An electronic unit device includes a connector and a casing. The connector is connectable to a to-be-connected device. The casing includes a cover panel which can be opened and closed. The cover panel comprises a panel body and a partial panel. The panel body has a cut section. The partial panel is attachable and detachable to and from the cut section, and covers at least the surface of the connector, when the partial panel is attached into the cut section. The panel body includes a falling-prevention section, for preventing the installed partial panel from falling from the cut section, and a guide section for guiding the partial panel. The partial panel includes at least one engagement section to be engaged with the falling prevention section. The partial panel includes a section, to be in contact with the panel body, which is formed in such a shape as to be fit into the guide section.

Electronic unit device

A device unit housing apparatus provided with a simple structure to easily engage and disengage a device unit such as a magnetic disk drive unit with or from an apparatus main body. The device unit housing apparatus includes an apparatus main body provided with an engaging through-hole formed therein for accommodating a device unit or an engaged subject, and a unit engaging mechanism provided on the device unit. The unit engaging mechanism includes a unit engaging body movable and engageable with the engaging through-hole, and an elastic member which can always press the unit engaging body against the engaging through-hole.

Device unit housing apparatus

An LCD fastening method and equipment for using common portions necessary for fastening a color LCD display, that is, common portions suitable for various kinds of color LCD display are disclosed, thereby omitting the process of attaching the LCD by using screws inserted from the outside of an external frame and improving the appearance. The method comprises the steps of attaching brackets to a color LCD using first fastening screws inserted through holes provided in the brackets; attaching the brackets to an LCD base by inserting second fastening screws through holes provided in the brackets into bosses provided in the LCD base; and attaching an LCD cover to the LCD base by engaging a predetermined number of latches provided in the LCD cover with corresponding first ribs provided in the LCD base.

Liquid crystal display fastening method and equipment without screw holes in base and cover portions

An IC is mounted on a printed board. A radiator made of copper is arranged on the printed board so as to surround the IC and is fastened onto the printed board by screws provided on the back surface of the board. The central portion of a ceiling on the inner surface of the radiator protrudes downward and the lower surface of the protrusion becomes a contact surface contacting with the IC. Heat-conducting rubber is also provided on the lower portions of the radiator, i.e., portions at which the radiator contacts with the printed board. With this arrangement, a heat radiating member for the heat generating device having high radiation effect can be obtained.

In controlling an ion implantation unit, a dose of ions is calculated for every lot, and it is determined whether or not the dose D of ions is within an allowable range. When the dose of ions is within the allowable range, the ion implantation unit is operated for the next lot. When the dose of ions is not within the allowable range, the ion implantation unit is stopped.
