An electric pump includes: a motor including a shaft; a pump mechanism coupled to an axial one side of the shaft; a circuit substrate located outward in a radial direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the shaft, and a housing capable of accommodating the motor and the circuit substrate. The circuit substrate includes a plate surface facing the shaft and following the axial direction. The housing includes a motor housing part, a substrate housing part, a pump housing part, and an attachment plate part located outward in a radial direction. The attachment plate part includes an attachment surface facing the shaft and following the axial direction. The motor and the pump mechanism are located on an inner angle side of an angle at which a third surface including the plate surface and a fourth surface including the attachment surface intersect.

Electric pump

Provided is a semiconductor device in which deterioration of electric characteristics which becomes more noticeable as the semiconductor device is miniaturized can be suppressed. The semiconductor device includes a first oxide film, an oxide semiconductor film over the first oxide film, a source electrode and a drain electrode in contact with the oxide semiconductor film, a second oxide film over the oxide semiconductor film, the source electrode, and the drain electrode, a gate insulating film over the second oxide film, and a gate electrode in contact with the gate insulating film. A top end portion of the oxide semiconductor film is curved when seen in a channel width direction.

Semiconductor device

An aspect of an electric pump of the present invention is an electric pump attached to a predetermined object. The electric pump includes a motor having a rotor rotatable about a center axis extending in an axial direction, a pump mechanism coupled to the rotor, a circuit board located radially outside the motor and having a plate face directed in a radial direction, an electrolytic capacitor attached to the plate face of the circuit board, and a housing that houses the motor, the pump mechanism, the circuit board, and the electrolytic capacitor therein. The housing has a mounting face attached to a predetermined object. The mounting face is a face directed radially outward. The plate face of the circuit board is disposed along a direction intersecting the mounting face. The electrolytic capacitor is disposed at a position closer to the mounting face than the center axis in the direction orthogonal to the mounting face.

Semiconductor device comprising stacked transistors

An electric oil pump includes a motor including a shaft, a pump driven via the shaft, and an inverter assembly located on a rear side of the motor and secured to the motor. The motor includes a rotor, a stator, and a motor housing that houses the rotor and the stator. The pump includes a pump rotor and a pump housing. The motor housing has a bottomed tubular shape that includes a bottom portion on a side of the inverter assembly, and the inverter assembly includes an inverter housing including a circuit board housing that houses a circuit board and a busbar holder. The busbar holder is on a side opposite to a terminal that is electrically connected to the circuit board with respect to the shaft in the circuit board housing.

Electric oil pump

A board surface of a control board is disposed on an outward side of a motor in a radial direction in a posture along an axial direction. A rotation angle sensor is disposed on a rear side of a control board in the axial direction. A power supply input portion on the control board is disposed in an end portion on the rear side in the axial direction. A main body of a motor includes the control board and a wiring assembly electrically connecting a connector and the rotation angle sensor to each other. The wiring assembly includes a power supply input wiring, a sensor wiring, and a wiring holder holding the power supply input wiring and the sensor wiring.

An electric oil pump includes a motor including a shaft, a pump driven with the shaft therebetween, and an inverter fixed to a rear side of the motor. The motor includes a motor housing. The inverter includes an inverter housing including a circuit board accommodation portion. The inverter housing includes bus bars that connect coil ends inside the circuit board accommodation portion and extending from the motor and a circuit board to each other. The motor housing includes a bottomed cylindrical shape including a bottom portion on the inverter side. The inverter housing includes a fixed portion that is fixed to the bottom portion. The fixed portion is fixed to the bottom portion using fixing members, and the fixing members are disposed within a region surrounded by bus bars.

In an electric oil pump, a motor includes a main body including a coil, bus bars electrically connected to lead wires of the coil, and a shaft including a portion on one side in an axial direction protruding from an end of the main body on the one side in the axial direction and connected to a pump, a control board includes a power supply input portion and a power supply output portion and is disposed in a posture in which any one of a first surface and a second surface of the control board lies in the axial direction, the power supply input portion is at an end portion of the control board on the other side in the axial direction, and bus bar terminals are disposed on one side of the main body in the axial direction.

The pump device includes a motor portion that includes a shaft rotating about a central axis and a pump portion that is driven by a motor portion via the shaft. The pump portion includes a pump rotor that rotates along with the shaft and a pump housing that includes an accommodation portion that accommodates the pump rotor. The pump housing includes a pump body that includes a first bearing portion that supports the shaft and a pump cover with an accommodation portion disposed between the pump cover and the pump body. The pump cover includes a flow path through which oil is discharged and suctioned, and includes a second bearing portion that rotatably supports the shaft and that communicates with the flow path. An end portion of the shaft on one side in the axial direction is disposed at the second bearing portion or inside the flow path.

Pump device

A pressure detection apparatus includes a base plate including a first surface, a second surface, and an opening, a pressure sensor disposed on the first surface so as to cover the opening of the base plate and outputting an electric signal according to a pressure of measured fluid inside the opening, a lead terminal electrically connected to the pressure sensor, a housing holding the base plate and the lead terminal and including an exposed portion in which a portion of the lead terminal is exposed, and a capacitor protecting the pressure sensor. The housing includes a capacitor housing portion, the capacitor being electrically connected to the lead terminal inside the exposed portion, and a positioning portion that positions, inside the capacitor housing portion, the capacitor that has been mounted in the capacitor housing portion.

An electric oil pump apparatus includes an electric oil pump including a housing main body that accommodates a motor and a pump driven by the motor, a flange portion formed on the housing main body, and a control circuit case for accommodating a control circuit, and a base plate attached to the electric oil pump. The base plate includes an annular main body fixed to the housing main body, and a sealing member located between the annular main body and the housing main body. The annular main body includes a first surface located on one side, a second surface located on the other side, a first through hole for passing the housing main body therethrough, and an annular stepped portion configured to accommodate the sealing member, and formed along an inner edge of the first through hole. The first surface of the base plate is opposed to the flange portion.

A pressure sensor device includes a pressure sensor, a sensor case, first and second terminals protruding from the pressure sensor in a first direction, a third terminal protruding from the pressure sensor in a second direction, a fourth terminal protruding from the pressure sensor in the second direction, a first capacitor on one side of the pressure sensor, a second capacitor on the other side of the pressure sensor, a first lead line extending out of the sensor case from the first terminal, a second lead line extending out of the sensor case from the second terminal, and a third lead line extending out of the sensor case from a side edge between the first terminal and the second terminal.

A sensor case of pressure sensor device includes a sensor housing portion, a first terminal housing portion that extends from the sensor housing portion in a first direction, and a second terminal housing portion that extends from the sensor housing portion in a second direction. The second exposed portion includes a second lead wire connection portion to which a second lead wire is connected.

Pressure sensor device and electrically powered pump

A pressure detection device includes a base plate having first and second principal surfaces and a through-hole in which a fluid to be measured flows. A pressure sensor arranged above the first principal surface to cover the through-hole outputs an electric signal corresponding to the pressure of the fluid. A housing includes a recessed portion and first and second capacitor holders. The recessed portion retains the base plate and first and second lead terminals electrically connected to the pressure sensor and allows a part of each of the lead terminals to be exposed. The capacitor holders each includes an outwardly opened recess and together hold a capacitor electrically connected to the lead terminals. Each of the capacitor holders obliquely protrudes from an outer shape of the housing to both sides when viewed in a plan view in a direction from the first principal surface to the second principal surface.

A voice reference apparatus that classifies a plurality of search targets into a plurality of division blocks, searches for a search target by first specifying a division block and then specifying the search target and enables specification of, at least, the search target to be made by voice, includes: a first storage device in which recognition data related to search targets corresponding to individual division blocks are stored; a second storage device in which division block-related information indicating one or more other division blocks related to a given division block through a specific relationship is stored; a recognition data selection device that selects recognition data corresponding to only a certain division block and one or more other division blocks related to the certain division block specified by the division block-related information from the first storage device, when the certain division block has been specified; and a voice recognition processing device that performs voice recognition based upon voice recognition data generated by using the recognition data selected by the recognition data selection device and audio data corresponding to the search target specified by voice.
