A vehicle management system is provided with an onboard device, a server, and a remote control unit. The onboard device includes first memory and a first processor coupled to the first memory. The first processor being configured to acquire information regarding a vehicle. The server includes second memory and a second processor coupled to the second memory. The second processor being configured to determine whether or not a vehicle maintenance service is required based on the acquired information, and to propose implementation of the vehicle maintenance service in a cases in which the vehicle maintenance service is required. The remote control unit includes third memory and a third processor coupled to the third memory. The third processor being configured to use remote operation to move the vehicle to a predetermined location for implementation of the vehicle maintenance service in a cases in which the proposed vehicle maintenance service is to be implemented.

Vehicle management system

An information processing device for managing a vehicle including a toilet unit, a tank unit connected to the toilet unit for storing waste that flows from the toilet unit, and a traveling unit capable of moving the toilet unit and the tank unit. The information processing device performs control for disconnecting the traveling unit from the toilet unit and the tank unit when installing a toilet. The information processing device includes a control unit configured to acquire a storage amount of waste in the tank unit and to generate commands to the traveling unit to cause the traveling unit to replace the tank unit when the storage amount of waste becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined amount.

A vehicle includes a permission unit configured to permit a remote operation using a remote operation device outside the vehicle, a transmission unit configured to transmit, to the remote operation device, information on surroundings of the subject vehicle acquired from sensors, a receiving unit configured to receive a remote operation signal that is input by an operator outside the vehicle via the remote operation device, a travel control unit configured to remotely drive the vehicle based on the remote operation signal, and a replacement reception unit configured to, while the vehicle is remotely driven, receive an instruction from an occupant to replace the operator.

An information processing device includes a control unit configured to: acquire information on a destination of a user who uses a resting unit including equipment on which the user is able to sleep, information on an arrival time at the destination, and information on a place in which the user uses the resting unit; transmit a command to a traveling unit configured to be coupled to the resting unit and carry the resting unit such that the traveling unit is coupled to the resting unit and arrives at the destination at the arrival time; and transmit a command to a stimulation device configured to stimulate the user who is using the resting unit such that the stimulation device is activated before the traveling unit is coupled to the resting unit or before the traveling unit departs for the destination after being coupled to the resting unit.

An information processing device includes a controller. A vehicle includes: a permission unit configured to permit a remote operation performed by a remote operation device provided outside the vehicle; a transmission unit configured to transmit surrounding information of the vehicle; a reception unit configured to receive a remote operation signal input by an operator outside the vehicle via the remote operation device; a traveling control unit configured to control the vehicle to travel based on the remote operation signal; a drive data acquisition unit configured to acquire drive data input by a driver in the vehicle; and a handover determination unit configured to determine, while the remote operation is permitted by the permission unit, that handover of a driving operation of the vehicle to the remote operation is allowed when a difference between the drive data acquired by the drive data acquisition unit and the remote operation signal is within a predetermined range.

An information processing device configured to control a traveling unit which is coupled to a resting unit including equipment on which a user takes a rest and carries the resting unit, the traveling unit being movable even while not coupled to the resting unit, the information processing device includes a control unit configured to: select a first parking lot in which the resting unit is to be arranged from among vacant parking lots within a predetermined area including a current position of a terminal owned by the user who desires to take the rest; transmit, to the terminal, information on movement from the current position of the terminal to the first parking lot; and transmit, to a first traveling unit, a command to carry a first resting unit to the first parking lot and arrange the first resting unit in the first parking lot.
