A suspension device includes an outer tube formed of a cylindrical body an inner tube disposed coaxially with the outer tube and provided to be movable relative to the outer tube, a tip end of the inner tube being disposed inside the outer tube, a cable harness extending from an outer side of the outer tube or the inner tube to an inner side and configured to be energized, a stroke sensor configured to detect a movement amount of the inner tube relative to the outer tube, two connection members disposed between the stroke sensor and the cable harness and connecting the stroke sensor and the cable harness, and a correction unit disposed inside the outer tube or the inner tube and configured to correct the movement amount detected by the stroke sensor based on a temperature inside the outer tube or the inner tube.

A valve device includes an operating portion including an operating rod switchable between a first state where the operating rod is at a first position, a second state where the operating rod is displaced from the first position, and a third state where the operating rod is displaced from the first position, a push member that can advance by being pushed by the operating rod, a first valve that can be opened and closed in accordance with the amount of displacement of the operating rod and the push member from the first position, a housing storing the first valve, and a second valve that can open and close a communication passage allowing communication inside and outside the housing by switching operation of the operating rod so as to switch from the first state to the second state.

A valve mechanism includes an orifice collar having a hollow portion penetrating in an axial direction, a valve body having a central hole and an opening portion which penetrate in the axial direction and arranged so as to come into contact with an axial end surface of the orifice collar, and a drive valve which is movable in the axial direction and is arranged on an opposite side of the orifice collar with the valve body as a boundary, where the valve body includes spoke valves, each of which includes an outer frame portion, an inner frame portion, and a plurality of spoke portions connecting the outer frame portionand the inner frame portion, and a protective valve which protects the spoke portion when the spoke portion of the spoke valve is deformed.

Valve mechanism and shock absorber

A valve mechanism includes: a cylindrical body; a plurality of valve bodies; and a drive valve. The drive valve includes a shaft portion having therein a flow path penetrating in the axial direction, and a step portion extending from an outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion to a radial outside of the shaft portion. The shaft portion has a tip portion which extends further on the cylindrical body side than the step portion. An outer diameter of the tip portion is smaller than an outer diameter of the step portion. A gap between the valve bodies is changed by elastically deforming an inner peripheral portion of the valve body, which comes into contact with the drive valve moved in a direction approaching the valve body, in a direction approaching the cylindrical body with respect to an outer peripheral portion of the valve body.

A valve mechanism includes: a cylindrical body; a plurality of valve bodies; and a drive valve. The drive valve includes a shaft portion having a flow path penetrating in the axial direction, and a first step portion extending from an outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion to a radial outside of the shaft portion. The shaft portion has a protrusion portion protruding further toward the cylindrical body side than the first step portion and a base portion extending to a side opposite to the protrusion portion with respect to the first step portion. A gap between the valve bodies is changed by elastically deforming an inner peripheral portion of the valve body, which comes into contact with the drive valve moved in a direction approaching the valve body, in a direction approaching the cylindrical body with respect to an outer peripheral portion of the valve body.

A shock absorber includes a cylinder which is a conductor; a rod inserted into the cylinder from one end side of the cylinder, a suspension spring arranged outside the cylinder, a spring receiver which receives a load of the suspension spring on the one end side of the rod, and a protective member arranged on the one end side of the rod and configured to protect the rod. The protective member has a coil configured to detect a relative position between the cylinder and the protective member, and an end portion formed on the one end side of the protective member is arranged so as not to receive a load from the spring receiver.

Shock absorber

A stroke sensor system includes a conductor, a coil which moves relative to the conductor and is fitted to one end side of the conductor; and a ferromagnetic body which is arranged on an end position side of the coil. A position of an end portion on one end side of the conductor in a state where a fitting ratio between the conductor and the coil is maximized is defined as the end position. The ferromagnetic body is located on an opposite side to the conductor with the coil interposed therebetween.

Stroke sensor system and shock absorber

A valve device includes an operating unit, a first pushing member, a plate-like member, a second pushing member, and a valve. The plate-like member includes a plurality of the moment arms arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. A force point of each of the plurality of the moment arms is pushed by a front end of the first pushing member. The second pushing member has an acted surface receiving a force from an action point of each of the plurality of the moment arms. The plurality of the moment arms are integrally connected by an annular frame portion of the plate-like member where the fulcrum is disposed.

Valve device

A shock absorber includes a hollow rod, a suspension spring arranged outside the hollow rod, a spring receiver arranged to be displaceable with respect to the hollow rod and receiving a load of the suspension spring, an adjusting screw inserted into one end side of the hollow rod and configured to adjust a position of the suspension spring by restricting movement of the spring receiver to the one end side, and a shaft member which transmits a load received by the spring receiver to the adjusting screw inside the hollow rod. An insertion portion which extends in an axial direction of the hollow rod and into which the shaft member is inserted is provided on a side surface of the hollow rod.
