A trigger-type liquid ejector including an ejector main body and a nozzle member. The ejector main body includes: a longitudinal supply tube portion; a trigger mechanism including a trigger portion; a reservoir cylinder; a reservoir plunger; and a reservoir valve. The longitudinal supply tube portion includes an outer tube and an inner tube. A recovery passage is provided between the outer tube and the inner tube. The reservoir valve is provided in the inner tube and configured to allow supply of a liquid from the longitudinal supply tube portion into the reservoir cylinder by being elastically deformed in the vertical direction.

Trigger-type liquid ejector

A trigger type liquid ejector includes an ejector main body having a vertical supply pipe, an ejection barrel, a trigger mechanism having a main piston and a main cylinder, a reservoir cylinder, a reservoir plunger, a first check valve configured to block communication between a container body and the vertical supply pipe when the main cylinder is pressurized and allow communication when the main cylinder is decompressed, and a second check valve configured to allow communication between an ejection hole and the vertical supply pipe when the main cylinder is pressurized and block communication when the main cylinder is decompressed, and a communication path is provided between the main piston and the main cylinder and is configured to bring the main cylinder in communication with the container body when the main piston is moved to a position deviated rearward from a frontmost position.

Trigger type liquid ejector

The syringe dispenser includes a syringe and a plunger. The plunger includes a first shaft member including a piston and second shaft member configured to be fitted in a tubular portion of the first shaft member. The first shaft member includes an elastic piece, the elastic piece being provided with a slide projection configured to slide on an inner surface of the syringe and a lock projection configured to be locked against the syringe. The second shaft member includes a pressing shaft configured to be fitted in the tubular portion. The pressing shaft is provided in a front end thereof with an end surface configured to press a free end of the elastic piece. In response to pressing from the end surface, the lock projection is locked against the rear end of the syringe, and in response to the pressing being released, the locking of the lock projection is released.

Syringe-type ejector

A discharge device main body having a flow tube through which contents from a container flow inside and which is mounted on the container, a support body extending along the flow tube and fitted to the inside of the flow tube, and a nozzle tip having a nozzle tip body formed in a cylindrical shape with a top including a circumferential wall portion fitted to an outer circumferential surface of the support body and a top wall portion in which a discharge hole of the contents is formed, the nozzle tip being mounted on a distal end portion of the flow tube in a state of being combined with the support body in which a discharge path to communicate the inside of the flow tube and the discharge hole with each other is formed, and the support body is formed separately from the flow tube and the nozzle tip.

A trigger-type liquid ejector includes: an ejector main body; and nozzle member provided with an ejection hole. The ejector main body includes: a vertical supply pipe for sucking-up liquid; an ejection barrel communicating with the inside of the vertical supply pipe; and a trigger mechanism including a trigger, the trigger being arranged to be movable rearward in state of receiving forward force, and the trigger mechanism being lead liquid from the vertical supply pipe into the ejection barrel in accordance with rearward movement of the trigger and to eject the liquid from the ejection barrel. The nozzle member is provided with: a cylinder communicating with the inside of the ejection barrel through a supply hole; a plunger accommodated in the cylinder to be movable rearward in a state of receiving forward force; and a communication hole allowing the inside of the cylinder and ejection hole to communicate with each other.

A trigger-type liquid ejector includes an ejector main body and a nozzle member. The ejector main body includes a vertical supply pipe, an ejection barrel and a trigger mechanism; and the trigger mechanism includes a main piston and a main cylinder. In the trigger-type liquid ejector, the ejector main body includes a connection tube, a closing-off plug, a reservoir cylinder, a reservoir plunger and a reservoir valve, and the ejection barrel extends forward from the reservoir cylinder.

A shoulder cover for an aerosol container that can be readily positioned and attached to the aerosol container having two stems. The shoulder cover is attached to a mounting cup that includes an upper tier part having two stems protruding from a top wall thereof and having long sides and short sides, and a cylindrical part. The shoulder cover includes an outer circumferential wall, a roof wall, a cylindrical wall extending downward from the roof wall, and locking structure provided to the cylindrical wall and retaining the shoulder cover by engaging with the cylindrical part of the mounting cup, and positioning structure for fitting with the upper tier part to thereby position a mating position of the shoulder cover is formed.

Provided is a metered quantity syringe-type dispenser that is capable of multistage pushing. The metered quantity syringe-type dispenser includes a syringe; a plunger configured to be pushed into the syringe; an elastic deforming portion configured to be deformed in response to the pushing of the plunger; and a stopper portion configured to be locked with respect to the syringe and to be released from the locking by restoring force of the elastic deforming portion.

In a foam discharge device, a pump has a piston for a liquid linked to a stem, a cylinder for a liquid in which the piston for a liquid is vertically slidably accommodated, a piston for air linked to the stem, a cylinder for air in which the piston for air is vertically slidably accommodated, and an air-liquid mixing unit to mix a liquid from the cylinder for a liquid and air from the cylinder for air to foam the liquid, the cylinder for air is inside a mounting cap and accommodated in a container main body, a head-section-side cylinder for air into which a piston tube erected at a ceiling wall section of the mounting cap is fitted extends from a pressing head, and a communication path to bring the insides of the head-section-side cylinder for air and the cylinder for air in communication is formed at the pump.

Foam discharge device

A dispensing container provides that after discharging content, the content which has not been returned to an internal container is prevented from leaking out of a discharge port. The dispensing container has an internal container which contains content and an external container in which the internal container is attached. The external container is provided with a suction port for sucking external air in between the internal container and the external container. A discharge cap is attached to a spout and is provided with a discharge port for discharging the content. The discharge cap includes an inside plug which closes the spout and a cylindrical body covering the inside plug and being provided with the discharge port. The inside plug is provided with a communication port. A valve that is slidable along an axial direction of the communication port is provided to open and close the communication port.

Dispensing container

The invention relates to a bottle container with a handle. A mounting projecting portion projects from the bottle body, and the handle member has a handle portion connected to a mounting hole that allows the mounting projecting portion to be inserted thereinto. The handle member is mounted on the bottle body by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then rotating the mounting projecting portion around a central axis of the mounting projecting portion relative to the bottle body. The inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole has an abutting portion that abuts with an engaging recessed groove in the outer surface of the mounting projecting portion. The mounting portion has a guide portion that slides on a sliding surface of the outer surface of the mounting projecting portion with the relative rotation of the handle member and the bottle body, and guides the relative rotation.

The invention relates to a bottle container with a handle. A mounting projecting portion is provided on the bottle body, and a handle member is provided with a mounting hole which allows the mounting projecting portion to be inserted thereinto, and a handle portion which extends from the mounting portion, and is mounted on the bottle body by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then rotating the mounting projecting portion relative to the bottle body. The bottle body is provided with a rotation preventing member which accommodates the handle portion to prevent the relative rotation of the bottle body and the handle member in a state where the handle member has been mounted.

The invention relates to a bottle body and a handle member mounted on the bottle body. A mounting projecting portion forming a polygonal cross-sectional shape projects from the bottle body, and the handle member is provided with a mounting hole forming a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape into which the mounting projecting portion is inserted. The handle member is mounted on the bottle body such that four side portions of the mounting hole are brought into pressure contact with a pair of lateral pressure-contacting portions and a pair of axial pressure-contacting portions on the outer peripheral edge of the polygonal cross-sectional shape by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then relatively rotating the bottle body and the handle member. Accordingly, a bottle container with a handle having simple structure and capable of firmly fixing the bottle body and the handle member to each other can be provided.

A discharge pump equipped with a push-down head in which a nozzle is opened and closed by advancing and retracting a valve rod member by a lever member and a first pressing member, wherein a second pressing member is provided between the base and the tip of the valve rod member to prevent back flow of air. A push-down head discharge pump has a head body configured by providing a liquid flow pipe to the lower surface of a laterally facing cylinder section so as to extend vertically downward from the lower surface, the liquid flow pipe communicating with a stem of a discharge pump, the cylinder section having a nozzle opened at the front thereof. When the head body is pushed down, a valve rod member mounted in the cylinder section is advanced and retracted. The valve rod member is composed of the base and the tip, and a second pressing member is mounted between the base and the tip.

A head part module of a discharge pump includes a mounting cap having a link cylinder upwardly extending via an inward flange from an upper end of a mounting cylinder: a cover ring having a top plate with a through hole in the middle part thereof, an outer wall hanging from an outer circumference of the top plate, a first fitting strip and a second fitting strip circumferentially provided on the rear face of the top plate, a top part of the link cylinder, being loosely fitted into the second fitting strip; and a push down head having an outer cylinder hanging from an outer circumference of a top plate a first communication tube hanging from a rear face of the top plate above the through hole and a nozzle forwardly projecting from the outer cylinder, the outer cylinder being fitted onto an outer face of the outer wall.
