Provided are a work machine and a work machine system that reduce risk that a vehicle body comes into contact with an obstacle nearby in a case wherein abnormality arises in the work machine. The work machine comprises: a traveling body; a rotary body rotatably mounted onto the traveling body; a work machinery of an articulated type mounted to the rotary body and including a boom, an arm and a work tool; and a control device. The control device comprises a control instruction calculation section, a machine control section, an abnormality detection section, an avoiding movement necessity determination section and an avoidance control instruction section. The machine control section controls the traveling body, the rotary body and the work machinery putting priority on the avoidance control instruction over the operation control instruction.

The controller determines whether or not an approval request for requesting approval of entry into a movable range of the work machine transmitted from the mobile terminal when the worker around the work machine operates the mobile terminal has been received; inform, by using the informing device, that the approval request has been received when it is determined that the approval request has been received; determine whether or not approval operation of approving entry into the movable range has been performed on the input device; set an interpersonal communication level representing a degree of interpersonal communication between the operator and the worker depending on whether or not the approval request has been received and whether or not the approval operation has been performed; decide a mode of notification in accordance with the interpersonal communication level; and give a notification in the mode of notification by using the notification device.

Provided is a work machine capable of eliminating the inconvenience from the operator of the work machine as much as possible while deterring a contact between the work machine and workers, and suppressing a decrease in productivity of the work machine. A work machineincludes: an identification information recognition deviceconfigured to recognize identification information on a person who enters a predetermined region R around the work machine; and a controllerconfigured to control the work machine in accordance with the identification information. When a person enters the predetermined region R under the condition that the work machineis ready for operation, the controllercounts the number of times the person enters the predetermined region R as the number of approaches for each person distinguished with the identification information, and controls the work machinebased on the counted number of approaches in accordance with the identification information of the person who is in the predetermined region R.

When an automatic operation is finished, a detection process for detecting a ground contactable range where a work implement can be set is carried out on a basis of terrain profile information acquired by laser scanners, and, when the ground contactable range is detected, an automatic operation command signal for placing the work implement in contact with the ground contactable range is generated, whereas when the ground contactable range is not detected, an automatic operation command signal for placing the work implement in a predetermined standby posture is generated. As a result, a suitable standby posture can be taken according to the surrounding conditions when the automatic operation is finished.

Automatic operation work machine

In a work machine including a solenoid valve that generates a pilot pressure to drive a directional control valve with use of the delivery pressure of a pilot pump as a source pressure, a shut-off valve that shuts off a hydraulic operating fluid from the pilot pump to the solenoid valve, a first sensor that senses the amount of operation of an operation lever, and a second sensor that senses a state amount relating to operation of the solenoid valve, whether or not an abnormality of the second sensor exists is determined on the basis of a sensing signal of the second sensor. When it is determined that the second sensor is abnormal, on the basis of a sensing signal of the first sensor, an opening command is made to the shut-off valve if operation of the operation lever is sensed, and a closing command is made to the shut-off valve if the neutral state of the operation lever is sensed.

A work machine includes an operation intention determining section that determines whether or not an operator has an intention of operating an operation member based on a state change of the operation member, a current supply section that supplies a current to a solenoid valve device based on an operation of the operation member, and a current control section that permits supply of a standby current from the current supply section to the solenoid valve device when it has been determined by an operation position determining section that the operation member is disposed within a preset neutral range and it has been determined by the operation intention determining section that there is an intention of operating the operation member, the standby current being lower than a current of the time when a hydraulic actuator starts driving.

Lever neutrality is determined by whether or not operation levers are at a neutral position based on operation signals from operation levers. Pilot pressures are computed based on the operation signals from the operation levers; and pilot pressure signals are converted to current signals. A current interruption controller controls interruption and communication of the current signals to the solenoid proportional valves; and an operating condition is determined by determining whether a construction machine is in a manual operation state or a semiautomatic operation state. At least one hydraulic actuator is controlled to assist the operation of the operator, and when it is determined that the construction machine is in the semiautomatic operation state, the current interruption controller interrupts the current signals to all of the solenoid proportional valves only when it is determined that all the operation levers are at the neutral position.

A control system for a construction machine includes an electric lever operating device that outputs a command to a hydraulic actuator, a travel control lever device that outputs a command to a travel device, and a controller that outputs a drive command to a solenoid proportional valve that decompresses hydraulic fluid supplied from a pilot hydraulic source. The control system includes a machine body state judgment part that judges the state of the machine body based on an electric signal from the electric lever operating device and an operation amount of the travel control lever device and a dead zone calculation part that calculates a dead zone for the electric signal from the electric lever operating device based on the state of the machine body. The dead zone calculation part sets the dead zone for the electric signal at a first predetermined value when the machine body is in the travel-solo state and sets the dead zone for the electric signal at a second predetermined value smaller than the first predetermined value when the machine body is in the traveling work state.

Control system for construction machine

A construction machine includes a control device having a reaction-force correction control section. When a difference between a target operator input and an actual operator input for a front member exceeds a preset range, the reaction-force correction control section executes correction to increase an operation reaction force to be applied by a reaction-force applying device to an operating unit operating an actuator driving the front member. When the difference falls within the range, the reaction-force correction control section executes correction to decrease the operation reaction force to be applied by the reaction-force applying device to the operating unit operating the actuator driving the front member.

An object of the present invention is to provide an EMC design technique of a device including an electronic device mounted therein for implementing noise amount analysis of a system in which individual electronic devices are combined. A housing model is acquired, component models are selected and acquire, the acquired component models are connected using a wire, the acquired component models are arranged in the acquired housing model, the arranged component models connected using the wire is driven to generate electromagnetic noise from the component models and the wire, the generated electromagnetic noise is propagated in the housing model to calculate a noise amount, and an output process of outputting data of the calculated noise amount is performed. Thus, even in the system in which a plurality of electronic devices are combined, electromagnetic noise analysis of the system can be easily performed, and a noise reduction design can be supported.

Electromagnetic noise analysis method and device

Provided is a noise equivalent circuit for completing an EMC analysis in a practical time and through a low-cost calculation process at an upstream stage of system design. The noise equivalent circuit includes one or more energy sources; a propagation path for propagation of energy from the energy source including a conductive path such as a cable and an electromagnetic field coupling path due to the coupling of an electric field and a magnetic field with another electronic device or cable; and a GND port connected to a system, and each port is represented by the noise voltage source or the noise current source and the internal impedance. This noise equivalent circuit can determine an external impedance that is varied depending on a load connected externally or the distance from an external device or a cable, whereby the noise of the system as a whole can be analyzed.

Noise equivalent circuit

A system and method for identifying an electrical noise propagation path through an object, such as an automotive vehicle, from a source of periodic electrical noise. An electrical noise sensor is positioned at a selected area on the object which generates an output signal representative of the magnitude of the electrical noise. A trigger generator generates a trigger signal in synchronism with a source of periodic electrical noise and that trigger signal is connected as an input signal to measurement equipment connected to the sensor to initiate electrical noise reading by the sensor. A recorder then records the output from the sensor. The electrical noise sensor is moved to different areas on the object to determine the electrical noise propagation path.
