To provide a sensor-equipped hood capable of detecting force applied to the hood without narrowing an operating field viewed through the hood. A sensor-equipped hood protrudes from a tip end portion of an endoscope main body, and is attached to the tip end portion. The sensor-equipped hood includes a transparent tubular hood main body and a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor fixed to a first fixing point of the hood main body and having a Bragg grating. In the FBG sensor, the wavelength of reflected light at the Bragg grating changes based on fluctuation of the first fixing point in the hood main body.

Sensor-equipped hood and endoscope

An endoscopic hood and an endoscope to which the endoscopic hood is attached improve visibility for the user. The endoscopic hood includes a body formed of a transparent cylinder having two open ends and a conductive film embedded integrally in the body. The conductive film includes a transparent film and a transparent electrode pattern on the transparent film. The transparent electrode pattern includes a transparent electrode, a transparent wire portion extending from the transparent electrode, and a transparent terminal at an end of the transparent wire portion. The transparent terminal is exposed from the body. The endoscope includes an insertion portion insertable into a body of a subject, the endoscopic hood attached to a distal end of the insertion portion, and at least one wire having one end electrically connected to the transparent terminal and another end electrically connected to an external device.

Endoscopic hood and endoscope

First to third electrode layers () are laminated. A dielectric () disposed between the second and third electrode layers can be elastically deformed by pressing force from the first electrode layer-side to reduce distance between the second and third electrode layers. The first electrode layer is composed of first electrodes (Rxc) along a first direction (X). The second electrode layer is composed of second electrodes (Txcf) along a second direction (Y) intersecting the first direction. The third electrode layer is composed of third electrodes (Rxf) along a third direction (X) intersecting the second direction. During position-detection, the second electrodes (Txcf) function as transmission-side position-detection electrodes and the first electrodes function as reception-side position detection electrodes to constitute a mutual-capacitance touch panel unit (). During force-detection, the second electrodes function as transmission-side force-detection electrodes and the third electrodes function as reception-side force-detection electrodes to constitute a cross-point electrostatic-capacitance touch panel unit ().

Multifunction touch panel

In a touch panel, a plurality of first transparent electrodes are formed on a first substrate film, and extend in one direction. A plurality of first wires are formed on the first substrate film, and are connected to the plurality of first transparent electrodes. A plurality of second transparent electrodes are formed to intersect the plurality of first transparent electrodes. A plurality of second lead wires are connected to the plurality of second transparent electrodes. First and second shield layers are formed on the first base-material film, and overlap the plurality of second lead wires in a planar view. The first and second shield layers each have a length range set to not include lengths of &#x3bb; of each of a plurality of frequencies within a specific range/n (n=2, 4, 6, . . . ), to not induce resonance phenomena with respect to the plurality of frequencies.

Touch panel

An oscillator of the present invention includes a constant current circuit in which a constant current generated in the constant current circuit varies positively with an on threshold voltage of a transistor included in the constant circuit; and an oscillating circuit in which the oscillating frequency of a clock signal generated in the oscillating circuit varies positively with the constant current supplied from the constant current circuit, and the oscillating frequency of the clock signal generated in the oscillating circuit varies negatively with an on threshold voltage of a transistor included in the oscillating circuit.

Oscillator with a stable oscillating frequency

It is an object of the present invention to provide a memory device with processing function using less transistors, and capable of operating with simple operation and allows its operation with less trouble. Each of W cells 34 includes a ferroelectric capacitor CF. One end 40 of the ferroelectric capacitor CF is connected to one of data lines D through a transistor T1. The one end 40 of the ferroelectric capacitor CF is connected to an inner data line MW through a transistor T2. The structure of the Q cells 36 is almost the same as that of the W cells 34. Both readout/writing operations of data from the outside of the device are performed by using the data line D. Data read out from both the W cell 34 and the Q cell 36 is sent to the adder 28 and added thereby, and the resultant data of the addition is written to the Q cell 36 through a buffer circuit 32. The memory device with processing function can be realized with a simple structure by using ferroelectric capacitors CF.
