The color converter includes: a base substrate; a wavelength conversion pattern layer including a plurality of wavelength conversion layers disposed on the base substrate to be spaced apart from each other, and an overcoat layer disposed on the wavelength conversion pattern layer to cover at least a part of the wavelength conversion pattern layer, wherein the overcoat layer has an upper surface having a higher flatness than a lower surface.
