A rigid rod has a first end connected to a fourth lever secured to the outer cylinder via a first universal joint and a second end connected to the body frame via a second universal joint.

An electric-motor three-wheeled vehicle includes a motor for applying a drive force to drive wheels, a motor control unit for controlling the motor, a secondary battery for storing electric power generated by a fuel cell, a rear body supporting a pair of left and right rear wheels and a connecting mechanism for connecting the rear body with a front body so as to tilt the front body while the rear wheels are in contact with the ground. The secondary battery is housed in the inside of a luggage carrier above the rear wheels. The voltage converter increases or decreases the voltage of the electric power supplied from the fuel cell. The control drivers controls a supercharger of reaction gas and a electric pump of cooling water.

A saddle riding type fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell that generates power by a chemical reaction between a fuel gas and a reactive gas with radiators that cool cooling water of the fuel cell. The radiators are adjacently arranged in right and left sides of the fuel cell in a vehicle width direction. Each outer end surface of the radiators, outside in a vehicle width direction, is positioned closer to the front side of a vehicle body than each inner end surface inside in the vehicle width direction. Thus, each plane portion, which receives an air flow, is inclined to the inner side of the vehicle body, and air courses, which allow an air flow to be passed to the rear side of the vehicle body, are each formed between the inner end surface of each of the radiators and each side surface of the fuel cell.

A hydrogen fill inlet structure for a fuel cell vehicle includes a hydrogen cylinder for filling hydrogen gas from a hydrogen fill inlet. A fuel cell is provided for generating electrical power utilizing hydrogen gas supplied from the hydrogen cylinder. A motor is provided for generating propulsive power for supply to a drive wheel based on electrical power generated from the fuel cell. The hydrogen fill inlet is separate from a source port of the hydrogen cylinder, and is installed in the vicinity of the source port. The hydrogen fill inlet structure may be installed within the diameter of the hydrogen cylinder as viewed axially along the tank. In addition, a cover member is provided for covering the hydrogen cylinder. A lid is installed on a section in proximity to the source port and hydrogen fill inlet of the cover member.

An intake structure in a fuel cell powered vehicle including a fuel cell using air and hydrogen as fuels, a supercharger for compressing the outside air and outputting the compressed air, a humidifier for humidifying the air compressed by the supercharger, a bypass passage for connecting the supercharger and the fuel cell to each other, and a bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass passage. The bypass valve is disposed on the outside relative to a straight line Tconnecting between the supercharger and the humidifier, and is disposed in the vicinity of the supercharger and the humidifier. With this configuration supercooling of a humidifier can be prevented, while eliminating the need for a warming member for the humidifier. Further, the intake system members can be efficiently arranged in the vehicle, while suppressing the pressure loss in the intake system.

An exhaust structure for a fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell for generating electrical power by inducing a reaction between hydrogen and oxygen and, a motor to generate motive power for supply to the rear wheel functioning as the drive wheel based on the electrical power generated by the fuel cell and, an exhaust pipe to convey byproducts in the fuel cell power generation process and, an exhaust port formed on the exhaust pipe opening towards the outer side of the vehicle frame, wherein the exhaust port is positioned more to the rear with respect to the front end of the rear wheel, and more specifically is formed further to the rear with respect to the rear wheel drive shaft. The exhaust structure so configured for fuel cell vehicles is capable of preventing byproducts from the fuel cell from reaching the drive wheel, even when struck by the wind, or when changing the turn radius.
