It is an object to enable a sample of a sample source to be injected into a LC while a pressure state of the sample source is maintained. There are provided an injector () including a first sample loop () and an injection valve (), a sample supply channel (), a pump part (), a second sample loop (), a sample source channel (), and a path construction part. The path construction part is configured to be capable of selectively constructing a sampling path and a sample supply path. The sampling path is configured so that the sample source channel () and the pump part () are fluidly connected to each other in a closed system with the second sample loop () interposed therebetween and the sample is drawn from the sample source to the second sample loop () using the pump part (), and the sample supply path is configured so that the second sample loop () is separated from the sample source channel () while maintaining a closed system state of the sample source channel () and the pump part () or another pump () different from the pump part and the sample supply channel () are fluidly connected to each other with the second sample loop () interposed therebetween and the sample held in the second sample loop () is supplied to the injector () through the sample supply channel () using the pump part () or the other pump ().

Online sampling system

A sample pretreatment device of an aspect of the present invention includes a conveyance mechanism () including a Z-axis guide () that linearly moves in two axes of an X axis and a Y axis and expands/contracts in a Z-axis direction on a table () where a unit that performs each step of pretreatment is arranged. The Z-axis guide () is integrally provided with a liquid handler () and a grip handler () oriented in opposite directions to each other. A side wall of a housing () on the autosampler side is provided with a sample conveyance opening (). When pretreatment of a sample ends, the Z-axis guide () is moved to a position close to the opening () in a state where a gripper () grips a pretreated plate. An arm () enters a housing of the autosampler through the opening () and an opening formed in the autosampler, and sets a plate at a predetermined position. Thus, the sample pretreatment device can eliminate the labor of the worker setting a pretreated sample in the analysis device.

A sample injection device is used to inject a sample into a chromatograph and includes a flow vial, a sampling needle and one or more than one sample dissolution devices. A sample is supplied to the flow vial. The sample that has been supplied to the flow vial is collected by the sampling needle and injected into the chromatograph. At least one of ultrasonic waves, an electric field and a magnetic field is used, so that dissolution of a sample to be injected into the chromatograph is promoted by one or more than one sample dissolution devices.

To diminish complication and difficulty in attachment and detachment of analytical columns to and from a column oven. The column oven includes, in a column housing part that includes a space for housing the plurality of analytical columns, a column rack that holds the plurality of analytical columns, an inlet switching valve, and an outlet connection portion. At least either the inlet switching valve or the outlet connection portion is formed integrally with the column rack and capable of being attached to and detached from the column housing part together with the column rack.

Column oven

A preparative purification apparatus capable of adjusting a mixing ratio of a mobile phase and an elution solvent contained in a solution to be collected. A liquid feeding unit which feeds an elution solvent to an inlet of a trap column; a flow path switching unit which selectively connects an outlet of the trap column to one of a waste liquid flow path or a recovery flow path; a liquid feed amount measurement unit; and a flow path control unit which performs a control such that the flow path switching unit is connected to the recovery flow path when the amount of the elution solvent fed to the trap column reaches a predetermined initial waste liquid amount, and thereafter, the flow path switching unit is connected to the waste liquid flow path at a timing of reaching a predetermined solution recovery amount.

Separation/purification apparatus

A pressure control valve is provided with a pressure control block. The pressure control block has a pressure control block having an opening portion provided on one outer surface, a pressure control surface provided as a plane at a bottom portion of the opening portion, and two internal channels having openings at the respective end portions of the pressure control surface. A sheet-like valve body having elasticity and arranged so as to cover the pressure control surface is provided in the opening portion of the pressure control block. A valve body driving portion is provided on a side opposite to the pressure control surface with the valve body interposed therebetween that adjusts an amount of a gap between the valve body and the pressure control surface by pressing the valve body in a direction perpendicular to the pressure control surface. The pressure control surface has higher hardness than a hard material.

A fractionating and refining device includes a solution sending flow path for supplying a solution, including a fractionated target component, a gas supply flow path, a collecting vessel, a warming mechanism for warming the collecting vessel, and a probe formed by integrating tip end portions of the solution sending flow path and the gas supply flow path with each other. A lid of the vessel includes a solution inlet to which the tip end portion of the solution sending flow path is connected, gas inlets to which the tip end portion of the gas supply flow path is connected, and gas discharge ports connecting an inside and an outside of a vessel main body of the vessel.

Fractionating and refining device

In a preferred embodiment, a sample container storage part for storing a number of sample containers S, a nozzle for dropping a sample component separated and supplied by an LC and an additive liquid such as digestive fluid supplied from another liquid supplying part to the sample container S, a carrying mechanism for carrying and positioning the sample container at an arbitrary position under the nozzle, and a second nozzle, serving as a suction/injection mechanism, for sucking in the fractionated/collected sample component and injecting the sample component to another LC. The carrying mechanism provides a rotation mechanism. The carrying mechanism rotates over 180 degrees and carries the sample container S completed with fractionating/collecting to the position of the second nozzle, and the sample is sucked in by the second nozzle and injected to the LC of next stage.

Fractionating/collecting device of liquid chromatograph

The present invention provides an apparatus for analyzing easily not only the overall taste of a sample but also what kind of components, synergetic effects and diminishing effects contribute to the taste. A sample to be analyzed is injected into a mobile phase by a liquid sending pump, and the sample is sent to a taste detector by way of a blending means and valves. Then, detection signals are obtained by taste sensors on the taste detector. The sample sent through the taste detector is introduced into a column by way of a 6-port-2-position valve, temporally separated into components and eluted from the column. After each component is detected by a UV detector, the eluted liquid is sent to the taste detector once more, and detection signals which reflect the tastes of each sample component. When analyzing how the taste changes by an additive, send the additive to the blending means and blend it with the sample.

Taste analyzing apparatus

A specimen pretreating device which includes a micro scale or nano scale high-performance liquid chromatograph having a capillary column (), a probe () integrally formed at the tip of the capillary column (), and an additive feeding flow passage (). The probe () is formed in a multi-tube structure in which a plurality of tubes are disposed on the same axis. The innermost tube is located at the tip of the capillary column (), and one of the outer tubes is used as an additive supply tube converging an additive solution to an eluent solvent eluted from the capillary column () to form liquid drops including the eluent solvent and an additive, and the liquid drops are released from the tip of the probe (). The specimen is not diffused since a detector is not present in the flow passage.

(A) A rotor slotallows an analysis infusion pumpto be connected to an analytical column, so as to form a flow path (condensing procedure). After the pressure in the trap columnis raised to the same pressure level as that of the analytical column, the pressure is stabilized, and the pressure difference between the two columnsandis counteracted (high-pressure procedure). (C) After the pressure between the two columnsandhas been stabilized sufficiently, the rotor is further rotated for 30 degrees, and the trap columnand the analytical columnare connected in series, so the sample analysis can be performed (dissolution procedure and detection procedure).

Flow path switching valve, high performance liquid chromatography using the same and analytical method thereof

The present invention is directed to reduce the dead volume in a flow path with trap functions. A flow path switching valveis provided, which includes a rotor, i.e., rotor, and a housing tophaving four ports-connected to external flow paths, wherein two ports used for a mobile phase for analyzing are an inlet portand an outlet port, and the other two ports used for a mobile phase for condensing are an inlet portand an outlet port. In the rotor, two circular arc-shaped rotor trenchesfor communicating two ports are formed at positions corresponding to the ports-. The rotor trenchis filled with an adsorbent.

Flow path switching valve and high performance liquid chromatograph using the same

A liquid chromatograph having a flow passage switching mechanism for switching among a normal analysis flow passage formed by connecting a mobile-phase-sending-unit, a second mixer having a large capacity, a sample injection portion, an analysis column and a detector in this order, a concentration flow passage formed by connecting a concentration liquid sending unit for sending a liquid for transferring a sample to be concentrated, the second mixer, the sample injection portion and a trapping column in this order, and a concentration analysis flow passage formed by connecting the mobile-phase-sending-unit, a first mixer having a smaller capacity than the second mixer, the trapping column, the analysis column and the detector in this order so that any one of the three flow passages is selectively formed, The mobile-phase-sending-unit is set so that the flow rate of a mobile phase becomes smaller when the concentration analysis flow passage is selected than when the normal analysis flow passage is selected.
