler includes a sampling assembly, a pressure-retaining assembly, a pressure-compensating assembly, and a cleaning assembly. The sampling assembly includes a handle, an extrusion valve, a needle valve core, a two-stage piston, a sampling tube, and a capturing device. The pressure-retaining assembly includes a pressure-retaining cylinder, a locking mechanism, a floating valve core, a support spring, and a drainage device. The pressure-compensating assembly includes a pressure-compensating cylinder, a piston, and an end cap. The cleaning assembly includes a cleaning sleeve, a cleaning cylinder, and multiple trigger mechanisms. A sampling and transfer method based on the sampler is also provided.

A micro core-drilling testing system for high-pressure environment, including: a pressure chamber, a micro core-drilling testing platform and a control device. The micro core-drilling testing platform includes a lower tray, a middle tray, a hydraulic system, a stroke cylinder, a rock sample plate, a rock sample block, a pressure compensation device and a drilling rig. The drilling rig is configured to carry out core-drilling operation. The hydraulic system is configured to provide power for the drilling rig. The pressure compensation device is configured to balance the pressure inside the pressure chamber and the hydraulic system.

Micro core-drilling testing system for high-pressure environment

A drilling and sampling device applied to a seafloor tracked vehicle, including a slide seat, a positioning electromagnet, a pipe-replacing cylinder, a dial claw, a plurality of clamping assemblies, a plurality of sampling drill pipes, a drill pipe rack, a frame, a thrust cylinder, a pipe-releasing assembly, a guide rod, a drive pipe, a power head, and a pipe-replacing disc. The guide rod and the thrust cylinder are fixedly arranged on the frame. The slide seat is in clearance fit with the guide rod. A piston rod end of the thrust cylinder is hingedly connected to the slide seat. The power head is fixedly arranged on the slide seat. The drive pipe is arranged at an output end of the power head, and is coaxially screwed with the plurality of sampling drill pipes. The dial claw is slidably arranged in the arc guide groove.

Multi-point drilling and sampling device applied to seafloor tracked vehicle

A suction sampler system for in situ collection of deep-sea floor organisms includes a pressure-retaining cylinder, a pressure compensation device, a cone component, semiconductor refrigeration components, a circuit cylinder and a collection cylinder. Two ends of the pressure-retaining cylinder are respectively equipped with a first and second seal mechanisms, and the cone component is arranged in the pressure-retaining cylinder. The pressure compensation device is connected to the pressure-retaining cylinder through a high-pressure pipe. The semiconductor refrigeration components are arranged outside the pressure-retaining cylinder. The circuit cylinder is equipped with a power supply and a controller, and the semiconductor refrigeration components are connected to the controller. A pressure sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged inside the pressure-retaining cylinder, and respectively connected to the controller. The collection cylinder communicates with the valve hole of the second seal mechanism through a pipeline.

Suction sampler system for in situ collection of deep-sea floor organisms and method of using same

The present disclosure provides a portable seafloor drill rig for a submersible for multi-point core drilling, including a power head, a reduction gear box, an emergency jettison device, a drilling tool, and a temperature and pressure-retaining device. a water supply connector and the power head are arrange on a top plate of the reduction gear box. An output shaft of the power head is connected to an input shaft of the reduction gear box, and an output shaft of the reduction gear box is provided with a central hole, which is in communication with a water inlet hole of the water supply connector. An output shaft of the reduction gear box is connected to the emergency jettison device, and the temperature and pressure-retaining device can perform temperature and pressure-retaining storage of the core drilled by the drilling tool.
