A safety standard of a predetermined level is set for a function to be implemented in each of devices. A central ECU includes ASIL ECUs to, in which each of the ASIL ECUS to is allocated for each level of the safety standard and is able to execute, on the device, confirmation processing according to the allocated level. A network branch unit distributes and transmits each of input signals from the devices, the input signals being respectively transmitted from zone ECUs, to a corresponding one of the ASIL ECUS each having the level allocated thereto and corresponding to the function of the device, and distributes and transmits each of output signals from the ASIL ECUs, the output signals being respectively transmitted from the ASIL ECUs, to a corresponding one of the zone ECUs each having transmitted the input signal from the device subjected to the confirmation processing.

Vehicle system

An in-vehicle system includes: an autonomous driving system device that is mounted in a vehicle and implements autonomous driving of the vehicle; an autonomous driving controller that is configured to control the autonomous driving system device to perform a control related to the autonomous driving of the vehicle; a first network that connects the autonomous driving system device and the autonomous driving controller with a protocol conversion unit interposed therebetween so as to perform communication with each other by using a plurality of different protocols; and a second network that connects the autonomous driving system device and the autonomous driving controller without the protocol conversion unit interposed therebetween so as to perform communication with each other by using a single protocol.

In-vehicle system with abnormality detection using two separate networks

A vehicle communication system includes a switching hub incorporated in a vehicle and including a switch IC and an external CPU. The switch IC includes an internal CPU and performs a transfer process of transferring information to a communication device. The external CPU is provided outside the switch IC and connected to the switch IC, and has higher information processing capability than the internal CPU. The external CPU can perform a transfer order process of ordering to transfer information to the communication device and perform a security process of securing the security of the information to be transferred when the transfer order process is performed. The internal CPU monitors the operation of the external CPU and when the external CPU is abnormal, performs the transfer order process instead of the external CPU.

Vehicle communication system

In an authentication system, when an electrical component with a temporary ID recorded by a temporary ID assignment device is connected to a switching hub, a temporary authentication device performs temporary authentication based on switching hub information describing the switching hub to which the electrical component is connected, the temporary ID of the electrical component, and temporary authentication inquiry information. A main authentication device performs main authentication based on the switching hub information of the switching hub to which the electrical component with a formal ID recorded by the formal ID assignment device is connected, and the formal ID of the electrical component, and main authentication inquiry information.

Authentication system

An acquisition unit acquires vehicle information related to a vehicle. An in-vehicle storage unit is provided in the vehicle and stores therein the vehicle information acquired by the acquisition unit. A transmission unit transmits the vehicle information acquired by the acquisition unit to an off-vehicle server located at an outside of the vehicle. A classification unit classifies the vehicle information acquired by the acquisition unit into information for transmission to be transmitted to the off-vehicle server or information for storage to be stored in the in-vehicle storage unit.

Storage system for vehicle

In an in-vehicle router, a narrow-range communication module (A) is a device capable of wireless communication. A wide-range communication module is a device capable of wireless communication in the wider range than the narrow-range communication module. An Ethernet module is connected to an in-vehicle LAN in a vehicle so that communication is possible. A CPU controls the narrow-range communication module and the wide-range communication module and communicates with the in-vehicle LAN through the Ethernet module. The narrow-range communication module, the wide-range communication module, the Ethernet module, and the CPU are assembled to a housing, and the housing is provided to the vehicle.

Wireless communication device

A vehicle communication system includes a management server and an in-vehicle communication device. The management server manages the plurality of access points for communication relay. The in-vehicle communication device is mounted on a vehicle and is capable of wireless communication to the access point. The in-vehicle communication device transmits position information indicating a traveling position of the vehicle to the management server. The management server transmits, to the in-vehicle communication device, access point information in which the priority is set on one or more candidate access points selected from among the plurality of access points based on the position information transmitted from the in-vehicle communication device. The in-vehicle communication device connects to an access point determined from among the candidate access points based on the priority in the access point information transmitted from the management server.

An integrated antenna module to be applied to an in-vehicle system includes an antenna element group that is mounted on a vehicle and is formed of a plurality of antenna elements, and the antenna element group constitutes a plurality of antennas capable of transmitting or receiving a plurality of electromagnetic waves by combining the plurality of antenna elements.

A vehicle communication system includes a core module, a first terminal module, and a second terminal module. The core module is installed in a vehicle and includes a first switching hub, a second switching hub, and a core communication line bundle. The first and the second switching hubs relay the data. The core communication line bundle includes a core optical cable that propagates optical signals and a core electrical wire that conducts electrical signals. In the core communication line bundle, the core optical cable and the core electrical wire couple the first switching hub and the second switching hub for communication. In the core communication line bundle, the core optical cable has a larger communication traffic volume than that of the core electrical wire.

An on-board system includes: a plurality of detectors provided to a vehicle; a controller configured to control an on-board instrument mounted on the vehicle based on detection information indicating a result of detection by each of the detectors; a detector hub interposed between each of the detectors and the controller in an intercommunicatable manner and configured to collect the detection information obtained by the detectors and transmit the collected detection information to the controller; a first network connecting the on-board instrument and the controller in an intercommunicatable manner; and a second network independent from the first network and connecting the detectors, the detector hub, and the controller in an intercommunicatable manner. As a result, the on-board system and the detector hub can achieve appropriate communication.

A communication managing device includes a monitoring unit that monitors wireless communication between a plurality of communication devices performing the wireless communication in a vehicle on the basis of a common communication standard and a communication status improving unit that performs a countermeasure for improving a communication status of the wireless communication on the basis of a result of the monitoring. The communication managing device may further include transfer means that sends a message to an occupant in the vehicle, and the communication status improving unit may improve the communication status of the wireless communication by sending a message for requesting for avoiding wireless communication based on the communication standard in a portable device to the occupant via the transfer means.

Communication managing device and communication system

A communication control system includes a first communication control device that includes a switching unit, a first gateway unit, a first power supply unit, and a first housing. The switching unit is provided in a vehicle, has a plurality of ports, and distributes a signal thereto. The first gateway unit has the CPU that is coupled to any one of the ports to convert a communication protocol of a signal. The first power supply unit supplies electric power to the switching unit and the first gateway unit. The first housing accommodates the switching unit, the first gateway unit, and the first power supply unit. The CPU can execute security processing for monitoring the switching unit.

Vehicle communication control system

A loop antenna transmits and receives a radio wave including a signal. A RFID detection circuit includes a circuit terminal and a circuit terminal connected with the loop antenna. A switch circuit switches, according to a state of an object to be detected, between a gain reduced state in which a gain of the loop antenna is reduced and a gain unreduced state in which the gain of the loop antenna is not reduced. The switch circuit has a first point of action and a second point of action for reducing the gain of the loop antenna, when &#x3bb; is a wavelength of the radio wave, the point of action is located within a gain reduction range that represents a range on the loop antenna from the circuit terminal to a position of &#x3bb;/32 away from the circuit terminal in a direction in which the loop antenna extends.

Detection device and detection system

A detection device includes a switch unit, the switch unit performs switching to a gain reduction state in which a gain of a loop antenna is reduced or a gain non-reduction state in which the gain of the loop antenna is not reduced in correspondence with a state of a detection target. When a wavelength of an electric wave is set as &#x3bb;, the switch unit includes switch terminals for reducing the gain of the loop antenna within a range K1 on the loop antenna from a first circuit terminal to a position that is spaced away from the first circuit terminal by &#x3bb;/8. In addition, the switch unit includes switch terminals for reducing the gain of the loop antenna within a range on the loop antenna from a second circuit terminal to a position that is spaced away from the second circuit terminal by &#x3bb;/8.

A wired/wireless composite communication system and a wired/wireless composite communication method perform control to use wired communication for communication data having high priority and to use wireless communication for communication data having low priority among the types of communication data transmitted and received between communication devices provided within a vehicle. Specifically, the wired/wireless composite communication system and the wired/wireless composite communication method transmit wired communication data and wireless communication data divided on the basis of the priority set for each type of the communication data separately by wired communication and wireless communication, and couple the wired communication data and the wireless communication data separately received on a reception side to each other to reconstruct the communication data.
