A two-wire displacement sensor device includes an LC oscillation circuit including a coil whose inductance changes in accordance with a displacement amount of an object and an oscillation unit provided with capacitors and amplifying elements; and an interface unit serving as a signal output unit and a power supply input unit. The interface unit includes a constant current circuit that outputs at least two current values.

Two-wire displacement sensor device and displacement detection system

A valve mechanism includes: a cylindrical body; a plurality of valve bodies; and a drive valve. The drive valve includes a shaft portion having therein a flow path penetrating in the axial direction, and a step portion extending from an outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion to a radial outside of the shaft portion. The shaft portion has a tip portion which extends further on the cylindrical body side than the step portion. An outer diameter of the tip portion is smaller than an outer diameter of the step portion. A gap between the valve bodies is changed by elastically deforming an inner peripheral portion of the valve body, which comes into contact with the drive valve moved in a direction approaching the valve body, in a direction approaching the cylindrical body with respect to an outer peripheral portion of the valve body.

Valve mechanism and shock absorber

A valve mechanism includes: a cylindrical body; a plurality of valve bodies; and a drive valve. The drive valve includes a shaft portion having a flow path penetrating in the axial direction, and a first step portion extending from an outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion to a radial outside of the shaft portion. The shaft portion has a protrusion portion protruding further toward the cylindrical body side than the first step portion and a base portion extending to a side opposite to the protrusion portion with respect to the first step portion. A gap between the valve bodies is changed by elastically deforming an inner peripheral portion of the valve body, which comes into contact with the drive valve moved in a direction approaching the valve body, in a direction approaching the cylindrical body with respect to an outer peripheral portion of the valve body.

A shock absorber includes a cylinder, a spring, a receiving member, a sensor, and a coupling member. The sensor includes a coil portion, and a core portion. The coupling member is formed integrally with the core portion. A recessed portion is formed in one of the receiving member and the coupling member, a protruding portion facing the recessed portion is formed in the other one of the receiving member and the coupling member, and the receiving member and the coupling member are coupled to each other via the recessed portion and the protruding portion.

Shock absorber

A suspension device includes: a suspension including a damping device which damps a force generated between a vehicle body and a wheel; and a damping force control unit that increases a damping force of the damping device so as to be greater than the damping force generated when an acceleration of change in a stroke amount is less than a predetermined value determined in advance, when the acceleration of the change in the stroke amount is equal to or greater than the predetermined value, in which the stroke amount is an amount of displacement from a reference position of the wheel with respect to the vehicle body in an extension direction of the suspension.

Suspension device and recording medium

A hydraulic shock absorber includes a piston, a damper tube, a suspension spring, a plunger, a jack chamber, a pump case, a pump piston, a screw shaft, and a drive unit. Both end surfaces of the pump piston in a reciprocating direction are a first end surface demarcating the pump chamber, and a second end surface demarcating the gas chamber, the second end surface having a screw hole into which the screw shaft is screwed. The pump piston includes a space portion between a bottom plate defining the first end surface and the screw hole. The screw shaft has a through-hole connecting the gas chamber with the space portion.

A control device is configured to control a damping force of a damping device using a difference between a front-rear acceleration of a vehicle main body and a rotational acceleration of a vehicle wheel, the damping device being configured to dampen a force generated between the vehicle main body and the vehicle wheel.

A suspension device includes: a damping device that damps a force generated between a vehicle body and a wheel of a vehicle; a determination unit that determines whether the vehicle is jumping, using an acceleration of the vehicle in a front-rear direction, an acceleration of the vehicle in a left-right direction, and an acceleration of the vehicle in a vertical direction; and a damping force control unit that increases a damping force of the damping device so as to be greater than the damping force generated when the determination unit does not determine that the vehicle is jumping, when the determination unit determines that the vehicle is jumping.

A shock absorber includes a cylinder which is a conductor; a rod inserted into the cylinder from one end side of the cylinder, a suspension spring arranged outside the cylinder, a spring receiver which receives a load of the suspension spring on the one end side of the rod, and a protective member arranged on the one end side of the rod and configured to protect the rod. The protective member has a coil configured to detect a relative position between the cylinder and the protective member, and an end portion formed on the one end side of the protective member is arranged so as not to receive a load from the spring receiver.

A stroke sensor system includes a conductor, a coil which moves relative to the conductor and is fitted to one end side of the conductor; and a ferromagnetic body which is arranged on an end position side of the coil. A position of an end portion on one end side of the conductor in a state where a fitting ratio between the conductor and the coil is maximized is defined as the end position. The ferromagnetic body is located on an opposite side to the conductor with the coil interposed therebetween.

Stroke sensor system and shock absorber

A hydraulic shock absorber includes: a cylinder; a piston rod on which a first piston, a valve, and a second piston are disposed sequentially from one end side; and an oil lock portion that is disposed on the one end side inside the cylinder, and that forms a gap flow path between the oil lock portion and an outer circumferential surface of the first piston. The first piston has a piston internal flow path, and is displaceable in an axial direction of the piston rod. When the piston rod moves toward the one end side, the first piston relatively moves toward the other end side with respect to the piston rod and the other end side of the first piston abuts against the valve, so that due to a flow of working oil passing through the piston internal flow path, the valve bends to generate damping force.

A valve device includes an operating unit, a first pushing member, a plate-like member, a second pushing member, and a valve. The plate-like member includes a plurality of the moment arms arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. A force point of each of the plurality of the moment arms is pushed by a front end of the first pushing member. The second pushing member has an acted surface receiving a force from an action point of each of the plurality of the moment arms. The plurality of the moment arms are integrally connected by an annular frame portion of the plate-like member where the fulcrum is disposed.
