Provided is a solar module having improved photoelectric conversion efficiency and a method for producing this solar module. The wiring () has a first linear portion () and a second linear portion (). The first linear portion () is arranged at least partially on a finger portion () of a first electrode (). The first linear portion () is connected electrically to the finger portion () of the first electrode (). The second linear portion () is arranged at least partially on a finger portion () of a second electrode (). The second linear portion () is connected electrically to the finger portion () of the second electrode (). Either the first linear portion () or the second linear portion () is narrower than the other.

Solar module and manufacturing method therefor

Disclosed is a solar cell module that comprises a solar cell including a first electrode and a second electrode on one main surface thereof, a wiring member electrically connected to the solar cell, and a resin adhesive layer bonding the solar cell and the wiring member to each other. Each of the first and second electrodes includes finger parts extending in one direction. The wiring member includes an insulating substrate, and a wiring disposed on the insulating substrate, and electrically connected to the finger parts of the first or second electrode. The resin adhesive layer includes an adhesive layer body made of a resin, and a conductive member disposed in the adhesive layer. A portion of the conductive member digs into at least one of the finger parts and the wiring.

Solar cell module

A solar cell production method, whereby: a plurality of solar cell strings connecting a prescribed number of solar cells in series are formed; a plurality of solar cell strings are lined up along a second direction intersecting a first direction in which the solar cell strings extend, and the same are arranged such that the interval at one end of the first direction between adjacent solar cell strings is smaller than the interval at the other end; the arranged plurality of solar cell strings are connected to each other and a solar cell connection body is formed; a first filling material sheet, the solar cell connection body, a second filling material sheet, and a second protective member are laminated upon a first protective member having a curved surface; pressure is applied from above the second protective member; and a solar cell module having a curved surface shape is formed.

Solar cell module production method

An aspect of the invention is a method of manufacturing a solar cell module in which wiring members are electrically connected to front and back electrodes on front and back sides of a solar cell with resin adhesion films. The total area of the front electrode is smaller than that of the back electrode. The method includes: arranging the resin adhesion films on the front and back electrodes; arranging a first cushion sheet and a lower press member below the lower resin adhesion film and arranging a second cushion sheet being thicker than the first cushion sheet and an upper press member above the upper resin adhesion film; pressing the press members against each other thereby bonding the resin adhesion films to the solar cell; and releasing the pressure to the press members and moving the first and second cushion sheets away from the solar cell.

Method of manufacturing solar cell module

A solar module is provided which has improved durability. A third wiring member () includes a first portion (), a second portion (), and a third portion (). In the first portion (), metal foil () faces a solar cell (). The first portion () is electrically connected to the solar cell (). The second portion () is arranged on the solar cell () with the metal foil () facing the side opposite to the solar cell (). The third portion () connects the first portion () and the second portion (). A first wiring member () electrically connects the second portions () of adjacent solar cell strings () to each other. The solar module () also includes an insulating sheet (). The insulating sheet () is arranged between the first wiring member () and the solar cell ().

Solar module

A method is provided which is suitable for manufacturing a solar module. When a defective solar cell () is discovered in a solar cell string (), a disconnecting step is performed to disconnect the wiring members () bonded to the defective solar cell () and to the solar cells () adjacent to the defective solar cell (), and to remove the defective solar cell () from the solar cell string (). A reconnecting step is then performed to electrically connect the solar cells () that were adjacent to the defective solar cell () to a new solar cell () by using new wiring members (), bonding each new wiring member () using a resin adhesive to a region closer to the end than the region in which the disconnected end () of the wiring member of the solar cell () adjacent to the defective solar cell () had been bonded in order to create a new solar cell string ().

Solar module manufacturing method

The present invention improves the reliability of back contact solar cell modules that are electrically connected by means of wiring material. A solar cell module () is provided with a plurality of solar cells (), and wiring material (). Each solar cell () has a p-side electrode () and an n-side electrode () arranged on a single main surface (). Among adjacent solar cells (), the wiring material () electrically connects the p-side electrode () of one solar cell () to the n-side electrode () of another solar cell (). The surface layers of the p-side electrode () and the n-side electrode () include plating layers () which have at least one power supply point (). The wiring material () is bonded to the plating layers such that the wiring material overlaps a portion of the power supply points () of each solar cell (), and does not overlap another portion of the power supply points ().

A solar module is provided with improved photoelectric conversion efficiency. A first electrode and a second electrode () each contain a plated film. Each plated film has a feed point (). The feed points () are positioned in bus bar portions (). A wiring member () is connected electrically to the first electrode or the second electrode () in the finger portions ().
