A tubular housing, a motor part that is provided in the housing, and an end damper and a damper member, one of each is provided on opposing ends of the motor part in an axial direction of the motor part and absorbs vibration, wherein the motor part is supported in a floating state by the housing via the end damper and the damper member.

Actuator for a vehicle-door

Provided is an opening/closing apparatus for a vehicle capable of protecting a cable configured to open and close an opening/closing body even when a large external force is applied to the opening/closing body. A cross-sectional shape of a cable holding groove in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction of a cable guide is an arc shape configured to be in surface contact with a closing-side cable and an opening-side cable. Accordingly, a pressing force applied to the closing-side cable and the opening-side cable can be dispersed in a wide range of the closing-side cable and the opening-side cable rather than only in one part.

Opening/closing apparatus for vehicle

An actuator includes a yoke having an inner circumferential surface; an armature including a rotary shaft provided inside the yoke; a drive shaft configured to be driven to rotate when receiving a rotating force from the rotary shaft; a cylindrical first housing; a second housing relatively movable with respect to the first housing; a speed reduction gear part is disposed between the rotary shaft and the drive shaft; and a driven member is connected to the drive shaft for moving in an axial direction of the drive shaft in response to rotation of the drive shaft. The yoke is disposed within the first housing and a damper member is disposed between the first housing and the speed reduction gear part.

Actuator for opening and closing a vehicle door

When a main switch () is in an on-state, a controller () allows an electric motor () to drive a sliding door to open and close an opening, and when the main switch () is in an off-state and a half latch switch () is in an on-state, the controller () performs a braking control to allow the electric motor () to generate a braking force. When the main switch () is in the on-state, the sliding door can be opened and closed automatically. When the main switch () is in the off-state and the sliding door is closed manually, the improperly-closed state detecting switch is switched on before a full-latch state, the controller performs a braking control of the driving source. In this manner, damage to components caused by the inertial force of the driving source which results from an abrupt stop of the opening and closing unit can be certainly prevented without enhancing the rigidity of a casing, etc.

Control apparatus for opening and closing unit for vehicle

An object of the present invention is to enhance stiffness of a cable end without increasing the size of the cable end. A first retaining protrusion () is provided on the tip side of a second roller pin () so as to protrude from the second roller pin () in a radially outward direction of the second roller pin (), a cable end () is formed with an insertion hole () including an arc-shaped second inner wall (), the first retaining protrusion () being allowed to pass through the insertion hole (). Roller apparatus

A ring gear () of a planetary gear speed reducer () is fixed to a casing () provided with a core metal () fixed to a vehicle panel via a rubber damper (). Therefore, the driving unit can be reduced in size through adoption of a speed reducer () formed of gears () made of spur gears, and the rubber dumper () can suppress low frequency vibrations which are transmitted from the speed reducer () to the vehicle panel. Therefore, the vehicle body of the vehicle having a low characteristic frequency is prevented from resonating with the incoming low frequency vibrations to generate noises which are transmitted to the vehicle interior, and which give an occupant an unpleasant feeling.

Driving unit

A cost-reduced, downsized automatic opening/closing apparatus for vehicle is achieved by reducing the number of components thereof. A case of a driving unit is provided with a drum housing portion, and a driving drum is rotatably accommodated in the drum housing portion. An electric motor is attached to the case, and the driving drum is driven for rotation by the electric motor. A cable connected to a sliding door is wound around the driving drum. By rotation of the driving drum, the sliding door is opened and closed as being drawn by the cable. The case is provided with a substrate housing portion integrally with the drum housing portion, and a control substrate for controlling an operation of the electric motor is accommodated in the substrate housing portion.

Automatic opening/closing apparatus for vehicle

An automatic opening/closing apparatus for vehicle, which is provided with a tensioner mechanism for applying a predetermined tension to a cable member, is downsized. A case of a driving unit is provided with a tensioner housing, and the tensioner mechanism for applying the predetermined tension to a cable is accommodated in the tensioner housing. The tensioner mechanism includes a pulley holder movably mounted on a guide shaft, and a spring for biasing the pulley holder, wherein a movable pulley is rotatably supported by the pulley holder. The cable drawn in the tensioner housing is wound about the movable pulley so that a direction in which the cable is drawn out from the case is substantially parallel to a direction in which the cable is drawn out from a driving drum, whereby the predetermined tension is applied to the cable by a spring force of the spring.

An automatic opening/closing apparatus for vehicle is downsized, and cost of the automatic opening/closing apparatus is reduced by reducing the number of its components. A driving drum is rotatably accommodated in a main body case of a driving unit, and one ends of cables are connected to a sliding door and the other ends are wound around the driving drum. An electric motor is attached to the main body case, and the driving drum is driven for rotation. A tensioner mechanism applying a predetermined tension to the cables is accommodated in the main body case. A control device, including a control substrate and a substrate case for accommodating the control substrate, is disposed to be overlapped on an axial-directional side of the driving drum to a portion of the main body case for accommodating the tensioner mechanism, whereby an operation of the electric motor is controlled by the control device.

An opening/closing system for vehicle can improve detection accuracy of rotation of an output member and enhance reliability of its operation. The opening/closing system for vehicle includes a drive unit having an electric motor and a reduction gear unit. A drum, which is an output member, is fixed to the output shaft of the drive unit through a power transmittable member. A magnet fixed to the outer periphery of a disk member is disposed between the drum and the gear case of the reduction gear unit in such a way that the magnet rotates along with the drum when the disk member is fixed to the power transmittable member. A housing case fixed to the gear case is provided with a sensor accommodating section that accommodates a magnetic sensor. The magnetic sensor is disposed to detect the rotation of the drum from a change in a magnetic field created by the magnet.
