A cleaning apparatus capable of thoroughly cleaning all parts of a workpiece is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes: a cleaning chamber; a table rotation shaft that rotates about a first axis; a first swivel fitting disposed inside the table rotation shaft; a table on which the cleaning workpiece is placed; a first motor that rotates the table rotation shaft; a propeller shaft that rotates about a second axis that is parallel to the first axis; a second swivel fitting connected to a propeller shaft; and a nozzle that rotates integrally with the second swivel shaft and that ejects a cleaning fluid in a direction different from the second axis toward the cleaning workpiece.

The machining apparatus includes: a cover including a side plate, a projecting portion disposed below the side plate, a rectangular shaped front opening, and a semicircular shaped planar opening; a first door body including a first drum disposed in a first side of a mating surface, a first abutting surface connected to the first drum, and a first top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a first axis; and a second door body including a second drum disposed in the second side of the mating surface, a second abutting surface abut to the first abutting surface on the mating surface, and a second top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a second axis.

A drilling method, includes: creating a machining order of machining a first hole to be machined with a first spindle and a second hole to be machined with a second spindle for a workpiece having a plurality of target holes on a machining table, the first spindle and the second spindle arranged in X direction; rotating the machining table relative to the first spindle and the second spindle so that the first hole and the second hole are arranged in X direction with the first hole located nearer to the first spindle; moving the first spindle and the second spindle relative to the machining table so that the first hole and a center of the first spindle are aligned and the second hole and a center of the second spindle are aligned; and machining the first hole with the first spindle and the second hole with the second spindle.

Cleaning machine

A dryer for drying an object includes a rotatable hollow cylindrical rotation shaft, a center shaft supported inside of the rotation shaft via a bearing and does not rotate, the center shaft having an inner blow passage therein extending along the center shaft, a rotation plate fixed to the first end of the rotation shaft; an inner fixed nozzle extending along the first end of the rotation shaft from the center shaft, a jig disposed on the rotation plate for fixing the object, a drive motor for rotating the rotation shaft, and a blower connected to the inner blow passage.

The nozzle deflection measuring device includes: a nozzle that rotates about a rotation axis, and includes a cylindrical shaft body extending along the rotation axis, and a spout located at a distal end portion of the shaft body a tank-shaped container having an insertion opening, the insertion opening having a radius larger than a sum of a radius of the shaft body and a maximum allowable deflection amount of the nozzle, a folded back portion arranged entire circumference of the insertion opening and extending inward of the container, and a discharge port; a moving mechanism that moves the nozzle relative to the container; and a non-contact deflection measuring meter arranged outside of the container and in the vicinity of the insertion opening, and measures a deflection of the nozzle inserted through the insertion opening in a state where the spout is disposed inside the container.

The jet apparatus includes a nozzle having an injection reference position, an impact force distribution measuring body including a measurement reference position corresponding to the injection reference position, and a plurality of impact force detectors arranged in a lattice pattern on a plane, each impact force detector detects an impact force per unit area of the jet, and a control device including a threshold storage unit, an impact force distribution measuring unit measuring an impact force distribution based on the impact force detected by the impact force detectors when the jet collides with the impact force distribution measuring body, an evaluation value extraction unit extracting an evaluation value based on the impact force distribution, and an evaluation unit determining whether or not the nozzle is adaptive based on comparison result of the evaluation value and the threshold.
