A CMC turbine stator bladeincludes a bladewhich is formed of a ceramic matrix composite material, and a bandwhich is formed of a ceramic matrix composite material or a metallic material and supports the blade. The bladeincludes a first fitting portionto which the bandis fitted at the outside thereof. The bandincludes a second fitting portionto which the first fitting portionis fitted at the inside thereof. The CMC turbine stator bladeincludes fixing meanswhich sandwiches the second fitting portionfrom both sides in the height direction of the blade so that the bladeand the bandare fixed.
