The transparent electroconductive film is provided with: a transparent substrate formed from a film-shaped polymer resin; a first hard coat layer laminated on one surface of the substrate; and a first transparent conductor layer laminated on the upper side of the first hard coating layer. The substrate has a film thickness of 2 to 250 &#x3bc;m. The first hard coating layer is formed from a curable resin containing an inorganic oxide, and has a film thickness of 0.01 &#x3bc;m to less than 0.5 &#x3bc;m, or more than 6 &#x3bc;m to 10 &#x3bc;m. The first transparent conductor layer is formed from at least one material selected from the group consisting of an inorganic oxide, a metal, and carbon, has a film thickness of 10 nm to 2 &#x3bc;m, and is patterned so as to have formed thereon a patterned section and a non-patterned section.

Transparent electroconductive film

The present inventors have obtained a PSQ derivative of a completely condensed type into which a functional group is readily introduced by using a novel PSQ derivative of an incompletely condensed type in which four alkaline metal atoms are bonded to silsesquioxane of a cage type having eight Si's. The above silsesquioxane derivative is represented by Formula (1). A silsesquioxane derivative to which alkaline metal atoms are bonded is represented by Formula (2). In Formula (1) and Formula (2), R is a group selected from alkyl, aryl and arylalkyl; Y is a group represented by Formula (a) or Formula (b); and M is a monovalent alkaline metal atom. X in Formula (a) and Formula (b) is hydrogen, halogen, a hydroxyl group or a monovalent organic group, and Z is &#x2014;O&#x2014;, &#x2014;CH&#x2014; or a single bond. The preferred organic group is a functional group or a group having a functional group.

Silsesquioxane derivative and production process for the same

The silsesquioxane derivative of the invention is represented by Formula (1), and it may be utilized as additives to ordinary organic polymers for improving the flame retardancy, heat resistance, weather resistance, light resistance, electric insulating property, surface property, hardness, mechanical strength and chemical resistance thereof. In Formula (1), R is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or arylalkyl; at least one Y is a group represented by Formula (2) and the other Y is hydrogen; in Formula (2), Rand Rare a group independently defined similarly to R; and Z is preferably a functional group, or a group having a functional group.

A propylene resin composition is constructed so as to contain (A) a propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer with the content of a propylene unit of 99.1 to 99.9% by weight, and (B) a propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer with the content of a propylene unit of 70 to 90% by weight, in the specified proportion, and to have the specified loss tangent (tan &dgr;) and storage elastic modulus (E&prime;), in the temperature dependence of dynamic viscoelasticity. Thereby, the propylene resin composition is provided, suitable as a raw material for shaped article having a well-balanced combination of transparency, stress-whitening resistance; impact resistance at low temperatures, and further heat resistance.

A polypropylene composition comprising 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a polyethylene having an intrinsic viscosity &lsqb;&eegr;E&rsqb; of 0.01 to less than 15 dl/g s measured in tetralin at 135&deg; C. and 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin comprising at least polypropylene, wherein the polyethylene is finely dispersed as particles with a number average particle diameter of, e.g., 1 to 5000 nm in the polyolefin comprising at least polypropylene. By virtue of the above constitution, the polypropylene composition has excellent transparency and rigidity, is free from the creation of a sweeper roll flow mark in the preparation of a film and substantially free from a neck-in phenomenon of a film, and has high productivity.

The present invention relates to a film using a polypropylene composition comprising crystalline polypropylene and a copolymer of propylene with &agr;-olefin in which a limiting viscosity of the said copolymer &lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; is not more than 6.5 dl/g; the ratio of the limiting viscosity of the said polymer &lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; to the limiting viscosity of the said crystalline polypropylene &lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; is from 0.6 to 1.2; and the product i.e. (&lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; /&lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; )&times;(W /W ), of the ratio of the limiting viscosity of the copolymer to the crystalline polypropylene with the ratio by weight of them is within a range of from 0.2 to 4.5 and also relates to a multi-layered film having at least one layer of the said film.

A plastic molded product of olefin (co)polymer composition comprises 0.01-5.0 weight parts high molecular weight polyethylene with an intrinsic viscosity &eegr; in the range of 15-100 dl/g measured in 135&deg; C. tetralin and preferably 100 weight parts polypropylene. The high molecular weight polyethylene has an average particle size in the range of 1-5000 nm and is finely dispersed as fine granules in the polypropylene, so that high melt strength and high crystallization temperature are attained, enabling various molding methods to be performed with high speed productivity. Using the polymer composition, plastics such as a resin foam, a film, a sheet, a layered plastic article with a coated substrate surface, a hollow plastic article, an injection molded plastic article, a fiber, a nonwoven web or a continuous tube-shaped plastic are provided. The olefin (co)polymer composition is obtained by preparing high molecular weight polyethylene granules using e.g. a titanium transition metal compound catalyst, and adding these, e.g. as a polymerization catalyst of propylene, singly or together with a polyolefin preparing catalyst.

Disclosed is a process for producing olefin polymers or copolymers which can freely regulates the molecular weight of the polymers or copolymers as well as novel olefin polymers or copolymers excellent in rigidity, heat-resisting property and transparency, moldings and compositions thereof which find a wide variety of applications in versatile industrial parts including containers, films, sheets, filaments or fibers, featured by (1) a process for producing olefin polymers or copolymers by the aid of a catalyst comprised predominantly of the compounds: (A) a transition metal compound of the formula: Q(C H R )(C H R )MXY, (B) an aluminoxane, (C) a fine particulate carrier, and (D) an organoaluminum compound; (2) olefin polymers or copolymers characterized by (a) a specific ratio of isotactic pentad, (b) 2,1- and 1.3-propylene units contents in the polymer chain, (c) a specific Mw, (d) a specific Mw/Mn, and (e) in case of elevating temperature of o-dichlorobenzene continuously or stepwise up to given temperatures to measure the amount of eluated polyolefin at each temperature, the position of a main elution peak and the amount of components existing in the range of &plusmn;10&deg; C. of the main elution peak; (3) injection moldings, films, filaments or fibers, and non-woven fabric of the polypropylene obtained; and (4) a composition comprising the polypropylene obtained and an &agr;-nucleating agent or a composition comprising the polypropylene and a radical generator and having been produced by subjecting to the mixture to melt-kneading.

A propylene block copolymer composition is disclosed which comprises (A) a propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer with a propylene content of 99.4 to 99.9 mol % and (B) a propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer with a propylene content of 35 to 60 mol %, &agr;-olefin contained in the random copolymer (A) being ethylene and/or 1-butene, wherein the intrinsic viscosity (&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;) of the propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer (B) ranges from 0.5 to 2.0 dl/g, the ratio (&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;/&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;) of the intrinsic viscosity (&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;) of the propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer (B) to the intrinsic viscosity (&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;) of the propylene-&agr;-olefin random copolymer (A) ranges from 0.3 to 1.2 and the product ((&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;/&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;)&times;(W /W )) of the intrinsic viscosity ratio (&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;/&lsqb;&eegr; &rsqb;) and the weight ratio (W /W ) of both copolymers ranges from 1.0 to 3.0. The propylene block copolymer composition is suitable as a raw material for molded article having excellent see-through property, transparency, stress-whitening resistance, stiffness and heat resistance.
