A computer readable, non-transitory medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a process, the process includes: accepting electronic mail information including mail body text information and address information designated by a first user; accepting a request of a second user that designates the electronic mail information; referring to a storage unit that relates address information to human resource information of a person corresponding to the address and stores the address information and the human resource information and extracting human resource information corresponding to address information included in the electronic mail information designated by the second user; and sending the extracted human resource information to a terminal the second user uses together with the mail body text information included in the electronic mail information.

A computer readable, non-transitory medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a process, the process includes: storing identification information and information of a plurality of users of an electronic mail sent to the plurality of the users in a storage unit when receiving the electronic mail; determining whether a new electronic mail has a correlation with the electronic mail sent to the plurality of the users of which identification information is stored in the storage unit when receiving the new electronic mail; outputting information reporting receipt of the new electronic mail to at least one of the users included in the addresses of the electronic mail sent to the plurality of the addresses with reference to the storage unit when it is determined that the new electronic mail has the correlation with the electronic mail sent to the plurality of the users.

A web-mail system receives from a web server mail IDs assigned to clearly distinguish one e-mail from another among all the e-mails stored in a mail box, and transmits the mail IDs determined according to a scroll position in a list window to the web server, making a request for list information of those mail IDs. The web-mail system receives the requested list information from the web server and stores the list information in a list information storage unit. The web-mail system creates a list to be displayed in a list the list window based on the list information stored in the list information storage unit.
