A shield structure includes a shield member which is formed into a hollow tubular shape and a shield shell to which a leading end in the longitudinal direction of the shield member is attached. In the shield structure, the shield shell has a plate-like shell main body through which a through hole is bored, and a plurality of shell tightening pieces which are extended from an outer edge of the shell main body, the shell main body is so arranged that the leading end in the longitudinal direction of the shield member surrounds the through hole, and the leading end in the longitudinal direction of the shield member is clamped by the shell main body and the shell tightening pieces which are bent to the shell main body.

A wire harness includes a wire portion formed by arranging three wires in the same direction, the respective wires having conductors and insulators coating outer circumferences of the conductors, and a braided wire. The three wires of the wire portion and the braided wire are disposed such that the braided wire is interposed between two wires of the wire portion adjacent to each other along a circumferential direction around a central axial line of the wire portion on a cross section of the wire harness when viewed from an axial direction along the central axial line, on a side of the central axial line from outer circumferential-side tangents connecting the conductors of the two wires.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes a wire portion having three wires arranged in the same direction, connectors connected to both end portions of the wire portion, a middle portion installed in an intermediate position of the wire portion between the connectors, a wire-side surge reducing section provided in the wire portion, a connector-side surge reducing section provided in each of the connectors, and a middle portion-side surge reducing section provided in the middle portion.

A wire harness includes an electric wire portion in which three electric wires are collected in the same direction, a braided wire which surrounds the outer circumferential side of the electric wire portion in a bundle, and an electric wire holding member which maintains the arrangement of the electric wires about a center axis line of the electric wire portion. The electric wire holding member includes a plurality of braided correction portions which protrudes in the direction of the center axis line from an inner circumferential surface of the outer shape holding portion between two adjacent electric wires of the electric wire portion in the circumferential direction about the center axis line, and is formed so that the braided wire approaches the center axis line in relation to outer circumferential tangential lines connecting conductor portions of the two electric wires in a cross-section perpendicular to the center axis line.

Wire harness and electric wire holding member

A female terminal includes a terminal body having a contact holder in a tubular shape at a front side of the terminal body, a contact member in a tubular shape which is contained inside the contact holder and into which a male terminal is inserted from a front side, and a rotary ring which is mounted to the contact holder. The contact member has a pair of holding rings provided at both ends thereof, and a diameter variable part held by a pair of the holding rings at both ends thereof, an inner diameter of the diameter variable part being set to be larger than an outer diameter of the male terminal in an initial state, and contracted to be smaller than the outer diameter of the male terminal, by twisting a pair of the holding rings.

Provided are a male terminal main body () of a male terminal (), an uneven portion () formed, on an outer peripheral surface of the male terminal main body (), of a plurality of ridges () and a plurality of grooves (), a tubular female terminal main body () of the female terminal (), and a spring contact () housed in the female terminal main body () in such a manner that a plurality of leaf spring pieces () provided corresponding to the ridges () are moved from positions facing the grooves () to positions facing the ridges () by a relative movement of the male terminal main body () and are in elastic contact with the ridges ().

Terminal structure

A connector () includes a female terminal () having a terminal connection section () to which a mating male terminal () is electrically connected and a conductor connection section () and an electric insulating female-side housing () for holding the female terminal (). The female terminal () includes a male terminal insertion/extraction opening () bored in the terminal connection section () and a plurality of spring contact pieces (), the fixed-side ends () of which are fixed to the opening peripheral section of the male terminal insertion/extraction opening () and the free-side ends () of which elastically make contact with the male terminal () inserted into the male terminal insertion/extraction opening ().

Connector

A female terminal fitting includes terminal holding plates stacked on one another are configured of a basic terminal holding plate formed integrally with one end of an electric wire connecting portion and auxiliary terminal holding plates which are formed on corresponding edges of the basic terminal holding plate via corresponding bending margins and which are folded up and then down on to the basic terminal holding plate so that the auxiliary terminal holding plates are in a stacked state on the basic terminal holding plate. A fixing piece is formed integrally on an auxiliary terminal holding plate which is stacked at an uppermost level at an edge portion on a side which lies opposite to a side where the bending margin is provided, so as to be brought into engagement with a locking portion on the basic terminal holding plate to fix the stacked state.

Female terminal fitting

A second terminal fitting which abuts and is connected to a first terminal fitting includes a second annular portion formed at the tip end of a second terminal body which extends on a center axis thereof, a plurality of contact surfaces which protrude from the outer periphery of the second annular portion at the same intervals as those of a plurality of contact protrusions in the first terminal fitting, and a plurality of contact release portions which are positioned between the adjacent contact surfaces.
