A heat exchanger includes: a heat exchange section through which a compressed gas flows; an upstream header section that is provided on an upstream side of the heat exchange section and communicates with the heat exchange section; a downstream header section that is provided on an downstream side of the heat exchange section and communicates with the heat exchange section; a gas inlet pipe that is connected to a wall surface of the upstream header section; and a gas outlet pipe that is connected to a wall surface of the downstream header section. A filter-cum-sound absorbing material of a porous material is mounted on an inner wall surface of at least one of the upstream header section and the downstream header section. The inner wall surface faces the heat exchange section.

Heat exchanger for gas compressor

A sound deadening device has an introducing and damping section. The introducing and damping section includes an introduction section that introduces fluid, an expansion chamber, and a lead-out section. The expansion chamber is communicated with the introduction section, has a flow passage cross-section larger than a flow passage cross-section of the introduction section, and has protrusions along a travelling direction of a sound wave, resonance of the sound wave being to be suppressed. The lead-out section is communicated with the expansion chamber, has a flow passage cross-section smaller than that of the expansion chamber, and leads out the fluid in a direction different from an introduction direction of the fluid. Accordingly, it is possible to weaken the resonance of the sound wave, suppress rise of inner sound pressure of the sound deadening device, and prevent reduction in a sound deadening effect.

Sound deadening device

A silencer includes: a housing that has a draw-in portion drawing in fluid, and a plurality of sound attenuating portions arranged in a flowing direction of the fluid; a first partition provided with an intermediate communicating portion communicating the most downstream attenuating portion with the adjacent attenuating portion located adjacent to the most downstream attenuating portion; a valve portion disposed in the most downstream attenuating portion, the valve portion being capable of closing the intermediate communicating portion; a valve holding portion holding the valve portion, the valve holding portion being detachably attached to the housing; and a draw-out portion provided in a portion of the most downstream attenuating portion other than the valve holding portion, the draw-out portion drawing out the fluid from the most downstream attenuating portion.

Silencer

A screw compressor includes compressor bodies, a motor disposed in a side of the compressor bodies, a gear box coupled to the compressor bodies and transmitting the drive force of the motor to a screw rotor, and a tubular coupling casing coupling the gear box and the motor and having horizontal axis. The coupling casing has a work hole in the horizontal direction. The work hole is used for maintaining a coupling accommodated in the coupling casing. The coupling casing has a rib extending in the up-down direction. It is thus possible to avoid reduction in the rigidity of the coupling casing with no cost increase, and to improve maintainability.

Screw compressor

A soundproof cover () is equipped with: multiple unit soundproof covers (R,L) forming a portion of the circumferential cross section (); and connecting parts () provided on the periphery of the circumferential cross section (), and connecting the multiple unit soundproof covers (R,L) in a detachable manner. The multiple unit soundproof covers (R,L) are configured so as to be capable of being attached and detached with respect to a muffler () by moving the unit covers in a direction (the radial direction (R)) orthogonal to the axial direction (A) of the muffler ().
