An electronic key system comprises a vehicle-mounted device and a plurality of electronic keys and is configured to have: a normal mode in which given processing is permitted to be executed by the vehicle-mounted device when given wireless communication processing between the vehicle-mounted device and the electronic key is successfully completed; and a deactivated mode in which the given processing is inhibited from being executed by the vehicle-mounted device, wherein when the electronic key in the deactivated mode transmits, at a given time, a given signal containing deactivated mode information indicating that the electronic key is operating in the deactivated mode, and the electronic key in the normal mode is shifted to the deactivated mode in response to receiving of the signal containing the deactivated mode information.

Moisture and gas composed of volatile components generated in the process of melting and kneading are sucked by vacuum from the rear vent 6a arranged on the upstream side of the introducing port 5 and also sucked by vacuum from the vents 6b, 6c arranged on the downstream side of the introducing port 5, so that they can be discharged outside the apparatus.

Method of producing compound pellets containing wood flour

A water injection foaming devolatilizing method, and an apparatus for practicing the method according to the invention are designed as follows: A molten polymer material is kneaded in a water-injection dispersion zone (11) of an extruding machine having a pair of screws (6) each of which is turned in the same direction. Water is supplied to the molten polymer material, thus the water being dispersed therein while the molten polymer material is kneaded. In a devolatilizing zone (12) downstream of the water-injection dispersion zone, the volatile components in the molten polymer material are removed by being gasified together with the water. In this water injection foaming devolatilizing method, the molten polymer material is smoothly extruded from the filling zone (10) to the water-injection dispersion zone (11), and in the latter zone (11) water injection is performed with increased pressure due to the aid of a ring (15), thereby to achieve the devolatilizing of the molten polymer material.

A process and an apparatus for recycling resin scrap including a thermosetting resin paint film and a thermoplastic resin substrate as its major components, wherein the resin scrap is supplied into a passage of a cylinder, melted, and delivered by screw arrays from an upstream side to a downstream side of the passage of the cylinder, and hydrolyzed by a hydrolyzing agent while forming a highly packed region with a resistor. The resistor restricts the resin scrap to flow from the upstream side to the downstream side in a short period of time, and forms the highly packed region where a contact efficiency is enhanced between the resin scrap and the hydrolyzing agent.
