A resonant pressure sensor includes a first substrate and a resonator. The first substrate includes a diaphragm and a projection disposed on the diaphragm. The resonator is disposed in the first substrate, a part of the resonator being included in the projection, and the resonator being disposed between a top of the projection and an intermediate level of the first substrate. The first substrate is an SOI substrate in which a silicon dioxide layer is inserted between a silicon substrate and a superficial silicon layer. The intermediate level of the first substrate is disposed in the silicon substrate, and the resonator is disposed in the projection included in the superficial silicon layer.

Resonant pressure sensor and manufacturing method therefor

A resonant pressure sensor includes a first substrate including a diaphragm and at least one projection disposed on the diaphragm, and at least one resonator disposed in the first substrate, at least a part of the resonator being included in the projection, and the resonator being disposed between a top of the projection and an intermediate level of the first substrate.

The present invention provides a microcomputer having a CPU, a flash ROM which stores programs or the like therein and a read controller which controls reading of the flash ROM. In the microcomputer, the flash ROM is partitioned by sectors. When a read address is designated, the flash ROM outputs read data and security information for a sector corresponding to the read address. On the other hand, the read controller includes a switch which sets whether the flash ROM is of a boot device. When the flash ROM is undesignated as the boot device and the read data is protected by the security information, the read controller stops the output of the read data.

An asynchronous data holding circuit including a source synchronizer which acquires an enable signal synchronized with a destination clock, in response to a rising or falling edge of the enable signal, acquires the other one of the rising or falling edge of the enable signal in synchronization with a source clock, and outputs the enable signal, a first data holding unit which holds a data signal from the source, in response to the enable signal from the source synchronizer and the source clock, a destination synchronizer which outputs the enable signal from the source synchronizer, in synchronization with the destination clock, and a second data holding unit which holds the data signal in the first data holding unit in response to the enable signal from the destination synchronizer and the destination clock, is provided.

Asynchronous data holding circuit

The present invention comprises the steps of one-dimensionally converting, into a vector, a dot distribution around an attentional pixel in a K.times.L coordinate (K and L=odd numbers, M=L or K.noteq.L) adjacent to the attentional pixel, specifically, in a 3.times.3 coordinate, 3.times.5 (5.times.3) coordinate or 3.times.7 (7.times.3) coordinate on the basis of rasterized data of the coordinate; and then smoothing the image or heightening an image density by correcting a location error of the attentional pixel on the basis of the vector information and the kind of attentional pixel (a dot or a blank). Thus, according to the present invention, the image patterns can be smoothed and the image resolution can be increased in a pseudo state with ease and high precision without complicating a circuit constitution by a simple judgement operation.
