A vacuum pump includes a casing having an inlet port, and enclosing a rotating body, a thread groove stator which is substantially cylindrical and is disposed on an outer periphery of the rotating body, and a thread groove which is formed in at least one of an outer peripheral surface of the rotating body and an inner peripheral surface of the thread groove stator, the vacuum pump exhausting gas sacked from a side of the inlet port to outside of the casing by rotating the rotating body, wherein a binding means, which is formed of a material having a linear expansion coefficient lower than a linear expansion coefficient of a material of the thread groove stator and reduces radial deformation at a time of thermal expansion of the thread groove stator, is disposed on an outer periphery of the thread groove stator.

Vacuum pump and rotating body thereof

A lower portion of a cylindrical portion provided in a vacuum pump on the outlet port side has an extension portion extending to a further downstream side than a stationary part of a thread groove exhaust element. In the extension portion, the smaller the outer diameter, the smaller the stress applied to the inner diameter side during rotation. As such, the configuration including a reduced diameter portion reduces the stress applied to the inner diameter side of the cylindrical portion without lowering the rotation speed of the rotating body. Additionally, providing a gradually decreasing diameter structure in the extension portion reduces stress concentration at the reduced diameter portion.

To provide a vacuum pump that is capable of efficiently cooling gas and requires less maintenance. The vacuum pump includes: a main body casing having an inlet portion and an outlet portion for gas; a turbomolecular pump mechanism portion in which a stator blade and a rotor blade are formed; a thread groove pump mechanism portion provided at a downstream side of the turbomolecular pump mechanism portion; a cooling trap portion that cools the gas led out from the turbomolecular pump mechanism portion and causes the gas to flow out to a side of the thread groove pump mechanism portion; and a partition wall that guides the gas led out from the turbomolecular pump mechanism portion to the cooling trap portion.

Vacuum pump and vacuum pump component

A main-body casing having an inlet port or an outlet port, a rotatable rotor shaft, and a rotor coupled to the rotor shaft are provided. A recess portion opened toward the inlet port is formed in the rotor and a fastening portion (a first shaft portion and a second shaft portion) of the rotor shaft is exposed to the recess portion. A cover portion, which is fastened to the fastening portion by a cover-portion fixing bolt and covers at least a part of the recess portion, is formed having a container shape and has a reinforcing portion located in a periphery of the fastening portion that prevents deflection by increasing rigidity. The cover portion also has a contact-pressure generating portion which is pressed by fastening to the fastening portion in a fastening direction and causes a contact pressure to be generated in the fastening direction.

To provide a vacuum pump which separates and constructs an inlet port flange and a casing (outer cylinder) as two components to reduce weight while retaining required strength and which is consequently capable of reducing manufacturing cost. In a vacuum pump, an inlet port flange and a casing (outer cylinder) are separated from each other and constructed as different members. The inlet port flange uses stainless steel as a material thereof and the casing (outer cylinder) use aluminum as a material thereof. The components are fastened to each other by bolts and sealed by an O-ring in order to maintain a vacuum property during assembly of the vacuum pump. Accordingly, a weight of the vacuum pump can be reduced while maintaining strength of the inlet port flange.

A vacuum pump includes a linked-type thread-groove spacer which is a structure for linking a Siegbahn pump portion and a thread-groove pump portion, and when an outlet position of a thread groove which is an exhaust channel portion of this linked-type thread-groove spacer is in a vicinity of the stator portion (stator bolt) of the stator column, conductance of the exhaust channel is lowered. Thus, phases in a circumferential direction of installation positions of a thread ridge of the linked-type thread-groove spacer and the stator portion of the stator column are aligned as much as possible. In other words, the thread groove of the linked-type thread-groove spacer which is the exhaust channel is provided between the installation positions of the stator portions in the circumferential direction of the stator column so that lowering of the conductance of the exhaust channel is suppressed.

A vacuum pump capable of suppressing the solidification of gas in a normal operation of a pump is provided. Provided is a vacuum pump including a casing that has an inlet port for sucking gas from outside and an outlet port for exhausting the gas to the outside; a turbo-molecular-pump mechanism that is disposed in the casing and includes rotor blades and stator blades alternately arranged in multiple stages in an axial direction; a thread-groove-pump mechanism that is disposed in the casing and is connectedly disposed on an exhaust side of the turbo-molecular-pump mechanism; first temperature regulating means that is configured to regulate cooling of the turbo-molecular-pump mechanism; and second temperature regulating means that is configured to regulate heating of the thread-groove-pump mechanism.

To provide a vacuum pump suited for removal of a product deposited in a flow path of the vacuum pump, and a stator component, a discharge port, and control means that are used in the vacuum pump. A vacuum pump includes a flow path through which a gas is transferred from an inlet port toward an outlet port and removing means that removes a product deposited on an inner wall surface of the flow path. The removing means has injection holes with one ends opened at the inner wall surface of the flow path and injects the removing gas into the flow path through the injection holes.

Vacuum pump, and stator component, discharge port, and control means used therein

Provided is a vacuum pump apparatus which allows reductions in thickness, weight, size, and cost of a vacuum pump control device. In the vacuum pump apparatus, a pump main body unit and a control unit which controls driving of the pump main body unit are integrated with each other. The vacuum pump apparatus has a configuration in which a spacer configured to support a load applied to a housing of the control unit is provided between a base of the pump main body unit and the housing of the control unit.

A vacuum pump includes a regenerative resistor removed from the control apparatus and disposed in the vacuum pump. More specifically, the regenerative resistor is detached from a control board (control apparatus) on which a control circuit is mounted, and disposed in a base of the vacuum pump, and connected to the control board via a wire. Further, a gap is provided between the base of the vacuum pump and the control apparatus. Moreover, a cover (outer covering body) is provided in the regenerative resistor disposed in the base part of the vacuum pump and the wire part. Since the regenerative resistor is provided in the base of the vacuum pump, which has a large heat capacity, a temperature increase of the control apparatus is reduced.

A cooling component includes a plurality of port pairs, a flow path through which refrigerant flows, the refrigerant communicating with each of the ports of the plurality of port pairs, and a setting means for setting a usage pattern of the plurality of port pairs. The plurality of port pairs are provided along a circumferential direction of the casing. The setting means sets a selected port pair such that the refrigerant is supplied from outside into the flow path using the first port of the selected port pair and refrigerant is discharged from the flow path to outside using the second port of the selected port pair, and sets another port pair such that the refrigerant cannot be supplied from outside into the flow path or discharged from the flow path using the other port pair.

Bobbins of an annular electromagnet each have a bobbin body that has a coil wire wound around an outer periphery thereof and is attached to a respective tooth of an annular stator core by having the corresponding tooth inserted therethrough. A first flange portion in a rectangular hallow shape is provided on an end surface of the bobbin body near the center of the annular stator core and a second flange portion in a rectangular hallow shape is provided on the other end surface of the bobbin body. A coil winding amount increasing means is formed at least on the first flange portion or the second flange portion and increases the amount of winding of the coil wire wound around the bobbin body.

A vacuum pump reduces a stress without reducing the rotation speed of a rotating cylindrical body. In an outlet port-side lower portion of a rotor cylindrical portion included in the vacuum pump, a smaller diameter portion having an outer diameter smaller than that of an inlet port-side portion of the rotor cylindrical portion is provided. A lowermost end portion (outlet port-side end portion) of the rotor cylindrical portion is designed longer than a thread groove exhaust element to provide an extending portion. In the extending portion, a smaller diameter portion having an outer diameter smaller than that of the inlet port-side portion of the rotor cylindrical portion which is opposed to the thread groove exhaust element is provided.

A vacuum pump has a hermetic connector disposed on a base of a body of the vacuum pump. The hermetic connector has a plurality of pins connected to a plurality of electrical cables leading to the inside of the pump body. The connector is longer in a lateral direction than in an axial direction so that the connector is horizontally long in a circumferential direction of the pump body.
