A display device includes: a display panel including display elements each including a light emitting unit and a drive circuit for driving the light emitting unit, the display elements being arranged in a two-dimensional matrix on a substrate; and a luminance correction unit for correcting luminances of the display elements in display of an image by the display panel by correcting a gradation value of a video signal, in which a partition () for guiding stray light from a light emitting unit to an optical sensor () provided on the display panel is provided between adjacent light emitting units of the display panel, and the luminance correction unit corrects a gradation value of a video signal associated with each of the display elements on the basis of a gradation value of an uncorrected video signal and a detection result from the optical sensor.

Provided is an optical shaping apparatus that includes a light source that outputs diffusion light or converging light as outgoing light, an optical function section that is disposed in an optical path of the outgoing light and modulates the optical path or a phase of the outgoing light, and a sensor that acquires positional data of an object surface. The optical shaping apparatus further includes a controller that controls operation of the optical function section on the basis of the positional data and coordinate data of a shaped article, to apply modulated light generated by the optical function section to the object surface.

A light emitting element and corresponding display device with improved light extracting efficiency are disclosed. In one example, a light emitting element includes a first electrode with a first member disposed on both sides to form a recess structure with the first electrode as a bottom. An organic light emitting layer is disposed along the recess structure on the first electrode and the first member, and a second electrode is disposed on the organic light emitting layer. A second member having a higher refractive index than the first member is disposed on the second electrode so as to embed the recess structure. Between the second electrode and the second member, a laminate barrier layer is formed of layers having different refractive indices and having, as the entire laminate, a refractive index between the refractive index of the second electrode and the refractive index of the second member.

A sheet package producing system includes at least a cutter module and a packaging module. The cutter module has a cutter blade, for producing X-ray films by cutting a continuous sheet material. The packaging module has packaging robots, for producing a sheet package by packaging the X-ray films stacked on one another. In the sheet package producing system, a first module control unit is incorporated in the cutter module, for controlling the cutter blade. A second module control unit is incorporated in the packaging module, for controlling the packaging robots. A CPU is connected with the first and second module control units removably by a component network, for controlling the cutter module and the packaging module in synchronism.

A sorting and conveying line provided at an X-ray film cutting and collection operation includes a defective sheet gate, a collection gate and a sample gate for sorting X-ray film sheets, which have been cut to a predetermined size at a cutting section, while the X-ray film sheets are conveyed. Film detection sensors are disposed at entrance and exit sides of each of the defective sheet gate, the collection gate and the sample gate, and each film detection sensor detects the X-ray film sheet at times when the X-ray film sheet should be conveyed and sorted. Based on the results of detection, a determination is made as to whether or not there is any failure in control on a number of produced X-ray film sheets, and the like, as well as conveyance and sorting operations. This allows smooth and quick handling in the event of a failure.

Method for controlling manufacture of a sheet material

Illuminating light emitted from a light source is led via a condenser lens, an optical fiber, a half-silvered mirror, and a condenser lens to a reflector. The reflector reflects the illuminating light to a CCD device through a telecentric optical system which comprises the condenser lens, the half-silvered mirror, and an aperture member. The illuminating light applied to the CCD device is greatly reduced in amount as it passes through a light-transmissive sheet-like body twice. The light-transmissive sheet-like body itself or an edge thereof can be detected with high accuracy even if the light-transmissive sheet-like body has a high transmittance.

An X-ray film package includes a protective cover for sandwiching plural X-ray films stacked on one another, to obtain a cover-fitted sheet stack. A packaging bag contains the cover-fitted sheet stack. A packaging case contains the packaging bag with the cover-fitted sheet stack contained therein. A producing history managing method for the X-ray film package is provided. A producing history bar code is printed to the protective cover, the producing history bar code being obtained according to producing or packaging of the X-ray films. Also, the producing history bar code is printed to the packaging bag, and to the packaging case.

Producing history managing method and system for photosensitive sheet package

A production management computer indicate the number of parts corresponding to a number of products smaller than a planned number of products to be produced to a controller. A parts supplying section supplies the indicated number of parts through a parts holding section to a product producing section. When the number of parts held by the parts holding section becomes nil, semi-products held by a semi-product holding section are counted, and as many parts as the number of the counted number of semi-products are additionally supplied. The product producing section can produce products without causing an excess or shortage of parts.

Method of and apparatus for production management

A packaging and sealing apparatus has an opening mechanism for forming the package forcibly to an open configuration, an inserting mechanism for inserting the product into the package which has been formed by the opening mechanism, an open end forming mechanism for forming flatwise an open end of the package with the product inserted therein, a folding mechanism for folding the flatwise formed open end into a folded end, and a sealing mechanism for fixing the folded end. The opening mechanism, the inserting mechanism, the open end forming mechanism, the folding mechanism, and the sealing mechanism are successively arranged along a direction in which the package is conveyed by a conveyor.

Packaging and sealing apparatus

A bag-making apparatus which comprises a support table carrying a bag material which is put thereon, a pair of side guides being provided above the support table, being movable in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the bag material and controlling both side of the bag material, a pair of top guides being movable in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the bag material together with the side guides, having the space therebetween gradually narrower from the approach side to the leaving side of the bag material, and controlling the front face of the bag material made tubular, and forming rollers being disposed on the approach side of the bag material from the top guides, being movable in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the bag material, and pressing the bag material onto the support table. The bag-making apparatus can change the bag width rapidly and accurately in a simple action without stopping the travel of the bag material resulting to shorter the working time and to improve productive efficiency. The loss of the bag material due to the bag width changes can be reduced.
