An absorbent article wherein an upper auxiliary layer of an absorber includes a super absorbent nonwoven fabric having a surface exposed on an uppermost surface of the absorber and having a Klemm water absorptiveness of 100 mm or more, and first super absorbent polymer particles adjacent to a back surface of the super absorbent nonwoven fabric; a main absorption layer of the absorber is a cell absorbing sheet having second super absorbent polymer particles contained in cells arranged at intervals; the first super absorbent polymer particles are fixed to an upper surface of an upper sheet of the main absorption layer with an adhesive; the upper sheet is formed of a short fiber nonwoven fabric and has a larger amount of fuzz on the upper surface thereof than a lower surface thereof; and the adhesive is applied in an intermittent pattern at an application rate of 4 to 10 g/m.

Absorbent article

A waist portion W has a first portion Pand a second portion Peach including a waist elastic member. The first portion Pincludes an over sheet layer folded back at an edge of a waist opening WO extending to an inside of a waist inner sheet layer. The over sheet layer is formed of a sheet material having a portion folded back at an edge of the waist opening WO from a position outside the waist elastic member in the second portion Pand extending to a position inside the waist elastic member in the second portion P. In the first portion P, the waist elastic member is not fixed to the sheet material. In the second portion P, the waist elastic member is fixed to the sheet material, and the sheet material is contracted in a width direction WD together with the waist elastic member.

Underpants-type disposable diaper

The rising gather of a disposable diaper includes: a main unit portion having a first portion extending from both sides of an inner member toward the center in the width direction and a second portion extending outward in the width direction. Front and back fallen portions are formed by fixing front and back end portions in the main unit portion to the inner member. The front and back fallen portions have a protruding portion in which the second portion protrudes 5 to 40 mm outward in the width direction than a side edge of the first portion. The protruding portion of the front fallen portion has a protruding fixing portion fixed to the front outer member overlapping with a back surface side thereof. The protruding portion of the back fallen portion has a protruding fixing portion fixed to the back outer member overlapping with a back surface side thereof.

A stretchable structure is provided with an elastic member provided between a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer. A stretchable region and a non-stretchable region are alternatively repeated three or more regions from end to end in the stretching direction of the stretchable structure. Both ends are the stretchable region. Both of the ends have an adhesive region of a hot melt adhesive, where the elastic member is adhered to the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer, in a spread state, intervals between adhesive regions adjacent in the stretching direction are all the same, twice of a stretching direction length of the adhesive region positioned on both ends in the stretching direction of the stretchable structure and a stretching direction length of the adhesive region positioned at an end portion on the non-stretchable region side of the stretchable region are all the same.

Stretchable structure of disposable wearing article and method of forming the same

An underpants-type disposable diaper has a display sheet containing a resin film between an inner member and at least one of a front side outer member and a back side outer member. A cover nonwoven fabric is provided with a plurality of holes having intervals and penetrating a front and a back is interposed from at least a crotch side edge of an outer member overlapping the display sheet to a side of a waist opening between the display sheet and a liquid impervious sheet. An internal surface and an external surface of the cover nonwoven fabric are bonded to facing surfaces, respectively, through a hot melt adhesive. Compatibility between prevention of deterioration of appearance of the display sheet and prevention of a decrease in air permeability is achieved.

An underpants-type disposable diaper has outer members that separately or integrally configures a front body and a back body. An inner member is attached to the outer members from the front body to the back body. The outer members have a waist extended section that extends to a side of the waist opening of an edge of the inner member on a waist side. The underpants-type disposable diaper further has a display sheet containing a liquid impervious resin film on an outer side of the inner member in a region in which the outer members and the inner member overlap with each other in at least one of the front body and the back body, in which the display sheet extends from a region overlapping the inner member into the waist extended section.
