To apply an on-board electronic controller having a relay control driver circuit for performing ON/OFF control of a relay that connects and shuts off a wire from a battery. The on-board electronic controller includes: a switch circuit that is connected to an output unit of the relay control driver circuit to draw out a current; and a control circuit that activates the switch circuit when an abnormality occurs in the vehicle, to cause the switch circuit to draw out the current from the output unit so as not to turn on the relay. This prevents sticking of the relay to ON even in a case where an output harness of a relay control driver is short-circuited to another signal harness or a power supply and GND line.

On-board electronic controller and on-board device control method

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to, when an abnormality is detected in an electronic control apparatus that controls a plurality of functions, continue an operation without affecting the other function and secure safety of a control target device corresponding to the function in which the abnormality is detected. In the vehicle mounted electronic control apparatus according to the present invention, each of a first computing portion and a second computing portion outputs an operation check signal, and a driver control unit sets a driver corresponding to the computing portion in which an abnormality is indicated by the operation check signal among the first computing portion and the second computing portion, to a degenerated state.

Vehicle mounted electronic control apparatus

An in-vehicle power supply apparatus for supplying operating power to a microcomputer is configured such that the microcomputer can securely enter into a standby state in a case where a voltage supplied from an in-vehicle power source is interrupted. The in-vehicle power supply apparatus according to the invention generates a second voltage to be supplied to a control IC and the like other than the microcomputer and a third voltage to be supplied to the microcomputer, and, in a case where the second voltage is reduced, the in-vehicle power supply apparatus transmits a reset signal and bypasses the second voltage to an input of the third voltage.
