A rotation angle detection device includes a first detection unit, a second detection unit, and a calculation unit. The first detection unit detects a first rotation angle of a steering shaft that rotates with a steering wheel. The second detection unit detects a second rotation angle of a motor shaft coupled to the steering shaft via a speed reduction mechanism. The calculation unit receives the first rotation angle from the first detection unit and the second rotation angle from the second detection unit, and calculates the steering angle of the steering shaft based on a difference angle between the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle.

An electromagnetic coil through which current is passed to generate a magnetic flux, a fixed core, a movable core, a magnetic spring disposed between the cores and, and a yoke are provided. The magnetic spring includes a magnetic substance, and biases the movable core in a direction in which the movable core is separated from the fixed core in a Z direction. Additionally, the magnetic spring includes a leaf spring member including the magnetic substance and spirally wound, and a central portion of the magnetic spring is located biased toward one side in the Z direction compared to a peripheral portion of the magnetic spring. When the movable core is attracted to the access position, the magnetic spring is prevented from being deformed to a minimum spring length corresponding to a width of the leaf spring member.

Solenoid device

An electromagnetic relay has a contact device and an electromagnet device. An electromagnetic relay has stators which are a pair of rod-like members, and a mover. The mover may face the side of the stator. A housing supports the stator and accommodates the mover. A yoke is fixed to the housing so as to face the movable facing surface and contains a soft magnetic material.

Contact device and electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes: an exciting coil; a movable core driven by the exciting coil; a movable contactor having a first movable contact and a second movable contact to operate with the movable core; a first fixed terminal having a first fixed contact with which the first movable contact abuts when the movable contactor is moved by energizing the exciting coil; and a second fixed terminal having a second fixed contact with which the second movable contact abuts when the movable contactor is moved by energizing the exciting coil. An inclination angle of a central axis of the first movable contact with respect to a central axis of the first fixed contact and an inclination angle of a central axis of the second movable contact with respect to a central axis of the second fixed contact are inclined in opposite directions from each other.

Electromagnetic relay

A stationary core is in an exciting coil. A yoke covers an outer periphery and an axial end of the exciting coil to form a magnetic circuit and has an opening portion. The movable core faces the stationary core through the opening portion and is attracted toward the stationary core on energization of the exciting coil. A return spring urges the movable core against the attraction direction. A first gap is formed between the stationary core and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. A second gap is formed between the yoke and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. The second gap allows the yoke and the movable core to generate an attractive force therebetween on energization of the exciting coil. The return spring is made of a magnetic material to magnetically bridge the first gap or the second gap.

In an electromagnetic relay device, a stationary core is coaxially arranged in an exciting coil, and constitutes a magnetic circuit. A yoke is arranged to surround an outer periphery of the exciting coil and the second end of the exciting coil to constitute the magnetic circuit. The yoke has an opening that is located to be closer to the first end of the exciting coil than to the second end of the exciting coil, and that faces the stationary core. A movable core is located to face the stationary core via the opening. The movable core is pulled to the stationary core upon the exciting coil being energized. A return spring is made of a magnetic member that is volutely wound in an axial direction of the stationary core. The return spring urges the movable core to be separated from the stationary core.

Electromagnetic relay device

A torque detecting apparatus includes a first shaft; a second shaft; an elastic member coaxially linking the first and second shafts; and a magnet attached to the first shaft; a pair of magnetic yokes composed of a first magnetic yoke and a second magnetic yoke, the first and second magnetic yokes being fixedly installed on the second shaft; and a magnetic sensor. Each magnetic yoke includes an opposing portion and a wall portion. The opposing portion is opposed to the magnet and displaced circumferentially relatively to the magnet when the elastic member is subjected to a torsional displacement. The wall portions of the first and second magnetic yokes are separated and positioned outside the opposing portions in the radial direction. The wall portions of the first and second magnetic yokes extend to be mutually opposed. The magnetic sensor is positioned between the wall portions.

Apparatus for detecting torque value

Claw portions opposing a magnet are disposed on inner edges of a first yoke and a second yoke. Wall portions are disposed on outer edges of the first yoke and the second yoke so as to extend in an axial direction. A distal end of the wall portion and another distal end of the other wall portion are spaced apart from each other in the axial direction and disposed to oppose each other. A magnetic sensor is disposed between the distal ends in the axial direction. End faces oblique to the axial direction are disposed on the distal ends and a distance between the distal ends on a radially inner side is made shorter than a distance between the distal ends on a radially outer side.
