An envelope type inner bag body is produced by welding both ends of a tubular film. A supply-discharge opening is welded at a position apart from one end portion of the inner bag body by a distance about IW/2 to form an inner bag for a transport tank, which is loaded in a cylindrical tank body. When length of the inner bag body is IL, width thereof is IW, inner peripheral length of the transport tank in a longitudinal cross-sectional surface in a longitudinal direction is TLt, and inner peripheral length of the transport tank in a longitudinal cross-sectional surface in a width direction is TLr, IL and IW satisfy the conditions: 0.47&#xb7;TLt&#x2266;IL&#x2266;0.6&#xb7;TLt, and 0.47&#xb7;TLr&#x2266;IW&#x2266;0.6&#xb7;TLr. The envelope type inner bag will be appropriate in size with respect to the transport tank, eliminating the filling failure of the liquid and the breakage of the inner bag.

Inner bag for transport tank

An inner bag for a transport tank is constituted of a doubled tubular film in which a tubular film is inserted into another one. An inner bag supply-discharge opening is thermally welded to an attachment hole formed in the doubled tubular film. When thermally welding one end of the doubled tubular film, a reinforcing film is put on a two-layered portion constituted only of an outer tubular film, so that the two-layered portion has the same thickness as a four-layered portion constituted of the outer and inner tubular films. Thereby, the whole thermal welding line has approximately uniform thickness such that the thinner portion dose not exist. This will prevent the deterioration in sealing property, strength and durability of the thermal welding line caused by rubbing of the thinner portion during transporting and or the application of welding energy to the thinner portion.

Inner bag for transport tank and producing method thereof

In the apparatus for liquid preparation, the silver halide emulsion contained in a dedicated pot is transferred as liquid by a mohno pump via a piping into a measuring tank. The silver halide emulsion transferred into the measuring tank is measured with a load cell and is melted by heating with a jacket while being stirred by a stirrer. Accordingly, even when a small amount is used as in the case of the silver halide emulsion used in the heat-developable photosensitive material, the time for heating the silver halide emulsion, within the time range from the liquid preparation of the silver halide emulsion to its utilization, can be made short to the utmost, and hence the time elapse in melt can be suppressed. Thus, the time elapse in melt, reagent loss, and mutual contamination in the liquid preparation of photographic reagents can be effectively prevented. Under the preparation condition that the silver halide grains are prepared by adding a solution of a water soluble silver salt at an addition rate equal to or larger than 4 kg/min as converted to the weight of silver, the circulating flux of the circulating current at an opening for circulation is set to be equal to or larger than 500 L/min. By setting the circulating flux of the circulating current to be equal to or larger than 500 L/min., the two solutions added from reacting solution feeding pipes can be instantly diluted by a colloidal solution. Thus, the grain diameter and distribution width thereof can be made small in the preparation of silver halide grains for the purpose of producing a silver halide emulsion.

Method and apparatus for liquid preparation of photographic reagent

A positioning mark and a display mark are formed in an inner bag body. An inner bag supply-discharge opening is inserted into a tank supply-discharge opening as the positioning mark conforms to a central line extending in the longitudinal direction of the tank body. A bending line in one end portion that is close to the inner bag supply-discharge opening is set above the display mark. Sine the folding line is away from the inner bag supply-discharge opening, the end portion close to the inner bag supply-discharge opening is not filled with liquid in the early stages of the liquid filling, so that the damage of the inner bag and the filling failure can be eliminated.
