A reference electrode according to the present invention maintains continuity between an internal solution and measurement sample and measures the electrical potential of the measurement sample even if the measurement sample in a liquid junction of the reference electrode has air bubbles mixed therein. This reference electrode is provided with: a second body provided with a second internal solution chamber in which a second internal solution is housed and a liquid junction portion disposed in the second internal solution chamber such that the second internal solution and measurement sample that is to be measured come into contact; and an internal electrode disposed inside the second internal solution. The liquid junction portion is formed from a conduction component formed from a porous or fibrous component and an aperture adjacent to the conduction component.

Reference electrode

The X-ray detection apparatus is equipped with an X-ray irradiation unit, an X-ray detector, and a movable collimator having a plurality of apertures. The collimator is provided with a window unit through which light passes, and the apertures and the window unit are aligned in one direction. The collimator moves in the direction so as to change the diameter of an aperture for narrowing X-rays from the X-ray irradiation unit to be used for irradiation of a sample and move to a position to allow an imaging unit to photograph a sample through the window unit. It becomes possible to photograph a sample even in a state where the X-ray irradiation unit, the X-ray detector and the collimator are positioned proximally to each other.

An analyzng device comprises a plate holding table, a shifting mechanism for shifting the plate holding table, bar code reading sensors, and a detecting unit for detecting the signals based on the drops of the solutions in the plate set on the plate holding table located in the plate measurement position. When the data of the bar code read by the bar code reading sensor is not fit for a predetermined measurement condition, the plate holding table is shifted to the plate exhausting position. On the other hand, when the data of the bar code is fit for the predetermined measurement condition, the plate holding table is shifted to the solution pipetting position and when the pipetting of the solutions is finished, the plate holding table is further shifted to the mesurement position. When the concentration of substance in the test solution is completed by the detecting unit, the plate holding table is shifted to the plate exhausting position.
