Resin composition comprises 35 to 59.9 parts by mass of a propylene polymer (A) satisfying below; 25 to 40 parts by mass of a soft propylene copolymer (B); 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a polyolefin (C) containing a structural unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof; and 15 to 30 parts by mass of an ethylene polymer (D) (provided that the total of (A), (B), (C), and (D) is 100 parts by mass), wherein an MFR measured at 230° C. and a load of 2.16 kg according to ASTM D-1238 is 7 g/10 min or more and 25 g/10 min or less, with each component satisfying certain requirements.

Resin composition and monolayer and multilayer films

A laminate for a battery with a polypropylene adhesive layer and a metal substrate layer: (1) the adhesive includes 40-94 wt % of a propylene copolymer (A), 3-30 wt % of a butene-containing copolymer (B), 3-30 wt % of an ethylene-&#x3b1;-olefin copolymer (C) ((A), (B), and (C) is 100 wt %), (2) the copolymer (A) has a melting point of 130&#xb0; C. or more measured with a differential scanning calorimeter, and a total proportion of a structural unit derived from ethylene is 4-25 mol % relative to 100 mol % of a total structural units forming all the copolymers (A) contained in the adhesive, (3) the copolymer (B) includes less than 1 mol % of a structural unit derived from ethylene, and has a melting point of 100&#xb0; C. or less measured with a differential scanning calorimeter, and (4) the copolymer (C) includes 50-99 mol % of a structural unit derived from ethylene.

An adhesive resin composition of the invention includes an ethylene polymer (A) including an ethylene polymer graft-modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, and satisfies the following requirements (1) to (4). (1) The melt flow rate (MFR) measured at a temperature of 190&#xb0; C. and a load of 2160 g in accordance with ASTM D 1238 is 0.1 to 3 g/10 min. (2) The density is 910 to 930 kg/m. (3) The proportion of fractions that elute at 50&#xb0; C. and below in crystallization elution fractionation chromatography measurement is not less than 20 mass %. (4) The proportion of fractions that elute at 90&#xb0; C. and above in crystallization elution fractionation chromatography measurement is not less than 25 mass %.

Adhesive resin composition and laminate

A method of producing a laminate comprising a heat treatment step under a temperature condition of 80-140&#xb0; C. for 5-120 minutes, wherein the laminate satisfies the following requirements: (1) an adhesive layer (I) with 97-70% by weight of a propylene copolymer (A) and 3-30% by weight of a copolymer (B) having a structural unit derived from butane (100% by weight); (2) the copolymer (A) has a melting point within a specific range and includes less than 1 mol % of structural unit from butane; (3) the copolymer (B) has a melting point within a specific range and includes 1 mol % or more of structural unit from butane; (4) the adhesive layer (I) has a polymer (C) with a structural unit from at least one graft monomer selected unsaturated carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof, and, (5) a substrate layer (II) includes a polyester resin.
