A light emitting diode (LED) lamp includes a light emitting module; a power module for driving the light emitting module; and a housing having an optical part for receiving the light emitting module, an electrical part for receiving the power module. The light emitting module includes a plurality of circuit boards sequentially arranged parallel to each other, a plurality of first LED chips which has lenses covered thereon being mounted on the circuit boards, and a plurality of second LED chips which has no lens covered thereon being mounted also on the circuit boards. The first and the second LED chips are arranged in columns and rows. The second LED chips are located symmetrically in respect to the first LED chips.

LED lamp having light emitting diodes with reduced number of lenses covered thereon

An LED lamp includes a radiator, two caps and a light emitting module. The radiator includes a base and a plurality of fins parallel to each other extends along a face of the base, the fins are integrally formed with the base. The two caps are aligned with two opposite ends of the radiator along a longitudinal direction. The light emitting module includes several circuit boards attaching to another face of the base and a plurality of LEDs disposed on the circuit boards. The circuit boards are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the fins, the radiator is cut into pieces with different length according to the arrangement of the circuit board. The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing the LED lamp.

LED lamp

An exemplary lamp includes a first member, a second member, and buckle assemblies securing the first member on the second member. Each buckle assembly includes a connecting member having an end thereof pivotally connected to the second member, a buckle having an end thereof pivotally connected to an opposite end of the connecting member and having an opposite end thereof clasping the first member to the second member, and a knob. Each buckle assembly has a dead point. When the buckle is flapped towards the connecting member and a pivoted end between the buckle and the connecting member passes through the dead point to get close to the second member, the knob extends through the buckle. Then the knob is rotated along a predetermined direction to press on the buckle, thereby preventing the pivoted end from moving away from the second member.

Buckle assembly and lamp using the same

An LED (light emitting diode) lamp includes a lamp body, a plurality of fixing assemblies fixed to a top of the lamp body and a plurality of fasteners fixed to the fixing assemblies. The lamp body comprises a housing defining a plurality of runners in a top thereof and a light emitting module mounted in a bottom of the housing and applying an LED module as a light source. The fixing assemblies are placed on the top of the housing. Each fastener has a head located at an underside of a corresponding one of the fixing assemblies and securely received in a corresponding runner. The fixing assemblies are provided for securely fixing the LED lamp in position and in a desired illuminating angle.

A connector for connecting a lamp to a pole, includes a frame and a bracket pivotably attached to the frame. The frame has multiple positioning holes defined therein, and the bracket has two slots defined corresponding to the positioning holes. A blot extends through the frame and the bracket, and a screw is selected to extend through one of the positioning holes and a corresponding slot to fix the bracket to the frame with a required angle.

An LED lamp includes a plurality of LED light units, a connecting member engaged with first ends of the LED light units, a mounting member engaged with second ends of the LED light units, and two strengthening members. The LED light units are juxtaposed together and placed side by side. Each LED light unit comprises a heat sink and a plurality of LED modules engaged with a bottom of the heat sink. The strengthening members extend through two outmost side portions of the LED light units and connecting the connecting member and the mounting member to support the LED light units.

An LED lamp includes a plurality of LED light units juxtaposed together and a connecting member engaging with the LED light units. Each LED light unit includes a heat sink and an LED module engaged on the heat sink. The heat sink defines a groove group at each lateral portion thereof. The connecting member includes a plurality of inserts received in grooves of the groove groups of the heat sinks of neighboring LED light units and clasping the neighboring LED light units together thereby to secure the LED light units into the LED lamp.

A lamp includes a lamp pole, a lamp head and an adjustable component. The adjustable component comprises an engaging portion and an adjustable portion pivotably connecting with the engaging portion via a pivot shaft. The adjustable portion mounted on the lamp head defines a plurality of adjustable holes therein. The engaging portion receiving a front end of the lamp pole therein and secured to the lamp pole, defines a plurality of engaging holes located corresponding to the adjustable holes. The adjustable portion is rotatable about the pivot shaft relative to the engaging portion. Two screws extend through the adjustable portion and screw into the engaging portion to connect the adjustable portion and the engaging portion together. When the adjustable portion is rotated from a first position to a second position, an elevation angle of the adjustable portion and accordingly the lamp head relative to the lamp pole is varied.

Lamp with angle adjusting member

An LED lamp includes a housing defining an opening in a front face thereof, a heat sink received in the housing and a plurality of LED modules mounted on the heat sink. The housing has two parallel horizontal plates at lower and top ends thereof. The heat sink includes a V-shaped conductive plate placed on the lower horizontal plate of the housing and has two differently-sized portions with front faces thereof defining an obtuse included angle therebetween. The front faces face the opening of the housing. The LED modules are mounted on the front faces of the portions of the conductive plate of the heat sink.

A method for mounting an LED module on a support comprises providing an LED module comprising a printed circuit board and multiple LEDs mounted on the printed circuit board, a support and a plurality of fasteners, each fastener comprising a head, a pole extending downwardly from a bottom of the head, and a plurality of teeth protruding downwardly from the bottom of the head and surrounding the pole, extending the fasteners through the printed circuit board of the LED module into the support, rotating each fastener such that the teeth thereof scrape insulating layers off a metal substrate of the printed circuit board, whereby a top face of the substrate is exposed and in direct contact with the teeth of the fasteners.

Method for mounting an LED module on a support

A solar LED lamp includes an envelope having a seat, a first sleeve extending from the seat and a second sleeve extending from the first sleeve. An LED lamp is received in the second sleeve of the envelope. The LED lamp includes a heat sink and a plurality of LEDs attached to the heat sink. A solar panel covers the second sleeve of the envelope for collecting solar energy and converting the solar energy to electrical energy. A storage battery is accommodated in the first sleeve of the envelope for reserving the electrical energy from the solar panel and providing electrical energy to the LED lamp. A solar controller controls the solar panel to convert the solar energy to the electrical energy or not.

Solar LED lamp

An outdoor LED lamp assembly includes a receiving member, a driving circuit module received in the receiving member, an LED lamp mounted on the receiving member, and a switch received in the receiving member and electronically connecting with the driving circuit module to control power off and power on of the outdoor LED lamp assembly. The receiving member includes a bottom plate. The LED lamp includes a heat sink and a plurality of LED modules mounted on the heat sink. The bottom plate depresses the switch so that the switch is at an 'ON' position to enable a current to flow to the driving circuit module via the switch. When the bottom plate is removed from the receiving member, the switch is changed from the 'ON' position to an &#x201c;OFF&#x201d; position, whereby the current cannot flow to the driving circuit module via the switch.

Outdoor LED lamp assembly

An LED lamp includes a lamp holder, a heat sink, a plurality of LED modules, a cover, an envelope and a sealing cushion. The lamp holder has a connecting portion at a bottom thereof adapted for engaging with a lamp socket to fix the LED lamp in position. The heat sink is disposed on the lamp holder. The LED modules are attached to a circumference of the heat sink. The cover is coupled to a top of the heat sink. The envelope encloses the heat sink and the LED modules therein and has a lower end engaging with the lamp holder and an upper end engaging with the cover. The sealing cushion is provided between at least one of the combinations of the lamp holder and the envelope, and of the cover and the envelope to prevent an entry of foreign matter.
