A multilayer structure produced by piling a plurality of laminated cheese foods. Each of the plurality of laminated cheese foods of the multilayer structure has at least three layers. The food with at least three layers includes two external layers of platy food material containing cheese which have inherent releasability from external layers of adjoining ones of the plurality of laminated cheese foods when piled into a multiplayer structure. An intermediate layer of platy food material, which may be formed of a plurality of intermediate layers of platy food material inherently bond together, is disposed between two external layers of each cheese food, the intermediate layer being inherently bonded to the two external layers of each cheese food.

Fluid food materials which solidify when cooled are quantitatively supplied successively at a certain thickness in a plate form on cooling and carrying sides; of two cooling and carrying devices, cooled while being carried to form two monolayer platy food materials, and the two platy food materials are bonded and united making use of the surface not yet completely cooled and solidified of the monolayer platy food materials, and thereby producing a layered laminated cheese food and the like consisting of two layers. In order to obtain a three-or-more-layer laminated structure, the fluid food materials which solidify when cooled are quantitatively supplied successively at a certain thickness in a plate form on the cooling and carrying sides of the cooling and carrying devices, cooled while being carried to form monolayer platy food materials, or if necessary, more fluid food materials which solidify when cooled are quantitatively supplied successively at a certain thickness in a plate form over the platy food materials, cooled while being carried, thereby forming multilayer platy food materials, and/or the platy food materials are bonded and united to form multilayer platy food materials, and the fluid food materials are quantitatively supplied successively between the two monolayer and/or multilayer platy food materials in order to unite the two platy food materials and the fluid food materials comprising the layers between the two platy food materials.

The present invention relates to a positioning means and a press-sealing means. The positioning means includes a jig, a base and an elevating apparatus. The jig includes a plate-like element and a placement hole formed therethrough. It holds an upper portion of a container and adjusts the proper position of the container. The base holds a plurality of jigs and rotates by regular angular amounts, varying each jig's position with respect to a container. The elevating apparatus moves the base between a top position, where the jig holds a container and its top surface touches the undersurface of a pair of rails, and a lowest position, where its upper surface is positioned below the undersurface of the container. The base may include a polygonally-cylindrically shaped block, each surface thereof is flat and holds a jig, a framework that secures the block horizontally by a horizontal axis, and a rotating element that rotates the block by regular angular amounts. The press-sealing means includes a base plate, a supporting rod, a pressing unit and balancers. The base plate is moved downward by a cylinder. The supporting rod, securing an universal coupling at the bottom portion, is fixed to the undersurface of the base plate. Balancers are positioned beneath the base plate and it elastically pushes the pressing unit to balance the proper position of the pressing unit.

A disinfectant vaporizing apparatus for dropwise flowing a disinfectant liquid on a heating unit so as to provide a uniform disinfection gas on a surface of a material to be sterilized, characterized in that at least one supply port for supplying heated carrier gas at a high temperature is provided in a vaporization chamber for the disinfectant liquid. A vaporization part is provided with a plurality of cavities on an upper surface thereof and at least one dropping nozzle is provided above each cavity, wherein the disinfection gas carried by the heated carrier gas is applied on a surface of a material to be sterilized through a droplet splash removing apparatus. The droplet splash removing apparatus has a series of vertically, spaced-apart shield plates with staggered holes therein through which the vaporized disinfectant and carrier gas pass and entrained droplets of disinfectant liquid are removed.

The present invention provides methods and means for lid sterilization and temporal sealing. With the lid sterilization means, a lid's whole surface is completely sterilized, while it is held and revolved, and the lid then is put on the opening of a container which is hung by a flange on a pair of rails and carried by a pushing plate. With the temporal sealing means, the lid is partially pushed on the flange by a heater and is briefly and temporarily sealed.

A machine for packaging is a non-germ atmosphere according to the present invention comprises a container sterilization means which sterilizes containers, and a fill-end-pack means which fills the food in the containers and seals them with lids. At least a pair of rails runs through the container sterilization means and the fill-and-pack means. The containers are hung by the rails and they are intermittently carried by a first intermittent carrying means and the container sterilization means and by a second intermittent carrying means in the fill-and-pack means. The machine is arranged such that it is readily adjustable for different sized containers without allowing germs in the atmosphere to enter into the machine. The container sterilization means for further comprises an air current control means to control the flow of the sterilization agent and to fully sterilize the containers.

A hydrogen peroxide gas maintained at a temperature which is higher than its condensing temperature at the least is admitted to a surface of an object to be sterilized, the hydrogen peroxide gas is condensed on the surface of the object maintained at a temperature below the condensing temperature to sterilize the object, and thereafter the hydrogen peroxide is removed by hot air.
