A warning control device provided in a vehicle is disclosed. The warning control device includes a hardware processor to: determine whether a section in which the vehicle is travelling is a section prohibited from overtaking; determine whether the vehicle is attempting an overtaking action; and, in response to determining that the vehicle is travelling in the section prohibited from overtaking and that the vehicle is attempting the overtaking action, control a warning device connected to the warning control device to warn a driver of the vehicle when the overtaking by the vehicle is not permitted in accordance with driving rules, and control the warning device not to warn the driver when the overtaking by the vehicle is permitted in accordance with the driving rules.

The present invention provides a content data retrieval apparatus capable of appropriately narrowing down the range of search targets even in the case where a distribution of attribute values of a group of contents regarded as search targets is uneven. The present invention provides a map error information obtaining system which can promote the collection of the map error information as well as reduce the number of man-hours required for researching the site and verifying whether or not the collected map error information is accurate. The map error information obtaining system herein disclosed comprises a position detecting apparatus including image obtaining means for obtaining image data indicative of an actual condition of and in the vicinity of a current position, and a center apparatus, the position detecting apparatus being operative to transmit map error information including a position of the map information and image data where it is judged that there is a difference, to the center apparatus.
