Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for hybrid-type authorization. An embodiment operates by parsing a policy expression into an abstract syntax tree (AST) and receiving, from a local server, user attribute data of a user. The embodiment further operates by traversing the AST to evaluate the user attribute data and determining whether a result of the traversing is indeterminate. In addition the embodiment operates by sending, to a remote server, a request for additional user attribute data in response to determining that the result is indeterminate, and receiving, from the remote server, the additional user attribute data. Then the embodiment operates by re-traversing the AST to evaluate the user attribute data and the additional user attribute data, authorizing the user based on at least one of the traversing or re-traversing, and outputting an authorization result.

Hybrid-type authorization policy evaluation

Various embodiments for deduplication of APIs using similarity measures and artificial intelligence are described herein. An embodiment operates by receiving a request to compare a first computing program to a second computing program, wherein each computing program includes an address, one or more tables accessed by a respective computing program, one or more input parameters, and one or more output parameters. Similarity measures are calculated between the addresses, tables, input parameters, and output parameters of the two computing programs. The similarity measures are provided to a trained artificial intelligence (AI) model, which generates a similarity determination. Performed an action based on the similarity determination.

Deduplication of computer programs using similarity measures and artificial intelligence

A partition-based method to implement idempotence in an event-driven architecture is provided, which acts to reduce the pressure of database reading and writing, thus improving the performance of event handling. In order to improve parallelism, a consumer cluster (a cluster of multiple consumers that can share the responsibility of processing events) is established such that the events are distributed among different partitions within the cluster. Each partition contains a different consumer worker (with its own cache). An event dispatch module is then used to dispatch events among the consumer workers in a way that keeps the load balanced. In an example embodiment, this is performed by generating a partition identification for an event based on a hash of the context identification of the session established between the user and the application when the event was generated, followed by a modulo operation based on the number of consumer workers in the cluster.

The invention provides an antenna structure comprising a plurality of wire segments formed in a loop. Connecting units are provided between the wire segments, each of which is switchable between a conductive state and a reactive state. With the connecting units in the conductive state a loop antenna is formed with a first (longer) signal range and with the connecting units in the reactive state an antenna structure is formed with a second (shorter) signal range. Said reactive state is adapted to introduce a phase delay between the adjacent wire segments. This enables the same antenna to be used for long range signal communication and short range communication, for example for system configuration or commissioning. The antenna structure may be used with luminaires of a lighting system.

The invention provides an electrical device, comprising a transformer () with a ferrite core () and an RF antenna (). The antenna () is electrically isolated from said transformer (), and a geometric dimension of the antenna () has a maximum dimension along or around a surface of the RF antenna (i.e. within the plane of the antenna or around a curved surface defining the antenna), and the RF antenna () is spatially spaced from a nearest part of the ferrite core () by less than the maximum dimension. This design makes use of the ferrite core of a transformer to provide isolation of the antenna from other parts of the device. This assists in reducing the impact of those parts of the device on the performance of the antenna, in particular the reception range.
