A thin metal strip continuous casting method using momentum flow distribution, comprising the steps of: adjusting the position of a flow distribution device (), and starting a double-roller thin strip continuous casting apparatus; molten metal () forming a uniform sheet-shaped molten metal flow () having an initial momentum after the molten metal () passes through the flow distribution device; the sheet-shaped molten metal flow entering a molten pool () at a superheat degree of 50-100° C. and an initial velocity of 0.5-2 m/s, wherein the flow distribution device is spaced apart from the molten pool; under the action of the initial velocity of the molten metal and in the molten pool, forming a whirlpool, which is adjacent to surfaces of two cooling rollers and has a momentum stirring action; and completing the solidification of the molten metal under the momentum stirring action of the whirlpool along with the rotation of the two cooling rollers. In the method, a whirlpool, which is adjacent to surfaces of cooling rollers and has a momentum stirring action, is formed in a molten pool by means of the kinetic energy of molten metal, such that equiaxed crystals can be prepared when a superheat degree is as high as 50-100° C., and the proportion of equiaxed crystals can be increased to 100%, thereby refining crystal grains and alleviating segregation.

Thin metal strip continuous casting method using momentum flow distribution

An electrical energy storage system, a controller, and methods of using the same are provided. The system includes battery packs connected in parallel, one or more battery power management unit, one or more power converters, and a controller. The controller includes one or more processor and at least one tangible, non-transitory machine readable medium encoded with one or more programs configured to perform steps for discharging or charging. The steps include: reading data including state of health (SOH) and state of charge (SOC) from each battery pack, connecting a respective battery pack with a respective power converter; receiving a power command from an energy management system, calculating a respective power rate of each battery pack based on the data of SOH, SOC, and the power command, and discharging power from battery packs to a grid or charging power to battery packs based on the power rate of each battery pack.

The present disclosure provides a rapid three-dimensional imaging system based on a multi-angle 4Pi microscope. The system includes: an illumination module, configured to obtain a parallel light of which a size covering a projection surface of a spatial light modulator; a wavefront modulation module, configured to place the LCOS device on a Fourier plane of an illumination end; a two-dimensional scanning module, configured to control a light beam to realize a two-dimensional scanning on an object plane; an illumination interference module, configured to generate point spread function PSFs of a 4Pi through an illumination interference to irradiate a fluorescent sample; an imaging module, configured to acquire interference images of two fluorescent signals; and a controller, configured to control the wavefront modulation module to adjust a polarization direction of the light to generate PSFs of the 4Pi with different inclination angles.

The present disclosure relates to Fourier ptychographic microscopy systems and methods. The system includes: a three-color LED array; a microscope, configured to obtain image information with multi-wavelength, and magnify to generate magnified image information; an RGB camera configured to acquire a first color image with a first resolution based on the magnified image information; and a controller, configured to synchronously control the three-color LED array and the RGB camera, in which the three-color LED array is further configured to display a plurality of illumination patterns, the RGB camera is further configured to acquire synchronously a plurality of first color images, and the controller is further configured to restore a single second image with a second resolution according to the plurality of first color images, and the first resolution is less than the second resolution. The present disclosure improves sampling speed.

Wavelength multiplexed fourier ptychographic microscopy system and method

A method for enabling a MIMO operation mode in a multimode communication terminal includes switching a first channel module to have parameter characteristics consistent with those of a second channel module, so that the multimode communication terminal enables the MIMO operation mode by using the first channel module and the second channel module at the same time. The method also includes extracting corresponding parameters from the second channel module and configuring the first channel module to be switched with the extracted parameters, such that the first channel module and second channel module enable the multimode communication terminal to perform MIMO communication. The method further includes issuing, upon determination of a switch, notification instructions to means in channel switch layer means and changing a data channel associated with the first channel module, such that the first channel module and second channel module can be adapted to the MIMO operation mode.

Multimode communication terminal and multimode communication implementation

The present invention provides a multimode communication terminal which contains at least a first separate channel module and a second separate channel module. The multimode communication terminal can be configured to communicate by using the first channel module and/or the second channel module. The channel modules communicate according to different communication protocols. The multimode communication terminal further comprises: channel switch layer means for switching the first channel module to have parameter characteristics consistent with those of the second channel module, so that the multimode communication terminal enables the MIMO operation mode by using the first channel module and the second channel module at the same time. The present invention further provides a method for enabling a MIMO operation mode in a multimode communication terminal. By using a relatively small number of RF communication modules, the present invention implements a wireless mobile multimode communication terminal which enables various operation modes including the MIMO operation mode. Compared with the existing solutions, the present invention greatly reduces the size required by the terminal.
