Provided is a vehicle seat capable of providing its coupling structure with a vibration reducing function at a low cost. One aspect of the present disclosure provides a vehicle seat including a cushion frame. The cushion frame includes a first member and a second member, and a coupling structure coupling the first and second members to each other. The coupling structure includes a first collar having a cylindrical shape and fixed to the first member, a second collar having a cylindrical shape and inserted in the first collar, a bolt inserted through the second collar, a first elastic element arranged between the first collar and the second member in an axial direction of the bolt, and a second elastic element held between the first and second collars in a radial direction of the bolt. The first collar has an inner diameter changing along an axial direction of the first collar.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat capable of exhibiting both performances of regulating an input of a load and reducing vibration is provided. One aspect of the present disclosure is a vehicle seat including a coupling structure coupling a first member and a second member. The coupling structure includes a bolt inserted through the first member and the second member, an auxiliary member arranged so as to hold the first member between the auxiliary member and the second member in an axial direction of the bolt, a first elastic element arranged between the first member and the second member in the axial direction, the first elastic element being in contact with the first member and the second member, and a second elastic element arranged between the first member and the auxiliary member in the axial direction, the second elastic element being in contact with the first member and the auxiliary member.

A seat frame includes a cushion frame, a back frame, a recliner plate, a bracket arranged to be in contact with a side surface of each cushion side frame, a nut, an end nut, a bolt, and an end bolt. The bracket includes a nut fixing portion and a pipe fixing portion. The bolt is fixed to the nut in a state of being inserted through a bolt hole and a bolt insertion hole. The end bolt is fixed to the end nut in a state of being inserted through an end bolt hole.

Seat frame

A vehicle seat in the present disclosure includes a seat cushion; a seatback; a sliding device configured to slidably support a seat main body that includes the seat cushion and the seatback; a first locking mechanism configured to restrict a sliding movement of the seat main body when the seat cushion and the seatback are placed in an occupiable state; a tip-up mechanism configured to rotationally displace the seat cushion in conjunction with a frontward tilting movement of the seatback; and a second locking mechanism configured to restrict a sliding movement of the seat main body when an elevation angle of the seat cushion exceeds a preset angle by an operation of the tip-up mechanism.

A vehicle seat includes a stopping structure that stops forward tilting rotation of a seatback between the seatback and a base on a floor. The stopping structure includes a stopping portion provided on one of the seatback or the base, and a stopper that is provided in a state supported in a cantilevered manner on the other of the seatback or the base, and that extends to a position overlapping with the stopping portion in a seat width direction. The stopping structure is configured to stop the forward tilting rotation of the seatback by abutment of the stopping portion and the stopper. A deformation inhibiting member that minimizes deformation in the seat width direction from the stopper abutting against the stopping portion following forward tilting rotation of the seatback, is provided on the other of the seatback or the base.

A vehicle seat includes a reclining mechanism that is provided to make the angle of a seat back relative to a seat cushion adjustable; a biasing member that biases the seat back in such a direction as to decrease the angle of the seat back relative to the seat cushion; and an assist member that applies a force in a direction opposite to the biasing force of the biasing member to the seat back, and generates a force that is smaller than the total of the weight of the seat back and the biasing force of the biasing member when the seat back is lifted up from a forwardly folded position in which the seat back has a small angle relative to the seat cushion toward a sitting position.

A seat frame structure includes a first mechanism element; a second mechanism element; a bolt shaft; and a seat frame that has a fitting portion that fits together with the first mechanism element, and a hole through which the bolt shaft passes, the seat frame being sandwiched between the first mechanism element and the second mechanism element, and integrated with the first mechanism element and the second mechanism element by fastening of the bolt shaft in the hole in a state extending between the first mechanism element and the second mechanism element. The first mechanism element has a fitting portion that fits together with the seat frame, and the second mechanism element is integrally assembled, by the fastening of the bolt shaft, to the first mechanism element in a state positioned on the seat frame by the fitting of the each fitting portion.

Seat frame structure

A vehicle seat includes an operating link rotatably mounted to a base, a bracket that is provided on a seat back, and is arranged to be pressed against the operating link due to rotation of the seat back, so as to push and rotate the operating link, and an operating mechanism arranged to be operated by the operating link when the operating link is pushed and rotated. The bracket and the operating link are engaged with each other such that one of the bracket and the operating link sandwiches the other of the bracket and the operating link in rotational directions thereof, so that the above-indicated one of the bracket and the operating link abuts on the other thereof in both of the rotational directions.

When a tilt-down function is performed, a rotationally-preventing condition of a reclining device connecting a base member and an intermediate member is released, so that a seat back is tiltably rotated forwardly integrally with the intermediate member and a seat cushion is pushed by a boomerang link capable of moving with the intermediate member so as to be sunk downwardly while tiltably rotating a front link. However, when a walk-in function is performed, a rotationally-preventing condition of a memory device connecting the seat back and the intermediate member is released, so that the seat back can be tiltably rotated to a forwardly inclined position independently of the intermediate member that is maintained in a condition in which the intermediate member is integrated with the base member.

Each of the pawls that are capable of rotationally locking a reclining device has a hardness greater than a slide cam that is capable of pressing the pawls to engage a ratchet. When a large load capable of forcibly rotationally displacing the ratchet is applied thereto while the pawls mesh with the ratchet, the pawls are pressed by the ratchet in a radially inward direction in which the pawls are disengaged therefrom, so as to press the slide cam with an increased buckling strength and plastically deform the same.

Vehicle seat reclining device

A switching mechanism of a vehicle seat includes a base element, an output arm pivotally connected to the base element via a first pivot shaft, an input arm having a force input point and pivotally connected to the output arm via a second pivot shaft as a rotational center, and an input arm biasing member. When a force is applied to the input arm, the input arm can be rotated around the first pivot shaft in the normal rotational direction while contacting the first pivot shaft, so that the second pivot shaft can pivot about the first pivot shaft, thereby rotating the output arm about the first pivot shaft with the input arm to rotate the seat back from a seating position into one of a walk in position and a folded position. The input arm may also be configured to rotate the seat back to the seating position.

Switching mechanisms of vehicle seats

One aspect of the present invention can include a vehicular seat including a seat cushion, a seat back inclinably attached to the seat cushion, and a restricting falling down mechanism. The restricting falling down mechanism restricts the seat back from falling down forward when the seat back falls down from a substantially erected state so that the seat back is maintained in a forward inclining attitude. The restricting falling down mechanism comprises an interference lever pivotably attached to the seat cushion. When the seat back falls down forward from the substantially erected state, the interference lever is squeezed between a member on a side of the seat back and a member on a side of the seat cushion. And the seat back is restricted from falling down forward by the member on the side of the seat cushion via the interference lever.
