An exhaust gas purification device including: a first case communicating with an exhaust manifold of an engine and internally including a first exhaust gas purification body for removing a carbon compound; and a second case communicating with an exhaust outlet of the first case and internally including second exhaust gas purification bodies for removing a nitrogen compound. The first case and the second case are arranged above the engine and in an L-shape to respectively extend along two side surfaces of the engine, the two side surfaces being adjacent to each other.

Engine device

In an engine device having a urea mixing pipe which injects urea water into exhaust gas of an engine, and an SCR case which removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine, and structured such that an inlet side of the SCR case is connected to an outlet side of the urea mixing pipe, an exhaust gas outlet side of the SCR case is connected to an exhaust gas inlet side of the urea mixing pipe where a urea water injection means is arranged, and an exhaust gas inlet side of the urea mixing pipe is supported to the exhaust gas outlet side of the SCR case.

An engine device is provided with a first case which removes particulate matters in exhaust gas of an engine, and a second case which removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine. The second case is connected to the first case via a urea mixing pipe. An exhaust gas inlet surface of the first case is joined to an exhaust gas outlet surface of the engine, and a support base firmly fixed to the engine is provided. In an engine device having a urea mixing pipe which injects urea water into exhaust gas of an engine, and an SCR case which removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine, and structured such that an inlet side of the SCR case is connected to an outlet side of the urea mixing pipe, the urea mixing pipe is formed by an outer pipe and an inner pipe having a double pipe structure, the SCR case is formed by an inner case body and an outer case body having a double case structure, an exhaust gas outlet side end portion of the outer pipe is connected to an exhaust gas inlet of the inner case body, and an exhaust gas outlet side end portion of the inner pipe is provided in a protruding manner in an inner portion of the SCR case.

The engine device has a first case which removes particulate matters in exhaust gas of the engine, and a second case which removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine. The second case is connected to the first case via a urea mixing pipe. The engine device is provided with a plurality of support leg bodies which are connected their one end sides to the engine, and a support base which is connected to a plurality of support leg bodies. The first case and the second case are arranged in the support base.

An engine device for a work vehicle, in which an exhaust purification unit can be placed on an engine in the neighborhood of the final process in the assembly work of the engine, thereby improving the assembly workability of the engine. The engine device includes a first case that removes particulate matter in the exhaust gas of the engine and a second case that removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine and connects the first case to the second case via a urea mixing pipe. Engine device for work vehicle

A engine device for a work vehicle, in which an engine, a first case, and a second case can be constituted in the same vibration structure, and exhaust gas path structure between the engine and the second case can be constituted in such a manner as to reduce costs. The engine device for a work vehicle according to the present invention of the instant application includes the first case for removing particulate matter in exhaust gas of the engine and the second case for removing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine, and configured to connect the first case to the second case via a urea mixing pipe. The engine, the first case, and the second case are integrally adhered, and the engine, the first case, and the second case are configured to be integrally vibrated in a swingable manner.

An engine device of a working vehicle is structured such that a first case and a second case can be firmly fixed with a high rigidity by making good use of a frame of an engine room. In the engine device of the working vehicle having the first case which removes particulate matter in exhaust gas of the engine and the second case which removes nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas of the engine, the first case is provided in the engine room which is inward provided with the engine, via a first case support body, and the second case is provided in the engine room via second case support bodies.

Exhaust gas outlet side end portions of an outer pipe and an inner pipe of the urea mixing pipe having a double-pipe structure are connected to exhaust gas inlet side end portions of an outer pipe and an inner pipe of the exhaust gas inlet pipe having a double-pipe structure. Fitting small-diameter portions are formed in an end portion of the inner pipe of the urea mixing pipe, and the fitting small-diameter portions are inward insert to an inner portion of the inner pipe of the exhaust gas inlet pipe.

An engine device for a work vehicle is configured to include a first case that removes particulate matter in exhaust gas of an engine and a second case that removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine and configured to mount the engine on a travelling vehicle-body frame on which right and left running wheels are arranged, and the engine device has structure in which the first case is supported on the engine, and the second case is mounted on the travelling vehicle-body frame via support bodies.

An engine device in which a first case and a second case can be installed in a compact manner while preventing a decrease of temperature of the first case and the second case due to cooling air for an engine. The engine device is equipped with the first case for removing particulate matter in exhaust gas of the engine, and the second case for removing nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas of the engine. The first case and the second case are disposed on the upper surface side of the engine at a position higher than an air flow path of a cooling fan of the engine. The second case is disposed at a position higher than the first case.
