One embodiment provides a hydraulic pressure generation apparatus. In the hydraulic pressure generation apparatus, a motor attached to a base body. The base body includes: a first cylinder hole having a closed bottom in which a first piston is inserted to thereby form a master cylinder; and a second cylinder hole having a closed bottom in which a second piston is inserted to thereby form a slave cylinder. The first cylinder hole and the second cylinder hole have respective openings in a surface of the base body located on one side thereof. Axial lines of the first cylinder hole, the second cylinder hole and an output shaft of the motor are arranged approximately parallel with each other.

Hydraulic pressure generation apparatus

One embodiment provides a hydraulic pressure generation apparatus including: a base body; a motor; a reservoir tank; a master cylinder which generates a brake hydraulic pressure by a brake manipulator; and a slave cylinder which generates a brake hydraulic pressure the motor. The base body includes: a first cylinder hole which is a bottomed cylinder hole, and in which the first piston is inserted; a second cylinder hole which is a bottomed cylinder hole, and in which the second piston is inserted; and a supply passage which leads from the reservoir tank to a hydraulic chamber of the slave cylinder. The supply passage is provided with a check valve which permits only inflow of brake fluid from the reservoir tank to a side of the slave cylinder, near a brake fluid discharge port of the second cylinder hole.

A stroke sensor assembly for a vehicle braking system may include a stroke sensor, a sensor circuit board, and a sensor housing. The stroke sensor may be operable to detect a position of a piston within a hydraulic block. The sensor circuit board may be in communication with the stroke sensor and may be electrically connected to a plurality of terminals. The sensor housing may surround the stroke sensor and the sensor circuit board. The sensor housing may include a single mounting aperture for mounting the sensor housing to the hydraulic block. The sensor housing may include an integrally formed female electrical connector that at least partially houses the terminals. The female electrical connector may include an inlet opening through which a male electrical connector is received for electrical connection with the terminals. The female electrical connector may include one or more ramped surfaces defining the inlet opening.

Stroke sensor assembly

Provided is a body reservoir assembly whose height can be reduced. In the body reservoir assembly, the reservoir comprises: a recessed portion formed on a bottom surface of the reservoir; and a reservoir side connecting portion formed in the recessed portion and connected to a cylinder portion.

Body reservoir assembly

Provided is a master cylinder apparatus with a reduced size enabled by simplifying the fluid passageway configuration. A master cylinder apparatus which includes a base member containing a fluid passageway for brake fluid and to which an operation of a brake operator is inputted is provided with: a master cylinder installed on the base member to generate a fluid pressure based on an input produced by operating the brake operator; and at least two solenoid valves attached to one side of the base member to open or close the fluid passageway. The two solenoid valves are disposed symmetrically with respect to a central axis along the axial direction of the master cylinder as viewed from a direction perpendicular to the one side of the base member.

Master cylinder apparatus

Disclosed is a braking device in which all multiple ports (for example, input ports () and output ports ()) provided on a front surface portion () of a base () of a master cylinder (), connector connection ports () of connectors () that electrically conducts an electrical part accommodated in a housing (), and a pipe connection port () to which a hose is connected of a reservoir () are arranged toward front of a vehicle when a starting device (A) is assembled in the vehicle.

Braking device

An electric brake device includes a first slave piston which is housed in a cylinder body and generates hydraulic pressure in a first hydraulic chamber by moving forward, a motor which transmits a driving force to the first slave piston, and a restriction pin which is inserted and secured to the cylinder body in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the cylinder body and restricts a backward position of the first slave piston when a hydraulic pressure is applied from an outside to the first hydraulic chamber, wherein the restriction pin is inserted and secured to the cylinder mechanism in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylinder main body. Further, a clearance is formed between an inner peripheral wall of the cylinder body and a first groove portion and second groove portion which are formed on an outer surface of the restriction pin.

Electric brake device

Provided is a hydraulic braking device wherein the heat of a driving coil can be absorbed by a base body, and the heat radiation performance is excellent. The hydraulic braking device having a base body that includes therein a fluid passage for brake fluid, includes: a solenoid valve disposed on one surface of the base body; and a driving coil attached around an axis of the solenoid valve, wherein the one surface of the base body is provided with a wall surface facing an outer circumferential surface of the driving coil. A lower surface of the driving coil is in contact with the one surface of the base body, and a clearance is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the driving coil and the wall surface.

The present invention provides an input device of a vehicle brake system, the input device being a separate unit from an electric brake actuator, the electric brake actuator for generating a first fluid pressure, the input device of the vehicle brake system comprising: a master cylinder for generating a second fluid pressure; a stroke simulator for applying a simulated reaction force, the stroke simulator and the master cylinder forming an attachment body, with the stroke simulator disposed in communication with the master cylinder; and a component storage box provided on the attachment body for a component of either one of the master cylinder and the stroke simulator, wherein the attachment body has a vent hole with a first end in communication with the component storage box and a second end in communication with a space formed before a surface of a dashboard having the input device mounted thereon.

Input device of vehicle brake system
