According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a nailing machine including: a housing; an ejection section in the housing; an activation lever provided in the ejection section to be movable inside a traveling course; a magazine holding nails; a feeder urging the nails to feed the nails; and an engagement member engaged with the feeder so that, when an amount of remaining nails becomes to a predetermined number, the engagement member is moved toward a first direction to protrude into the traveling course; wherein one of the activation lever and the engagement member includes a slope portion so that the engagement member is further moved toward the first direction through the sliding contact therebetween.

A combustion-type power tool includes a cylinder, a piston, a head, a combustion chamber frame, an ignition unit, a trigger, a control member. The combustion chamber frame is abuttable on the head to provide a combustion chamber in cooperation with the head and the piston. The trigger is operated by a user for driving the fastener into a workpiece. The control member detects that the combustion chamber has been provided and the trigger has been operated, and allows the ignition unit to ignite the combustible gas only when the control member detects that both the combustion chamber has been provided and the trigger has been operated.

A driving tool in a form of a combustion type nail driving machinefor injecting a nail by combustion gas is provided. The driving tool includes a lower pusher which is arranged at a distal end in a projecting direction of a nose through which the nail passes, formed with an elongated hole, and adapted to come into contact with a wood, an upper pusher which is urged by the lower pusher, and an extending-contracting mechanism interposed between the lower pusher and the upper pusher. The extending-contracting mechanism includes a bush which is in contact with the upper pusher and formed with a threaded hole, and a screwing part which can be screwed into the threaded hole after passing through the elongated hole. The screwing part includes a bolt which connects the lower pusher and the bush, and a lever.

A combustion-type power tool includes a housing, a cylinder head disposed at one end of the housing, a cylinder in the housing, a piston slidably disposed in the cylinder, and a driver blade connected to the piston. A combustion-chamber is provided in the housing, a fan is disposed in the combustion chamber, and a motor having an output shaft is coupled to the fan. A motor holder accommodates the motor, and the cylinder head is formed with a motor holder receiving portion in which the motor holder is slidably movably disposed. An elastic member is disposed in a gap formed between the motor holder and the motor holder receiving portion.

A main switch section is accommodated in a trigger. The trigger provided on the handle through a spring. The handle is formed with a recess to which one end of the spring is seated, so that the trigger is normally urged toward the lower side of the combustion-type nail driver. A switch accommodating portion is provided in the lower side of the canister housing. A push switch is stored in the switch accommodating portion. The push switch is a commodity type micro-switch covered with a switch protection member made from an elastic material such as a rubber.

A combustion-type power tool includes a housing, a head portion, a cylinder disposed in the housing, and a push lever. A fuel supplying portion supplies the fuel into the combustion chamber, a motor is disposed at the head portion, and a fan is disposed in the combustion chamber and connected to an output shaft of the motor so as to promote turbulent combustion of an air-fuel mixture. The fan and the combustion-chamber frame define a high turbulent-combustion region and a low turbulent-combustion region, a fin of one shape is located within the low turbulent-combustion region, and another fin of another shape has a part thereof located in the high turbulent-combustion region.

A combustion-type power tool includes a housing, a cylinder, a cylinder head, a combustion chamber frame, and a rotatable fan. The combustion chamber frame including a base section, a head section abuttable on the cylinder head to provide a combustion chamber when the combustion chamber frame is at a first position, and a connection portion for connecting the head section with the base section. The fan includes fan blades which define a widthwise center line and having widthwise edge portions which define a widthwise edge line at a side of the cylinder head. The widthwise center line is offset from the connection portion toward another end of the housing, and the widthwise edge line is offset from the connection portion toward the cylinder head when the combustion chamber frame is at a second position.

To connect a motor shaft to a fan, a connection rod is used that is symmetrical in shape with respect to a longitudinal axis of the connection rod. The connection rod includes a first part formed with a hole in coaxial with the longitudinal axis, and a second part formed at least partially with a threaded portion. The motor shaft is attached to the connection rod by inserting the motor shaft into the hole of the first part of the connection rod. The fan is attached to the connection rod by inserting the second part of the connection rod into the center hole of the hub portion and supports the fan with a pair of nuts, one at one side of the hub portion and another at another side of the hub portion wherein the nuts are moved toward each other with the hub portion interposed therebetween.
