Disclosed are a see-through image display system and method. The see-through image display system includes: an image capturing device for photographer, configured to capture a photographer; a plurality of image capturing devices for object to be captured, configured to capture a target object to be captured; a viewing angle detection portion, configured to detect a viewing angle of the photographer according to an image of the photographer captured by the image capturing device for photographer; an image connection portion, configured to connect an overlapping portion of the images of object to be captured that are captured by the image capturing devices for object to be captured, so as to connect the images; an image generating portion, configured to perform homograph transformation on the images of object to be captured that are connected by the image connection portion based on the viewing angle of the photographer to generate a see-through image.

See-through image display system and method

An inspection device and an inspection method are provided. The inspection device includes: a main body portion, configured to be held by an inspector; a camera portion, disposed on the main body portion and configured to capture an inspected portion of a vehicle; and a guiding portion, configured to guide a camera direction of the camera portion to the inspector, so that an image obtained through the camera portion becomes a prescribed image suitable for inspection.

A vehicle can include the motor unit. The drive motor can be a traction motor that generates traction drive force of the vehicle, for example.

An electric vehicle includes a second rotating electric machine; a first transmission path configured to transmit force generated by the second rotating electric machine to a wheel; a first clutch that is arranged in the first transmission path and configured to switch between a connected state and a disconnected state between the second rotating electric machine and the wheel; and an ECU configured to control the second rotating electric machine and the first clutch. In the electric vehicle, a torque sensor is arranged between the first clutch and the wheel in the first transmission path.

A sensor unit includes a shaft having a hollow portion and a torque sensor that is arranged inside the hollow portion and detects torsional torque acting on the shaft from inside the shaft. A motor unit can include the sensor unit and a drive motor. A vehicle can include the motor unit. A drive motor can be a traction motor that generates a traction drive force for the vehicle, for example.

Sensor unit, motor unit, and vehicle

A drive motor includes a torque sensor on an outer circumference of a shaft. The drive motor includes a rotor, a rotor shaft arranged inside the rotor, and an output shaft that is joined to the rotor shaft by a joint having a loose element. In the drive motor, the output shaft outputs rotational force of the rotor shaft to the output side. The torque sensor is arranged on an upstream side of the joint in a range not overlapping with the joint.

Vehicular drive system

A vehicle is equipped with a torque sensor configured to detect a torque, and which is disposed on a second transmission path connecting a first rotary electric machine and a first branch point on a first transmission path. When a first switching device is placed in a connected state and a vehicle wheel is driven by an internal combustion engine, a control device causes an inverted phase torque, which is opposite in phase to a detected torque detected by the torque sensor, to be generated in the first rotary electric machine.

A motor unit including a drive motor that includes an output shaft having a hollow portion; a torque sensor arranged within the hollow portion; and a cooling mechanism. A vehicle is equipped with a torque sensor configured to detect a torque, and which is disposed between an internal combustion engine and a first switching device on a first transmission path. When the first switching device is switched from a disconnected state to a connected state, a control device calculates a torque difference between a target torque of the internal combustion engine corresponding to a specified point on the first transmission path, and a detected torque or the like detected by the torque sensor. Further, the control device generates in a first rotary electric machine or a second rotary electric machine a compensation torque that compensates for the torque difference.

A drive motor in which a torque sensor is arranged on an outer circumference of a shaft, includes a rotor, a rotor shaft arranged inside the rotor, and an output shaft that is joined to the rotor shaft by a spline joint and outputs rotational force of the rotor shaft to the output side. The torque sensor is arranged on an output side of the spline joint in a range not overlapping with the spline joint.

A magnetostrictive torque sensor is provided that is capable of maintaining high detection accuracy, even when an excessive torque acts on a rotary shaft. The magnetostrictive torque sensor includes a magnetostrictive filmthat is arranged on a second steering shaft, or a rotary shaft, having a substantially columnar shape so as to surround the second steering shaftaround its axis, and detects a rotational torque about the axis acting on the second steering shaftbased on a change in a magnetic property of the magnetostrictive film. Compressive stress remains on an outer circumferential surface of a sensor regionof the second steering shaftaround which the magnetostrictive filmis arranged. Magnetostrictive torque sensor and method of manufacturing same

A dual-pinion electric power steering device has: a rack shaft that causes a turnable member to turn; a first pinion shaft to which a steering force from a steering wheel is transmitted; a first rack teeth disposed on the rack shaft and capable of meshing with the first pinion shaft; a second pinion shaft to which a rotational driving force from an assist motor is transmitted; a second rack teeth disposed on the rack shaft and capable of meshing with the second pinion shaft; a first pressing member disposed across the rack shaft from the first pinion shaft and configured to press the rack shaft toward the first pinion shaft; and a second pressing member disposed across the rack shaft from the second pinion shaft and configured to press the rack shaft toward the second pinion shaft. The first pressing member has a lower rigidity than the second pressing member.

Dual-pinion electric power steering device

A worm gear mechanism () comprises a worm () and a worm wheel () meshed with the worm. In the teeth of a hob () used for the gear cutting of the worm wheel, at least the addendum surfaces () are formed into arcuate shapes. The radial centers () of the arcs of the addendum surfaces are positioned nearer to a center line (WL') of the hob than a pitch line () of the hob. The worm wheel is cut into a gear by the hob. The worm is formed into the same shape as the hob. The recess meshing length (L) of the worm gear mechanism is designed to be greater than the recess meshing length (Llim) of a conventional worm gear mechanism.

Worm gear mechanism

Provided is a worm wheel that allows the residual stress in the plastic gear forming member thereof to be reduced, and suited for compact design. The worm wheel comprises a metallic core member () and a plastic gear forming member () formed on an outer periphery of the core member. In particular, the core member includes a boss portion () defining a pivot portion, an intermediate portion () extending radially from the outer periphery of the boss portion, and a cylindrical portion () connected to a radially outer end of the intermediate portion and having the gear forming member molded thereon coaxially with the boss, the cylindrical portion being formed with through holes () or cutouts () passed radially therethrough.
