A rotor of a rotary electric machine for a vehicle includes a rotor shaft and a rotor core including a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates fitted to an outer peripheral surface of a rotor shaft in an interference fit state or a transition fit state. A strength of the electromagnetic steel plate disposed in at least one of end portions of the rotor core in an axial direction of the rotor shaft is set to be higher than a strength of the electromagnetic steel plate disposed in a central portion of the rotor core in the axial direction of the rotor shaft.

A vehicle electric motor including: a tubular-shaped stator core constituted by electromagnetic steel sheets that are laminated on each other; a rotor disposed inside the stator core so as to be rotated about an axis; and a housing storing therein the tubular-shaped stator core and the rotor, and including a circumferential wall and axially opposite end walls that are opposed to each other in a direction parallel with the axis. The stator core is fixed at one of its axially end portions to one of the axially opposite end walls of the housing. The housing includes a stator-core-inclination restraining portion that protrudes from an inner circumferential surface of the circumferential wall of the housing toward a part of an outer circumferential surface of the stator core, wherein the part is located on a side of the other of the axially end portions of the stator core.

A manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine core includes a lamination step in which a plurality of steel plates is laminated so that a laminated body is configured, a heating step in which the laminated body is heated to a specified target temperature, a pressurization step in which the laminated body is pressed by a pressurization member until a pressure load reaches a target load larger than a specified fastening load in a state where the laminated body is heated to the target temperature, the pressurization member is then made to stand still until the pressure load is constant, and, once the pressure load is constant, the pressurization member is moved away, and a fastening step in which, after the heating and the pressurization are stopped, the steel plates that configure the laminated body are fastened by a fastening part until the fastening load is generated.

Manufacturing method and manufacturing device for rotary electric machine core

A vehicle cooling system comprises an oil circulation circuit in which a cooling oil is circulated by an electric oil pump to cool a predetermined cooling target with the cooling oil; an oil temperature sensor detecting an oil temperature that is a temperature of the cooling oil; and a control device including a cooling control portion outputting a rotation command for operating the electric oil pump so as to cool the cooling target. The control device includes a pump abnormality determination portion outputting the rotation command to the electric oil pump to determine a presence/absence of abnormality based on a rotation state of the electric oil pump when an operation stop time of the vehicle is longer than a predefined determination permission time and an oil temperature detection value detected by the oil temperature sensor is higher than a predefined determination permission temperature.

Vehicle cooling system

A rotary electric machine includes a stator, a rotor, a case having two or more seat portions on which portions of a stator core are seated, and a reinforcement plate disposed on the top surface of the stator core. The stator core includes two or more attachment portions that are seated and fixed on the seat portions. The reinforcement plate is less likely to flex in the axial direction than the steel sheets, and is fixed on the top surface of the stator core so as to extend over at least two of the attachment portions.

Rotary electric machine

A rotor core has a plurality of magnetic steel sheets laminated in an axial direction. Cooling passages extending in an axial direction are formed by aligning openings of the plurality of magnetic steel sheets. The cooling passages have axial direction passages that communicate at one end. A coolant inlet is then formed in one passage, and coolant outlets are formed in the other passages.

A cooling structure for a rotating electrical machine includes a rotating electrical machine including a stator and the stator, a temperature sensor, and a first discharge mechanism. A plurality of discharge holes of the first discharge mechanism is disposed in a region excluding an avoidance region. The avoidance region is the same region as an arrangement region that is one of a right side region and a left side region with respect to a vertical line passing an axis of the stator as seen in the axial direction of the stator core, the one of the right side region and the left side region being a region in which the temperature sensor is arranged and the avoidance region is located above a lower end of the temperature sensor in the gravitation direction.

There is provided a method for inspecting a laminated iron core structured by laminating a plurality of iron core pieces-having a predetermined shape and including therein a cooling flow path allowing refrigerant to flow therethrough, the refrigerant being supplied and discharged through openings formed at different positions. The method includes arranging a light projecting part and a light receiving part of a photosensor in the openings of the cooling flow path, respectively, and detecting light from the light projecting part by the light receiving part to thereby inspect a penetrating state of the cooling flow path.

A method of resin sealing a permanent magnet in a magnet insertion portion of a laminated body, the body formed by laminating plural core sheets and including the plural portions formed around a shaft hole in a center of the plural portions, the portion connected to an internal space via an opening. The method includes a first process of positioning a blocking member blocking the opening from a side of the space in a way that the member is vertically-placed in a lower die or an upper die, while the both dies hold the body from both sides in an axial direction and close the portion; and a second process of filling a resin extruded from a resin reservoir portion provided in the die or the die into the portion having the magnet inserted and having the opening closed by the member.
